Also invest in ear plugs for the neighbors above you... sometimes you never know who will be there but it had no effect on our use and amenities of this condo. It was great having the convenience of beach chairs and umbrellas set up for us esp during the holiday week. We had an easy stay in this space for a crazy holiday week. Thanks again!"

They were extremely communicative. The only thing that wasn't 5 stars was the mattress, it felt well worn, but it wasn't awful. There is a half bath up there, so I wasn't worried about them navigating the stairs at night for the toilet. All around wonderful stay and would definitely return!"

The Neighborhood:

It's just minutes from the shopping and dining of popular Gulf Place. Come and enjoy the crystal clear waters and white sand 30A is famous for!

Getting Around:
There are lovely shops and restaurants closeby accessible via golf cart or bikes. No car needed!

Other Things to Note:
Beach cruiser bikes included (2). We also have beach chairs, bogey boards, board games, books, a beach wagon, and a cooler. Rental includes a six-seater golf cart also. All the amenities to make your stay great!

It's a very close walk to Stinky Fish Restaurant, Bar, and Baitshop. They have amazing to-go drinks that you can grab while at the beach!

We have a lovely, small community that is very close to the beach. We also have a community pool that any renter can use, and we're right near miles of paths.

HURRICANE REFUND: Any dates you've reserved that Santa Rosa Beach is under mandatory evacuation will be refunded to you in full.

FINE POLICY: We will have to pass along community fines for towels left hanging on front porch or cars parked on street/in landscaping.

*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck.
*No parties or events.
*Complimentary golf cart can only be operated by guests over 25 years of age who provide verification. Rental agreement requires a valid drivers license and proof of existing auto insurance coverage.
*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.
*Private Heated Pool **Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $50/day. Pool & spa are heated together. Must be heated for duration of stay. If selected, it must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on.
*Home must remain pet free.
*There are no refunds for weather related events. We advise trip insurance during hurricane season (May-November)
