You have access to the Resort's Private Golf Course, Tennis Courts, Fitness Center, Lagoon Pool and Ocean Front Restaurant and a total of 11 pools and 4 Hot Tubs. All amenities are available to our guests, and many are free! You will not find that at a Hotel or at most condos.

Our condominium is located on the Golf /Tennis grounds with only a short walk (or take the complimentary shuttle) to the Lagoon Pool, Beach and Oceanfront restaurant! The main gate entrance is manned 24/7. The grounds and golf course are beautifully landscaped and immaculately maintained.

The condominium is a large second floor unit (1245 Sq. Ft.). Mirrored walls in the living room make it look even more spacious. You will find the new paint, new carpet and decor very inviting and we hope that you will feel very much at home

The Living Room and Master Suite overlook a beautiful lake with fountain and is stocked with fish and turtles.
The second bedroom overlooks the Tennis Court /Shuffleboard /Basketball area. The balcony is a great place to keep an eye on the children while they play.

The Master suite has a walk-in closet, large vanity, a separate bathing area with a garden tub. Great linens, deluxe towels, and two hair dryers are included. - "It was secluded & quiet. Found a pool a short distance from the condo that we pretty much had to ourselves. It was crowded & very hot but we had a nice time" - "This condo is located very near the convention center at Edgewater Resort; we were there for a dance convention and were very glad to be in this location, where we could run back to the condo to grab something at a moment’s notice. It was very quiet—no noise from the street, since it’s tucked away, nor from the pool or even the convention center (although it’s steps away). And yet the walk from the front door to the main lagoon pool (in front of the beach) is truly only 5 minutes, and there’s often a golf cart circulating if you want a ride. It’s also just a moment away from a development across the street that has a number of good restaurants, an ice cream shop, etc. We stayed there for a solid week and we could have avoided getting in our car if we’d needed to."

Bedrooms: Master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV with newly updated master bath and a HUGE walk in closet. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors that lead to a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the ocean breeze. The view off the master is my favorite because there are palm trees blowing in the wind, a gorgeous view of the lake and you are steps away from the heated pool.

Living/Dining Area: In the living room, you will find a full size couch and love seat with a swivel rocking chair and a flat screen TV. Enjoy the quiet location of our villa and step out on to the adjoining balcony to take in the beautiful, serene view of the lake/pool. Feed the ducks, turtles, and fish directly from the balcony!! There is a dining table that will seat 4 and a breakfast bar that seats 3, so there is plenty of room for enjoying a meal with the ones you love most!

The Blue Pearl PCB townhome is at the impeccable and incomparable Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort. It is a completely remodeled and updated two bedroom-three bathroom townhome-style villa overlooking the 8th hole of the executive golf course and a gorgeous pond with water feature. We have partnered with a housekeeping team that is second to none in doing their job pampering guest after guest. You will always find our home clean, well-ordered, and fully ready for your visit.

The Blue Pearl PCB sleeps up to 7 guests (6 all ages + 1 toddler). Inside is a gorgeous living area with oversized sectional sleeper sofa and two additional chairs. The three flatscreen smart TV's are large and perfect for taking in movies at night or sports on the weekend. The open concept kitchen offers all full-sized appliances, a beautiful farmhouse sink, and island that is perfect for prepping meals while socializing with friends and family. Dishes, pots, pans, silverware, blender, a Keurig Duo coffee maker, and more are available to make meal and snack prep a breeze. Seating for 4 is offered with our dining table with 2 bar stools situated at the kitchen peninsula counter. Pack n Play and/or a Graco Made-2-Grow Highchair/booster for infants-40 lb child are available upon request "before" check-in.

A pantry, a full-size washer and dryer, and an iron/ironing board are all included as well.

In the master bedroom is a queen-sized bed and a toddler bed along with an en suite master bathroom. The second bedroom offers two twin beds with a private en suite bathroom. A third full bath is located on the main floor just off the living area and features granite counters and a tiled tub/shower combo. Note: the 7th bed available is for a toddler.

Villa #310 offers two oversized balconies for you to enjoy including space for a family cornhole game (provided).

The Blue Pearl PCB is located on the 2nd floor and is itself a two-story condo. There are no elevators, and you will be able to park right in front of our access stairs, no waiting on eternal beach elevators! This beauty is only a 4-minute walk to the beach or hop on the free Resort-wide tram.

A seasonally heated pool is located just steps from our front door, and the Resort's convention center and clubhouse are right across the street. We are one of the closest buildings to the pedestrian bridge to the beach, lagoon pool, and splash pad.

Our Villa not only has all new paint, flooring and lighting but also has all new furniture, bedding and appliances. There is plenty of living space in our carpet-free, remodeled and upgraded villa. The living area offers ample comfortable seating, ceiling fan, a dining area, and a stylish bar. A 52" smart TV adorns the wall with HD service.

The remodeled full-size kitchen is equipped with all appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils as well as a blender, toaster, crockpot, and Keurig duo coffee pot. Also for your convenience: a new, full sized washer/dryer. And we provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products like toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags.

Perfectly located between Front Beach Rd and Middle Beach Rd, guests can access any of the fantastic restaurants, water parks, grocery stores and more and avoid the traffic of getting there. We're less than 5 miles to Pier Park, located just west of the Thomas Drive and Front Beach Rd intersection. Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, sushi, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway, Waffle House, and Taco Bell.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $200 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.

After many beach vacations we have found the spot that exudes relaxation! Driftwood Villa at Edgewater Beach Resort is the place to come for your vacation. Golf course, tranquil fountain and cute turtle views get you in the vacation mood before you even get to the Villa. Then the 2 bed, 2 bathroom Villa is large, bright and homely to make you feel comfortable from the start. There is a gym, tennis courts, shuffleboards, pickleball and golf to play at the Resort. For your enjoyment there is also multiple swimming pools all around the Resort as well as pools beach side. The Villa is a 5 min walk across a footbridge or a 1 min tram ride. Trams come around very often. Driftwood Villa is full service so we have beach towels available, towels, bedding, full kitchen and kitchen utensils. Please note parking is an extra charge depending on number of cars needed. Hope to make memories with you!

- "First, the condo is stocked with all of your needs--closet full of beach gear, beach towels, etc. We enjoyed the chairs, wagon, boards, etc. Second, the space was exactly what we needed, and the updated TVs in every room were a plus (plus full cable). The condo was very clean and ready for a wonderful week at the beach. Third, we loved the location as we were able to cross the bridge to the main pool and beach in no time. There is also a nice pool close behind the courts. The only negative we could say about the condo was the ceiling fan in the kids' room didn't work, but a box fan was provided, and it is needed as that room doesn't seem to cool as well as the rest of the house. BUT, that was the only negative. Well, we did wish to enjoy the patio, but the sliding glass doors were permanently shut, but that wasn't a dealbreaker. We loved this condo for us! One other thing to note (as we brought our pickleball stuff from home)--those amenities cost extra (not cheap either). You have to pay to play tennis and pickleball, so we just enjoyed the pools, beach, and bball for free. :) We highly recommend this space and would stay here again!"
