Stella Luna is spacious, bright & beautiful, with an open kitchen / living room / dining room arrangement. Charcoal gray kitchen cabinets and granite counter-tops complement stainless steel appliances to make cooking and cleaning up a delight. The kitchen bar seats 4, and the rustic French country dining table seats 6 (and can easily accommodate 8).
The cozy living area boasts a 58-inch Smart TV (for instant connection to Netflix, Amazon videos, YouTube, music apps, etc.), comfy sofa, 2 swivel rocker armchairs, shelves with plenty of beach books, and a cabinet containing games and cards for those long summer evenings. The community of Grayton is in the center of all 30A has to offer. This historic town has an "old Florida" feel with old oak trees and, of course, the famous Red Bar. The shops/restaurants in Grayton and the beach are about a 3 minute walk from Papa's Hideaway. Although this charming cottage is steps away from all that Grayton has to offer, it is perfectly tucked away for privacy.
Papa's Hideaway is on a corner lot protected by large pine trees. You enter the house through the large screened in porch. The porch has a wooden table with 4 chairs, a couch, and a large chair to relax and enjoy your morning coffee. When you enter the house, you are greeted by the living room, which has a wood burning fireplace, a couch, 2 large chairs and a flatscreen TV. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and is stocked with pots and pans, cutlery, and glassware- ready for a home cooked meal! The stainless-steel refrigerator has a built-in ice maker. The stove top has 4 electric burners with an oven below.
The master bedroom has a king bed with a wonderful view of the large yard. There is a flatscreen TV and 2 nightstands in the master bedroom.
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds- perfect for the kids! There is another flatscreen TV in the second bedroom.
The bathroom has a wonderful large glass shower. In the closet of the bathroom are the washer and dryer.
The best part of the property is the dock on Western Lake. The dock is a great place to enjoy an evening cocktail or throw a line in the water to catch some fish.
Papa's Hideaway also has a charcoal grill on the outdoor patio and an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach.

Located within the charming, historic village of Grayton Beach, this two-bedroom home offers plenty of peace and quiet while still keeping you close to the local attractions, too. This particular home was initially located in Seagrove, and the owners moved it here to preserve its classic old Florida feel.

The home sits back from the road, allowing plenty of lounging space in the front yard. The main walkway leads up to the front door, which opens into the hallway and out into the wide-open living area. Large, sparkling walls of windows allow for plenty of gorgeous natural Florida sunshine to flow inside.

On one side of the GREAT ROOM, there is a fully-equipped KITCHEN with crisp white cabinets and glossy quartz countertops. Open shelving in front of the windows catches and reflects the light off the glassware. There’s also a spacious center island with bar stool seating, a high-end gas range, a huge, double-front refrigerator, and a dishwasher. A wine fridge and stand alone ice maker across the way makes it easy to mix drinks for your friends and family.

Next to the kitchen is the LIVING AREA, complete with a large HDTV that sits in front of a comfy sectional sofa and a stylish leather armchair. There’s also a full DINING ROOM with seating for six, right next to the living area, and a spacious LAUNDRY ROOM just off the kitchen.

Each of the two separate bedrooms is located down a short hallway. The FIRST BEDROOM has a luxurious king-size bed and an HDTV, while the SECOND BEDROOM has an inviting queen-size bed and an HDTV. Across the hallway from both bedrooms is the single FULL BATHROOM, with a tub/shower combo and a quirky, flamingo wallpaper.

-Grayton Dunes- Access is ADA accessible, has freshwater showers, and parking on the street. Located at the end of Garfield Street behind the Red Bar in the heart of Grayton Beach. The boardwalk also extends to the end of Banfill Street one block to the east. The access is next to Western Lake outfall and Grayton Beach State Park. The freshwater lake opens periodically and exchanges water with the gulf. Several fishing charters launch off the beach for half-day and full-day trips.

-Grayton Beach State Park- This is one of the most popular state parks in Florida, with massive dunes, winding trails, abundant wildlife, and shimmering 100-acre Western Lake, one of many coastal dune lakes gracing Scenic Highway 30A along Scenic 30A in South Walton (SoWal).

In this home, we especially appreciated all of the seating on the back patio for sipping coffee every morning, the beach amenities (3 chairs, 2 umbrellas, a cooler, towels, boogie board, football, and wagon) and the bathroom amenities (make-up washcloths, hairdryer, handsoap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion). We also had what we needed in the kitchen, and it was nice having a shower/hose at the property to wash off sand. It rained several days during our stay, and we were glad to find umbrellas in a cabinet to use. They seem to have thought of everything. Communication with Stay on 30A was easy and helpful, and the welcome packet received after booking was full of great info. My husband, young adult sons, and I had a wonderful 30A Getaway and hope to return soon! :)"

- "Cannot say enough about how amazing this place was and was perfect for a family of three. Definitely can fit a family of four and maybe one other person but that’s pretty much it If you’re reading this then you may know about great Beach and how acquainted is and this property is one of the best ones we’ve ever stayed at in the past 10 years. The dock on the bay is simply the star of the show, but the interior was nicely updated and very comfortable with lots of comfy chairs and couches and beds.The only thing that needs to be considered are the bathrooms are fairly small with airline type sinks… Meaning your sink is about 12 x 16“ and that’s it. But really was no issue for us as I had a very large shower in both bathrooms. Everything else was provided that you can possibly imagine and the management company was simply amazing in our stay."

Brand new 2 bedroom 2.5 bath in the SE. best area of old Grayton near the beach and on the lake. High end furnishings and great location just 100 feet to beach access, on the Grayton lake, and 100 yards to famous Red Bar and Chringo restaurants. Enjoy your private dock and private pool right on Grayton Lake. Great for one family as master has King bed in it and bunk room has 2-Twin bunks. Each room has its own bath and then there is an extra 1/2 bath off kitchen. Overflow we got you covered with Queen pull out sofa bed in Kitchen/Living area. High end appliances including gas stove. Washer Dryer in unit for your use too. Come enjoy this private piece of paradise in old Grayton in SE corner on lake and close to access to beach and gulf. No cable tv, streaming services only. The pool area that looks like a hot tub will remain the same temp as the pool. It is not something that can be used separately. Pool heat is available for additional fee
