- "Nice place " - "Karen was running the Front Desk when I checked in on 7/24. She was very pleasant and informative about the condo, adjoining restaurant/bar, parking (limited at the Legacy, but available across the street), and things to do. She was very careful to point out where NOT to park, also. There were no surprises after I got to my room. Within one hour I received a call from Guest Services to make sure everything was good. There were plenty towels, "kitchen stuff", toiletries, full size refrigerator, etc. I will stay here in the future, without hesitation. Karen was at the Front Desk when I checked out on 7/26 and she remembered every detail about our "check in" conversation; I did not feel like just another ant in the giant ant bed. Not sure what else a person could ask for beyond what they offer for the price."

Customer service was awesome and the included breakfast was a great bonus that has a selection to ensure everyone can find something they like as long as the do not have a restrictive diet. The beach view and access is like that of a resort without the exaggerated resort and cleaning fees. I usually stay away from regular hotels/motels because of the cleanliness, price, and space for the price. The only issue I had was our sink had a wad of hair in it that caused the water to run slowly. We did not report it because i figured it out when it was almost time to go. There was a few crumbs in the chair but the chair was overall clean. This could have flew from another part of the chair during cleaning. I would definitely return. "

I do want to suggest a few easy improvements that would have made this hotel even better. 1. Pillows were deflated and there was only three per bed so we had to request more pillows. They only had two extras available so I have to assume multiple rooms requested extra pillows. 2. Most hotels have soap/shampoo dispensers now in the showers. Not that there is anything wrong with a bar of soap just an improvement suggestion. 3. TV in the room was pretty out dated. Overall the room was great and we have no complaints. We actually had two rooms so I will have to say both rooms were great. "

The TV was broken and could not get a clear picture. There was a bench in the shower that appeared to be broken at one point and just band aid repaired. Also noticed small little flaws just from age. The entrance door had pry marks as if someone was locked out at some point. Staff was excellent. Will return soon"
