- "Beautiful and charming home with nice decorations. Loved the extra touches of Native bathroom items for our use and extras in the kitchen, like spices, chocolates and oil. Laundry had eco friendly washing pods and dryer sheets also provided by owner. The extras were great, but the description had a private pool at this location and it did not have one. They moved us to a new location, but the new townhome was having outdoor renovations everyday. This made the use of the back patio impossible to use all week and parking was a problem while they painted the front. We had strangers looking in the home all day as they worked on ladders and scaffolding. We woke up early, as they started work early and were at the windows by 7:30 AM on our vacation week! This was Panhandle Getaways decision to move us here and we were not notified of the work. Scaffolding, ladders, paint and other items were left in front of the doors which made if very difficult to get in and out. Trash from the workers littered the entire area. No reimbursement or additional compensation was offered for this huge inconvenience. Very disappointed "

- "The property was OK, but definitely not worth the money. Upon arriving, we had issues with an alarm going off every time a door was open. There was also chirping noises from smoke detectors needing to go off. The worst thing was that the owner felt that it was OK to give the code to a random person to tour the property while we were renting it. My children were by themselves at the time while I was at the store and it was very unsafe. The golf cart had issues where the gas gage said it was full and it was not so we ran out of gas and they had to come and fix it and we’re trying to blame it on us for running out of gas even though the gas gauge said full. When we got home, we found that the people that were in our house trying to fix the alarms and chirping noises just thought it would be a good idea to leave the garage fully open as well as the front door. Not a safe place to stay and poor communication with the owner as well as rental company. Would not recommend here for the money. "

Used it to go to Red Bar and Chiringo. The living space was great for games and tv watching on our one rainy day."
