- "Love the family vibes." - "My ONLY complaint is that our stay was too short. This was our first time as a family to stay in the area and I couldn't believe the price when I saw the listing for a beachfront condo. Honestly, I was totally expecting to arrive to a subpar establishment, but boy was I wrong. It took us a minute to figure out where to park, but once we found the parking garage it was easy. Check in was quick, the staff that we encountered was all friendly. Even when we were taking our luggage back to the garage when leaving, one staff member rode the elevator with us to make sure we knew where we were going. The condo was very clean. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. The beach was very well maintained. We love to walk the beach at night and felt safe the entire time. Although our trip was planned pretty much last minute and short lived, everyone loved it. The shower head in the master bath could probably be replaced, as it was a little frustrating that it didn't spray direct, but it got the job done. It just took a little longer to shower. I'm not even complaining about that though. I'm just throwing that out there because it would be a cheap improvement that may keep someone else from complaining. Also, I would recommend the owners including the beach chair rental, even if it reflects in the booking price up front. Needless to say, we WILL be back and will definitely stay longer next time. "

The arcade was great to have on property for the rainy nights in with a hyper 9 year old. We can’t wait to visit again and again. There were sometimes discrepancies between the guidebook we were sent digitally and the print book in the unit. The print book gave us one password for Wi-Fi, but another paper on the credenza gave a different password, which was the correct one. Just small stuff like that. Cell signal was not great. The kitchen was very nice, the bathroom was nice, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The carpeting was a little dingy, and the balcony door was very rusted and hard to slide back-and-forth. But overall the location was great and the oceanfront view was spectacular. We also appreciated that the unit had a red “sea turtl light instead of a porch light on the balcony."

The advertisement for the property was misleading. It is advertised as a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo but once you click on the property it changes to a 1 bedroom/2 bathroom. You are not told ahead of time about the additional resort fee to use parking and pools. One of the remotes didn't have batteries and we couldn't access Netflix or any of the streaming apps so we bought a Roku to use those apps. We stayed from Monday through Saturday and they only provided one roll of tissue per bathroom. Otherwise the condo was beautiful. They were doing construction on the elevators and they looked rusty so night arrival was a little scary."

The living room was cozy and bright, and the large sliding glass doors brought the beach right inside. Resort amenities were fantastic — multiple pools (including an indoor one), hot tubs, a fitness center, and even a little market and café on-site for snacks and coffee. The beach access was just steps away, and the sand was soft, clean, and beautiful. Staff and security were friendly and visible, making us feel safe and well taken care of. Overall, the 4th-floor 2-bedroom condo at Majestic Resort is the perfect spot for a beach getaway. Whether you’re with family or friends, it offers the right mix of comfort, convenience, and stunning views. We’ll definitely be back!"

Please take note of the following important information:

🚫 No pets allowed

🧑 The reservation holder must be 25 years or older and occupy the unit for the full duration of the stay.

🚭 Smoke-Free Property: Smoking is not permitted in the condo or on the balcony. Designated smoking areas are available on property. A $250 fee will be charged for violations and may result in eviction.

🚿 Rinse off sand using outdoor showers before entering — excess sand can clog the plumbing.

🪑 Housewares and furnishings are inventoried. Please report any broken items promptly so we can replace them and help protect your damage deposit. Willful or malicious damage is the renter’s responsibility.

🐦 Do not feed the birds — it’s against Florida State Law and can result in a large fine (plus it creates a mess).

🏊 Pool hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM. No lifeguard is on duty — swim at your own risk. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

🔥 Grills are located on the west side of the building. Grilling is not allowed elsewhere.

🔇 Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

🍻 Minors may not consume alcohol anywhere on the property.
