There was no comparable rooms available so after traveling all day I asked front desk if there was a 3 bedroom available b/c the amount of travelers we had needed to be accommodated by 3 beds. I was given a runaround from VRBO and assigned a case number which I had to use to call back the following day in order to communicate with VRBO and the front desk. I called 3 separate times and got nothing accomplished. I’m guessing everyone is happy because they got paid and I had to dish out more than I budgeted for .
