- "I love the Laguna Beach area and this trip was perfect. It was Thunder Beach, but it was not crowded on this end. Only a few people were in the other condos but we manage to befriend everyone.. The view from this place is fantastic.. It has everything you need to cook and a grocery store right next door. The only issue we had was no can opener that worked (we borrowed from the neighbors), the dishwasher would never stop. I had to stop it after two hours and hand dry everything. No batteries in the tv remotes (not a biggie), but the Wifi only worked for my laptop, everything else I had to run off my hotspot. Overall this place was great. Will definitely be back. Vacasa was excellent in their communications with us before and during our stay."

Also the shower head leaks when the water is turned off unless you let it hang down, and it gets everything near the outside of the shower wet if you leave the curtain open so it can dry out, like you are supposed to do to prevent mold. 2. Fix the water so that each unit is on their own water. It is not cool to be in the shower and lose pressure and be scalded because your neighbor flushed the commode or is running water over there. They were very prompt to handle an issue with the people staying in the unit next to us. And I also was contacted to let me know the issue was resolved. They were very courteous and professional with the issue. Would I stay here again? ABSOLUTELY Would I recommend it to a friend? ABSOLUTELY"

Most of the cabinet drawers are empty but there were plenty of dishes and pots and pans. The mattress is really hard. - "I almost hate to share our secret place to stay in PCB! We have stayed at another rental on this property as well, and it was just as great. We enjoy it because it’s the quiet end of PCB. We come for the Gulf, and appreciate not being close to all of the tourist attractions like Pier Park. No elevators to wait/waste your time on! No rowdy neighbors! Short hop over the street to the beach, pretty good views even from the lower level. Nice current furnishings, plenty of linens, handy to have starting things set up like a roll of TP in bathrooms and small soap in the kitchen. We had groceries delivered from Walmart an hour after our check in, seamless and wonderful to avoid wasting time at Walmart!! The pool is a great size for the amount of condos. Just a great hidden gem if you’re looking to spend more time in the water in a more peaceful area. Owner was great and very prompt to communicate with. This set of condominiums will always be our go-to when we vacation in PCB."

Was happy that they are pet friendly. Was able to bring my dogs. The beach that’s down the block says “no dogs” but because there are no lifeguards on this beach it didn’t seem to matter. It’s not a far drive but definitely better to walk to the beach down the street than drive and have to park. I also liked that this place was close to the pizza and ice cream shop. That made for great convenience. Sunsets were beautiful! Something cool to look into are the fire pits they do on the beach. You have to use a company because they require a permit. Google it - it’s about $300 if you want to splurge - but a very cool way to experience the beach at sunset / dusk. Overall the place is pretty basic - simple but effective. My only negative would be the outside area- it seems the lawn and property hasn’t had too much TLC. My dogs kept getting stickers in their fur because there were so many overgrown weeds. However I did enjoy the charcoal grill outside. Made some burgers! All in all if you are looking for a simple little place close to the beach this will do nicely. Super responsive host - management company. Getting in and out was easy! They also had parking for our 2 cars. I was worried about that too- but no problem at all."

- "Great little weekend getaway. Very convenient to where my children were staying, right around the block. Place looks just like the picture show. My granddaughter loved sleeping one night in the bunkbeds in the living area. Only one block from the beach and to Thomases famous donut place and also the Carousel grocery store. We rented a golf cart from a local shop making travel to and from the beach very easy. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick get away. "

- "Easy" - "This place felt like coming home. You just can’t beat the location. You walk out front, and you are staring at the beach. No stairs to worry about dragging things up and down, and our dog got to go. We didn’t have to worry about her back home, left in the care of a stranger. The owner was so nice and accommodating. The place was stocked with everything we needed to cook, including a gas grill, and towels, chairs, and toys for the beach. A washer and dryer are on site. Someone was above us, but I never heard them once. A fabulous grocery store is within walking distance to the right of the place, and Thomas Donuts is to the left, also within walking distance. We were a little snug with three teenagers. If we had smaller children, it would be perfect. (We may leave them next time, haha). The beds were extremely comfortable. I thought having one bathroom would be an issue, but it surprisingly was not. Overall…. We LOVED it. We almost completely avoided the spring break crowd, and that alone is reason to come back every time. I want to add that I have a knee injury and this location was convenient for me to go back and forth to the beach, something I was worried about. My fiancé insists that I mention how perfect the sunsets are from the porch. Use the blender there to enjoy a pina colada from it."

- "2 night stay for husbands birthday. We loved this place! Pretty small but so cute and cozy for 2. Loved the fun decor - excellent job with that. Had everything you need in an efficient arrangement. King bed was very comfortable. Snacks and coffee pods and some bottled water provided which was much appreciated. Communication was excellent Would definitely stay again!"

- "From start to finish, our stay was a great experience! The location was perfect, great neighborhood and close to beach. Having Thomas's down the street was amazing for the kids each day- the donuts are AMAZING! The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The property manager, Josh, was awesome- he was on top of everything and very responsive with questions. We will be back! For Spring Break, the beach was fantastic- not crowded at all!"
