Less than 100 yards from beach access, and situated on a private canal, you can dock your boat or jet skis. There is a spacious yard, OUTDOOR KITCHEN, bar, swing and PRIVATE pool. The pool is not heated.

We offer the OPTION to rent our 6 passenger golf cart for $650*+ refundable damage deposit. (*weekly rentals only March - Oct. Daily rentals available from Oct - Feb). The golf cart is NOT included in your rental of the home.

The maximum capacity of this home is 8 (including children). We do not allow parties or large gatherings. Only guests listed on the rental agreement are allowed on the property including the pool/ no outside guests. Base rate for up to 5 guests; additional guest fees will apply for more guests or pets. Maximum two dogs (only) allowed & dogs are not allowed in the pool. The exterior front door area of this unit is monitored by a RING camera.

**Guests traveling with a registered service animal (maximum 1 per person with disability) are required to contact the host prior to making the reservation so that reasonable accommodations can be considered. Emotional support animals are not allowed without the pet fee.
Registered service animals must not be left alone in the property at any time, they must accompany their service person when he/she leaves the home.

Completely remodeled 3b/2.75b cabin with an enclosed outdoor patio, granite countertops, new appliances and bathroom fixtures, and a large couch for any extra guests you may have. This is our deluxe beachfront tiny home that sleeps 8. Screened porch facing the Santa Rosa Sound. There is a full kitchen with cooktop and microwave and a large refrigerator. It has a queen bed in separate bedroom and 2 queen mattresses in the loft and a sofa bed in the common room. It comes with one set of linens. You can request linen sets for the rest of the beds at $20/per set. Pet friendly $25/per pet 3 max.

The gulf beach was a 5-min drive for us and we were still able to sit on the porch and drink coffee overlooking the water. The staff was friendly and responsive, and the little cabin was very cute. The beach at the campground is small and man-made, and this cabin sits right on it. That means that there are campground activities held right outside your cabin at times. This wasn't a problem for us but did affect our ability to be on the porch in the evenings because there were outdoor movies being shown. If my children had been younger and wanted to watch the movies being shown, it would have been fabulous to watch from the porch!!"

Pulling into the gates, you will find the driveway leading to the Lodge, which will be on the right and the small lake on the left. You will enter the house through the front door, and park in the circular driveway. Once inside, the first floor has a bright and open kitchen, large formal dining room, laundry room, bedroom, and bathroom. Going upstairs, you will find an open loft area used as an office space, as well as the large bedroom with attached bath and walk in closet.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home beside the garage and additional apartment area.
The grill is available so please enjoy grilling something up.
There is one cat who lives on the property, but you will probably rarely see her.
Please park anywhere in the circular driveway.

The Neighborhood:
Very quiet neighborhood and the property is large with a private entrance. Located less than 5 minutes from HWY 90, and 15 minutes away from Pensacola,
FL. Lots of surrounding restaurants and convenience stores within a 5-10 minute range.

Interaction with Guests:
I live relatively close and sometimes stop by to work in the garage. I will notify guests of when I’ll be stopping by and can provide communication/assistance as much or as little as needed.
