- "Nice place " - "Karen was running the Front Desk when I checked in on 7/24. She was very pleasant and informative about the condo, adjoining restaurant/bar, parking (limited at the Legacy, but available across the street), and things to do. She was very careful to point out where NOT to park, also. There were no surprises after I got to my room. Within one hour I received a call from Guest Services to make sure everything was good. There were plenty towels, "kitchen stuff", toiletries, full size refrigerator, etc. I will stay here in the future, without hesitation. Karen was at the Front Desk when I checked out on 7/26 and she remembered every detail about our "check in" conversation; I did not feel like just another ant in the giant ant bed. Not sure what else a person could ask for beyond what they offer for the price."

Customer service was awesome and the included breakfast was a great bonus that has a selection to ensure everyone can find something they like as long as the do not have a restrictive diet. The beach view and access is like that of a resort without the exaggerated resort and cleaning fees. I usually stay away from regular hotels/motels because of the cleanliness, price, and space for the price. The only issue I had was our sink had a wad of hair in it that caused the water to run slowly. We did not report it because i figured it out when it was almost time to go. There was a few crumbs in the chair but the chair was overall clean. This could have flew from another part of the chair during cleaning. I would definitely return. "

I brought my mom here after her discharge from rehab and she was a little confused still. I left my name/number with the front desk staff to call if she happened to wander down, which she never did. But they were all so sweet to be willing to call if necessary. My only complaint is the lids to the coffee cups are AWFUL! They don't stay on the cups and crack easily. My mom spilled just about her entire cup down her front before we realized it was coming from the lid not being secured."

All staff is really good and friendly. Breakfast is basic, but includes eggs and meat. We enjoy the location because it's an easy drive to the beach and to a local conservation park where we walk.
