- "Beautiful view and amazing beach!" - "We liked our unit at Mistral. The location right on the Gulf of Mexico was beautiful. We enjoyed having our coffee on the balcony every morning. There were sometimes discrepancies between the guidebook we were sent digitally and the print book in the unit. The print book gave us one password for Wi-Fi, but another paper on the credenza gave a different password, which was the correct one. Just small stuff like that. Cell signal was not great. The kitchen was very nice, the bathroom was nice, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The carpeting was a little dingy, and the balcony door was very rusted and hard to slide back-and-forth. But overall the location was great and the oceanfront view was spectacular. We also appreciated that the unit had a red “sea turtl light instead of a porch light on the balcony."

- "The property was okay. The views and beach access was great but this property needs some attention. We had a couple minor issues but the property management were very attentive and helpful which was appreciated. The first floor patio furniture was terrible. The corners of the square metal table were completely rusted through and the chairs had rust stains running down them and the round outdoor table was broken within itself, all should be thrown away. It’s a nice property, but needs some TLC."

"ALMOST ALICE" is a completely renovated modern coastal beach townhouse! PRIVATE BEACH, this isn't just access, it is deeded beach and only shared with 8 owners which is tough to find on 30A! The spacious living space has high vaulted ceilings and plenty of light. Our 1300-square-foot townhouse is a two-story with sleeping downstairs, living and eating upstairs with tasteful beach themed decor. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The master features cable flatscreen TV, queen-size bed, and sunroom. The second bedroom features two twin beds, and TV. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer on the same floor.

Upstairs is a wonderfully bright living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room has a queen-sized bed in pullout couch,
48 inch TV. A deck from the living room looks out towards the Gulf. Beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and has a deck going out to the front of the house to watch the sunsets. A half bath is located on that level also.

- NOTE: Golf carts/slingshots are not allowed on our parking lot due to limited parking for vehicles. Most areas around us, including Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, and Prominence do not allow non-resident golf carts either, so there’s nowhere to really drive them. We do have bike rentals on-site and that’s the easiest (and most fun) way to get around!

The location is ideal- about 1 mile from The Big Chill on 30A and minutes to Rosemary and Alys Beach! Seasonally heated community pool, Magnolia Cottages by the Sea is sure be the perfect peaceful beach vacation! Public beach access is 100 yards left or right from the private beach. Private is not available for guests.

The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila, to wings, burgers and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Walk out the back sliding door directly to the new boardwalk, then down some stairs to the beach. Also, this unit is directly across from the pool. Owners were very responsive and the unit was equipped with everything we needed. Two bunk beds in the hallway…the only thing I would mention is maybe adding a rail for the upper bunk for some peace of mind. Outstanding stay and short bike ride to Alys Beach and other local spots.
