Welcome to Laguna Place Cottages, home of the world's most beautiful beaches! We are located in the heart of Laguna Beach in Panama City Beach. We keep our prices much more affordable than our competitors because we love making family friends. ❤️

This triplex of cottages (3 cottages in 1 building) is directly across the street of the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast on the Gulf. Cottage A is a ground floor 2 bedroom/1 bath and is cozy, clean and perfect for 4-5 people. The master bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has a full bed. There is a sleeper sofa as well. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and the kitchen is fully equipped. In the back of the property there is a grill as well as laundry facilities for your convenience. No long walks to the parking garage! There are 2 dedicated parking spots right outside your front door.

One block to the west, Laguna Place has the convenience of the Carousel Market with liquor store and gift shop. One block east is the famous Thomas donuts and sandwich shop. Just 2-1/2 miles east is Pier Park which offers many attractions, restaurants and shopping.

We do have another cottage (B) VRBO# 2052235 of the same size which features a king bed, bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. Please inquire if your dates are not available for cottage A.

Located on the West end of PCB offering family-friendly quiet beaches. Our condo is located approximately 4.5 miles from Pier Park with lots of shopping and restaurants. Within a mile there is back beach BBQ, Dairy Queen, Ole Beach Bar and PHO 77 - Asian/Thai food.

It was a brand new rental that just became available and looked perfect for our family of four. The host was very polite and quickly responds to messages. When we got there I was so happy to see that the beach was across the street. The condo has two bedrooms and both have a private bath. I have two children and the room they occupied has a twin over full bunk with drawers built into the steps. The balcony off the master suite has a beautiful view of the ocean. The main floor also has a half bath and the kitchen came complete with everything needed. Very cozy condo and we will definitely visit again!"

- "2 night stay for husbands birthday. We loved this place! Pretty small but so cute and cozy for 2. Loved the fun decor - excellent job with that. Had everything you need in an efficient arrangement. King bed was very comfortable. Snacks and coffee pods and some bottled water provided which was much appreciated. - "We had a great stay, everything was as listed, loved how it was just across from the beach and literally 2 minutes walk to thomas donut and snack shop, we went there almost everyday." - "I contacted the host the day of our reservarion to let her know our arrival time. She did not respond. We arrived at the location and there was nowhere to park due to all the vehicles and people outside the "studio apartment". We drove past, and called the host. When she answered she told me she had seen us drive by and to come on back she had the stuff for me (i was thinking keys etc for our stay). We went back and she met us at the road. She was obviously drunk, and handed me a prescription pill bottle with pills in it!!! I had to explain i was there to check in for our reservarion which she claimed she knew nothing about even though i had contacted her to ask if our cat was welcome. She said the room was not ready, and she would have to get it ready since she was not expecting us. She told us to get somewhere else to stay and come back the next day. It was such a hassle to have spent that much money to be told to go rent another place at the last minute. Beware this is listed as a full studio apartment that youll have to yourself. This was a room in a house- which we never would have rented knowing ahead of time that a whole wild ass family was going to be there the whole time. We contacted vrbo and was told they cant cancel, only host can IF SHE WANTS TO REFUND. she did, thankfully. Dont waste your time or money. Beware this is not a place to yourself, and i would not feel secure staying here after being handed pills when she'd never even met me!!! Unsafe environment!"

This is a private apartment located at the back of main house with private deck. It’s only a block to beach access. Very nice beach access .Very close to pier park and lots of restaurants. Only 4 blocks to Carousel Grocery and a few more to Thomas donuts .pool is not included right now. We have to have work done on concrete and pool.
