This adorable beach villa on the west end of Scenic Highway 30-A is an ideal retreat for those looking for a wonderful lot with fenced back yard and rooms for outdoor BBQ. This home was completely remodeled in 2019 and offers 2 full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, open living/kitchen/dining, laundry room, screened porch in front and back of home as well as a 2 car garage space. The opportunities are endless for this one but there is nothing that has to be done for you to come and enjoy it just how it is for years to come. Only 1 mile to Gulf Place/Shunk Gulley, Stinky's Fish Camp just one block away and Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club is just one mile too! Minimum Stay 3 night.

- "Great stay, close enough to walk to the beach, the garage was fully stocked with beach toys, boards, chairs and even a wagon which makes the short walk to the beach much easier. Floors were a bit dirty but we ended up wearing our slippers inside. Bathrooms didn’t vent very well, got condensation on the ceilings, may have issues there. TVs in every room which was nice and lots of places to sleep. Overall, wonderful stay. Wouldn’t mind staying here again."
