The home is located directly on the water, on the first canal off Destin Harbor. There is a large 8' wide x 90' long composite dock for your boats and fishing. It is all illuminated at night with Blue LED lights and 12 spotlights to attract fish. There is a guest garage with a beach wagon for bringing ice chests, etc to the beach. The designer granite kitchen and dining areas have great entertaining qualities and plenty of seating. The den features a Big Screen television, Blu Ray, CD, and stereo system. There are 2 King Bed Master Suites and 4 Full Bathrooms. The home has a modern open floor plan, which is great for friends and family, yet offers plenty of privacy in the bedroom areas. In addition, the recreation room, on the pool level, has been finished with a large living area, flat screen tv, kitchenette, table games for the kids, and pool table for the adults. The first floor pool level includes a full bath and spacious private bedroom, with pyramid bunks accommodating up to six guests. Handicap access to the ground floor bedroom, bathroom (walk-in shower), and game room through the guest garage.

There is a custom, King master suite on the third floor with its own balcony, his and hers dressing rooms, and double vanities. The bathroom suite features a large Jacuzzi Garden Tub and custom private shower with harbor views. It's a great romantic escape!

The Second floor master suite features another new King Bed and its own entrance to the massive rear deck overlooking the pool, dock, and water. This bath has a separate vanity area with a walk-in closet and a shower revealing dual shower heads.

There is a spacious rear deck, spanning across the entire house, overlooking the pool, dock, and water. It's great for grilling and lounging after a busy day on the water or at the beach. All guests acknowledge swimming is at their own risk, as there is no lifeguard nor pool alarms.

The First floor pool level/game room, is perfect for those just off the boat, out of the pool, or in from the beach. There is a living area complete with 55" flat screen television, stereo system, and table games including ping-pong, air hockey, foosball, and a new professional pool table. First Floor has large Bedroom and Bathroom with Walk-In Shower which can also be utilized by handicapped guests.

BOATERS AND FISHERMEN: A fish cleaning area is set-up on the private 90 foot dock with running water, cleaning table, sink, and shore power. There are Blue LED glow lights under the wharf for a great night effect. There are also 12 automatic LED flood lights, underneath the wharf, to attract fish at night. It's great entertainment, in the evenings, for the kids.

It does need some updating in terms of decor, furniture, and countertops but that was the least of our concerns for this vacation. The pool is small but perfect for an afternoon or nighttime plunge. The unit was very clean and extremely comfortable. The golf cart operated well and we didn’t have any problems with the unit while visiting. ⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.

Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides Resort Wi-Fi and is considered an "open/public network." The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.

PARKING
⭐ There are four spaces in front of the home that you may use to park. Four parking passes will also be inside the unit by the black binder on the counter.

BEACH SERVICE
⭐ There is no FREE beach service but you are able to rent beach service via La Dolce Vita. If you wish to not cross the street to the beach, you can use the crab trap access tunnel to the beach.

POOLS / HOT TUB
⭐ The community pool is located in the middle of all the units - the pool next door is not for guests of Destiny. The pool is heated from March 1st - the end of April. There is no hot tub at this property. No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/hot tub. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You are not permitted to add anything to the pool/hot tub, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Any damages or extra cleaning resulting from misuse or additives will incur damage fees of $500, including the total replacement cost. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! No jumping or sitting on the hot tub cover. Any damages to the cover will incur a damage fee of $500. Please note additional rules for more info.

SECURITY
⭐ Our property currently does NOT have an entry camera, but the resort does have cameras.

PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.

BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.

CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.

EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.

KITCHEN
⭐ The kitchen has a Fully equipped refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher under the sink.

SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.

Beautiful View: What a great location and view from both patios that were equipped with bar height tables for two. Villa with Gulf and Lake views....Located on the sun drenched pure white sandy shores of Destin's Crystal Beach (and 1/4 mile to the Miramar/Walton County border), this well decorated Destiny Beach Villa boasts an array of deluxe features. There are two levels (each with 2 bedrooms) to choose from - upstairs (3A) or downstairs (3B). Ask owner (Laura Kirby/Rent the Gulf) which is best for your family. Floor to ceiling windows surrounding include a 360 water view with sweeping gulf view to the south and lake view to the north, make the beach villa totally open and airy - from both villa floors. The beach is only 50 steps! A boardwalk lines the James Lee Park with gazebos and picnic table. With just a few stairs (not like 30A!) getting to the beach is easy. There is also a tunnel under the road for carriages/wagons.

When reserving Villa 3A, a private entrance and stairs lead you to the second floor with living room, fully stocked for cooking kitchen and dining room, seating six. A lock out door below makes the villa two separate units and Dutch door at the top of the stairs provides safety for little guests. The master bedroom upstairs has a Pottery Barn king bed, includes a half bath and access to the private back balcony overlooking the lake. The second bedroom has two single beds via a daybed. One full bath is in the hall. Front loader washer and dryer are included.

The villa downstairs has recently been renovated. The master bedroom, also with king bed also has access to a private balcony overlooking Lake Destiny. The second bedroom has a bunkbed with a full on the bottom. One full bath downstairs. Front loader washer and dryer are included.

If you're not quite ready to end your day at the beach, porches and balconies provides the perfect hideaway to finish that beach novel. Curl up in one of our new Polywood outdoor chairs. Views of the beach, gulf, and lake are paramount. During the day, guests in the master suites enjoy the sweeping vistas of the lake. In the evening, the sun sets over the lake providing a relaxed and restive environment. The lighting and eclectic furnishings all contribute to a true showpiece, embracing a warm and comfortable feel. The villa maintains a soul and character not found in most properties in Destin. Gorgeous features throughout this villa! Stone travertine floors throughout in 3B; wood laminate in 3A. Beautiful granite hand crafted island with plenty of storage and all stainless appliances - everything you need for making meals at home. Master has private balcony overlooking lighted pathway behind villas on lake. The second bedroom features stylish comforters on a new white bunk bed with a full on the bottom and twin on the top. Your 50 steps to the beach and boardwalk lining the public James Lee Park make beach days easy. Two chairs (or more) and a beach umbrella are in the condo for your use. The pool is a short 30 second walk. Private bath, grill and plenty of table, chairs, and chaise lounges for large or small groups.

My family stayed the week prior to Memorial Day, 2023 in order to hedge the crowds with two young children. It was still busy. The public beach access pictured was very busy as it's also the parking lot for the Crab Trap just down the street. Still, the crowds were nice, kind, respectful. In addition the road pictured was also very busy. Again, in part due to the week before Memorial Day. 2. An interesting note for those wondering about the beach atmosphere. There is a red tourist helicoptor which flies over head just about every 20 minutes. At first my kids loved it. I will say for me inparticular after a day or so, it got annoying and disruptive. Mind you, the above tweaks are not anything Laura can control and some of which have to do with timing of our stay. Just some realities which I always like to point out. My son as always asked "Can we visit Mrs. Laura's house again", It was a hit for our family and we will be back. Thank again, Laura!"

Beautiful View: What a great location and view from both patios that were equipped with bar height tables for two. Villa with Gulf and Lake views....Located on the sun drenched pure white sandy shores of Destin's Crystal Beach (and 1/4 mile to the Miramar/Walton County border), this well decorated Destiny Beach Villa boasts an array of deluxe features. There are two levels (each with 2 bedrooms) to choose from - upstairs (3A) or downstairs (3B). Ask owner (Laura Kirby/Rent the Gulf) which is best for your family. Floor to ceiling windows surrounding include a 360 water view with sweeping gulf view to the south and lake view to the north, make the beach villa totally open and airy - from both villa floors. The beach is only 50 steps! A boardwalk lines the James Lee Park with gazebos and picnic table. With just a few stairs (not like 30A!) getting to the beach is easy. There is also a tunnel under the road for carriages/wagons.

When reserving Villa 3A, a private entrance and stairs lead you to the second floor with living room, fully stocked for cooking kitchen and dining room, seating six. A lock out door below makes the villa two separate units and Dutch door at the top of the stairs provides safety for little guests. The master bedroom upstairs has a Pottery Barn king bed, includes a half bath and access to the private back balcony overlooking the lake. The second bedroom has two single beds via a daybed. One full bath is in the hall. Front loader washer and dryer are included.

Parking – Your stay includes parking for up to two vehicles. Spaces are unassigned, and parking passes will be provided inside the unit upon arrival. Passes must be completely filled out and clearly displayed in the windshield of each vehicle.

Please note, golf carts and other recreational vehicles will count towards the allotted parking spaces for your unit. Additionally, parking trailers, boats, or other watercraft is not allowed in our community parking lot.

Fishing – Fishing is not permitted in our lake. However, the lake is home to hundreds of turtles, and guests of all ages enjoy watching and feeding them—a fun and relaxing activity for the whole family!

Early Check In/Late Check Out – During our peak season from March through September we often have same day turnovers and are unable to accommodate early check-in and/or late check-out.

Cameras - Our property has exterior video cameras that may cover the front, rear and/or entry side of the home for compliance verification and for the security of the property. The cameras are strictly for monitoring the exterior of the home and there are no views to the interior of the home.

Stay at Destin's finest beach neighborhood with lush landscaping, wide sidewalks, beach views and million dollar homes. The beaches are famous for having crystal clear emerald green water and sugar white sands. Beautiful Lake Destiny is directly behind the beach villa and adds it's own ambience to our location. Sit and enjoy the birds and wildlife around the lake and the shimmering lights and reflections seen in the evening. The interior of the villa recently updated last with new granite countertops, lights and fixtures in the kitchen and bath and new furniture in the living room and master bedroom. There is a large community pool seventy yards away and a lighted walkway around the lake. There is a tunnel under scenic highway 98 for wheelchairs, baby strollers and walk assisted devices or you can walk fifty steps directly across from our house to the beach. The address is thirty five fifty one Highway ninety eight and we are the third house from the west. The proximity and views of the beach make this the best choice for a family vacation. We have an upstairs and a downstairs unit. The downstairs is usually preferred as it sleeps more people and has a new queen sleeper sofa.
