Dock Holiday, the latest addition to our "fleet" of 4. is located on Pensacola Bay in Seville Harbour Marina (facing east). This one-bedroom, one-bathroom floating getaway sleeps 4 people (queen bed + queen sofa sleeper), full bath (shower only), and features a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances, the bar/counter and dining table provide plenty of seating. Relax on the front porch and enjoy your morning coffee, a view of the bay, or a glass of wine at the end of your day.
You are a short walk away from Bartram Park and Seville Square, which hosts many local festivals and events in the heart of the historic district. Take in many great restaurants, local bars, art galleries, museums, Blue Wahoo's baseball, Ice Flyer hockey, shopping, Veteran's Memorial Park and Palafox Street, which was named one of America’s greatest streets. The sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key are just a short drive away, as is the National Naval Aviation Museum (home of the world-famous Blue Angels).
Bring your watercraft (boat, jet ski, kayak, etc.)!! Launch at a nearby ramp and dock near your Houseboat. Trailer parking is also available. Make sure to mention what you will be bringing (type, size, water/power needs, etc.) when booking.
Additional marina amenities include the "BathMat" (laundry area and restrooms) and "The Grill Deck" (a common cook-out/gathering area) and a fish cleaning station.
Of the four, Dock Holiday has the best view of the bay from the marina and with that comes the most exposure to some swaying with an east wind. For some, it will gently rock you to sleep and for others, plan accordingly.
Please note that this Houseboat is located on the water in a marina, and you will be walking on docks that may include uneven footing. There are no railings on the front or back decks or along the docks. May not be suitable for young children, people with stability issues, or accessibility issues (i.e. wheelchair - standard door widths throughout).

- "We were lucky enough to book this property for my son and my husband for a guys weekend in honor of Veterans Day. And it did not disappoint. The house is SO cool- complete with its own dock and a true house boat atmosphere. You don’t get any close to waterfront than this. The guys enjoyed walking out the front door and fishing right there. Everything was well stocked and clean, with so much within an easy walking distance- restaurants shops and more. We will definetly be booking again our next time in the area. Hosts were very accommodating and provided all useful information needed. "

The houseboat was a perfect place to stay for me. Thank you!" - "The floating house was just perfect from the location to the super cute interior." - "Great rental. Looks exactly like the pictures. - "My husband and I enjoyed out stay at this boathouse. Very nice and clean, well equipped, basket of goodies for us on the left on the dinning table, prompt in messaging back through VRBO when asking questions or needing something. We were able to keep our boat we hauled with us at the same marina as the house boat. Marina very nice, clean and secure. Fish House restaurant overlooks the marina which we found to be super convenient, delicious and the bar staff which we mostly interacted with was amazing. We will definitely be coming back to do this trip all over again soon!!"

- "Where do I begin?! This trip was an amazing experience from start to finish and just kept getting better each day! Kevin is so welcoming and becomes part of the family while you’re on his vessel, the Trinity. He plans each day around your interests and is an amazing host. Kevin starts each morning off with the smell of coffee & breakfast cooked as you roll out of bed! He chartered us to white sand beaches and clear water where we saw stingrays and other marine life on our first day then we headed out and discovered our own personal dolphin cove (Literally, a TON of dolphins putting on a show for us both mornings we had anchored there!) and our last night we watched Pensacola’s 4th of July firework show right over the boat front & center! The whole trip was epic and full of sailing, swimming, laughter, and memories for a lifetime… even our 12 year old daughter enjoyed the whole experience! Thank you for your gracious hospitality, Kevin! We will be back on the Trinity again in the future for sure! :)"

Experience breathtaking sunset views from the comfort of your very own boat rental on AirBnB! Meet the Seagull, a classic 38 ft Marine Trader Trawler located in Perdido Key Florida near Pensacola NAS and just a short drive away from Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and Pensacola. Nestled in a serene area, away from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding tourist towns, Seagull offers the perfect spot for a relaxing and scenic vacation.
Seagull has a master bedroom with full/queen bed, 2 bunks in the v-birth and could sleep one on the galley couch. This boat would work for 1-2 couples or a small family.
Because Seagull is a boat, she has a few quirks associated with most boats - spaces can be small, storage areas are unique, and there are stairs/ladders. We do not recommend Seagull for people with mobility or balance problems. You must be comfortable with a little sway as well as being able to step on and off a moving boat. Occasionally the AC will sputter when a strainer gets full of seaweed. We've even had someone accidentally unplug the power from the pier.
Seagull has been a joy for our family of 5 to visit. She has made the great loop at least twice in her former life. Seagull was made in the 80's and has a classic feel.
We do feel this is a family friendly boat, but we do not recommend young kids that are not use to being on the water. All kids must have adequate supervision. I would not recommend for early walkers.
The boat will be at dock but does still move especially as the charter boats come and go or when the bay or marina is busy. If you are very prone to motion sickness this could be a problem but does generally improve once you get your "sea legs."
Blue Angels frequently fly overhead. The practice schedule is listed on the Navy site. They do seem to frequently fly outside of posted schedules but I can't tell you when. Some weeks it is every other day at 11. Some weeks they may not fly at all.
We have recently changed to gas stove to a microwave/convection oven unit with induction stove top to help with safety in our small space. We have grills available outside as well as blenders and coolers. We are trying to keep the kitchen stocked as much as possible for the compact space.
She has 2 baths (heads as we call them). The bathrooms are the type you will find on most boats but they are different than house bathrooms.
The entire boat is yours at dock. Marina also has some common spaces including a bathroom, laundry and dock store.
Other things to note
NO SMOKING ON THE BOAT - additional cleaning fees will need to be collected for damages and odor from smoking.
We are working to arrange charters at some time but we are in the progress of getting the correct insurance. Our eventual goal is to offer an entire vacation experience. We have to start with the boat at dock first then add options from there.
Frequently Asked Questions:
1) Can we take the boat out ourselves - No, our insurance and our risk tolerance level don't allow it - Big Boat, Small Slip
2) Charter Questions: We're in progress of updating our insurance and will start charter services soon.
We have put together a guide book with additional information. We will email that to you.
Things to note
- The boat rocks but mostly when larger boats go by or when the charters come and go. Night is usually pretty still. I have given motion sick family members motion sickness medication just in case. It can get rocky during storms as well.
- Getting on and off the boat is not easy in its current slip. A person of normal health can do it just fine but I would not recommend at this time if you have bad joints or generally very clumsy.
- We added a third AC but is can still get hot when the windows are open. If you close the curtain during the heat of the day it should stay cool.
- During heavy rains (it can rain a lot in Pensacola) the side door has a small leak. We've tried 5 ways to fix it but it's a sliding door and sometimes the rain goes sideways. If you happen to notice other leaks please let us know.
- Fixing things on a boat is a never ending process. We try really hard to keep Seagull in good shape but things do break.
- We send a instruction manual about a week prior to your visit, there is a copy on the boat and we call about 2 days before your trip to answer any more questions.
I think that's all - If you're looking for an unique experience on the water; Seagull is your girl. If you're looking for perfection then she may not be right for you (although she's perfect in our eyes)
Whether you choose to spend your time relaxing on deck, taking a dip in the water, or exploring the local attractions, Seagull offers the perfect base for your next vacation. So why wait? Book now and experience the magic of a stunning sunset from the comfort of your own boat rental on AirBnB!
- "Host was very responsive to any questions and concerns. If you enjoy camping in an RV you would find this very similar." - "It was everything they said. Accurately describe the boat and instructions. I picked up my son from the naval station every day and took him to the boat before we headed out, he loved it as well. Reminded me from my teenage years when I used to live on a boat. It’s a must!" - "Everyone beginning with the owner to the folks at the marina were great. My husband LOVES boats and this was a fantastic surprise for him and his family. We were in the area for a memorial service on the Naval Air Station for my husband's uncle, a WWII veteran. Family from all over the country came for the service and I was lucky enough to run across the Seagull on VRBO. We had a great time and will be back!!!!"

The Gulf Star is a beautiful 50 foot sailboat made with luxury and comfort in mind. This particular boat was one of the last of the Gulf Star sailboat line and features many upgrades. The boat is available to rent at dock. Test out "boat life," relax to your favorite show (or book) in the comfortable saloon, have a sunset cocktail, fish off the end of the pier or enjoy many area activities including charters, parks, restaurants, NAS Blue Angels, and many more.
The space
The Gulf Star has a master bedroom with larger Queen bed in the stern, a Full size V-birth in the front (couples, a single adult or 2 kids) and a bunk room with a small twin. This boat would work for 1-2 couples or a small family.
Because the Gulf Star is a boat, there are a few quirks associated with most boats - spaces can be small, storage areas are unique, and there are stairs/ladders. We do not recommend the boat for people with mobility or balance problems. You must be comfortable with a little sway as well as being able to step on and off a moving boat. Occasionally the AC will sputter when a strainer gets full of seaweed. Breakers can trip. We've even had someone accidentally unplug the power from the pier.
The Gulf Star was one of the very last of this luxury brand sailboat made. There are several upgrades that are not in other models.
We can at times offer some water "toys" including kayaks & paddle boards (depending on if we have some that are in good shape). We generally have fishing poles and other similar items as well.
We do feel this is a family friendly boat, but we do not recommend young kids that are not use to being on the water. All kids must have adequate supervision.
The boat will be at dock but dose still move especially as the charter boats come and go or when the bay or marina is busy. If you are very prone to motion sickness this could be a problem but does generally improve once you get your "sea legs."
We have recently changed to gas stove to a convection oven/air fryer unit with induction stove top to help with safety in our small space. We have a grill available outside as well as blenders and coolers. We are trying to keep the kitchen stocked as much as possible for the compact space.
The Gulf Star has 2 baths (heads as we call them). Toilet paper in the heads (bathrooms) must go in a trash can and can not be flushed - this is just how boat bathrooms work. They are full bathrooms but they are typical boat bathrooms and on the tiny side.
The marina can be a very social area especially in the afternoons after the charter boats arrive. There is now a portable bar that is set up generally on weekends and some week days. There will likely be food trucks on the weekends. Often there is a fish fry or other group activity at the dock.
Guest access
The entire boat is yours at dock. Marina also has some common spaces.
Marina has a bathroom, pay washer and dryer(quarters) and a small store for ice, bait, drinks and snacks.
Parking can get a little crowded but we have not had a problem finding a spot even in the summer. Use a dock cart to bring your supplies on the boat.
Other things to note
Things to note:
- During heavy rains (it can rain a lot in Pensacola) we are always chasing leaks in the boats. If you happen to notice other leaks please let us know so we can fix them.
- Fixing things on a boat is a never ending process. We try really hard to keep the boats in good shape but things do break.
- There still is some other residual damage in the marina from Sally and the area that is rapidly being repaired
- NO SMOKING ON THE BOAT - additional cleaning fees will need to be collected for damages and odor from smoking.
- We send a instruction manual about a week prior to your visit, there is a copy on the boat and it should answer most other questions
- Being in Florida, you may encounter: storms, bugs, jellyfish, excessive heat, humidity, and other wild life. These are beyond our control. The manatee (rare but we have seen them), Fred the sea turtle (he's huge) and the dolphins are harmless - but please do not feed or mess with them.
Frequently Asked Questions:
1) Can we take the boat out ourselves - No, our insurance and our risk tolerance level don't allow it - Big Boat, Small Slip
2) Charter Questions: We're in progress of finding a captain. At this time we can not offer charter options but as soon as we find a captain that will fit our standards we will add this.
This is our ultimate goal and we are working toward that as fast as we can.
3) Bike Rentals: The closest I can find is Beach Bike Rentals in Orange Beach. We would like to eventually get bikes for the boat but we do not have them yet. The ones on the photo look cool but are not ours. You can bring bikes, 2 will fit on the back but then you have to climb to get to a different door.
4) Kayak/Canoe rentals: Big Lagoon Rentals, Beach Paddle Sports
5) Waverunner Rental: Big Lagoon Jet Ski Rentals
6) Blue Angels frequently fly overhead. The practice schedule is listed on the Navy site. They do seem to frequently fly outside of posted schedules but I can't tell you when. The last 2 times we stayed for a week on the boat it was every other day at 11. Some weeks they may not fly at all.
7) Charters: The marina has fishing, sailing and diving charters at the marina. We are working on a list. Basically you can wake up, go fishing or diving then walk down to the boat.
I think that's all - If you're looking for an unique experience on the water then the Gulf Star will make a great vacation. If you're looking for perfection than it may not be the best fit. We are really grateful to be able to offer our boats so other people can try out boat life. Enjoy!
- "I was nervous about staying on a sailboat but my family was excited so we gave it a shot. So glad we did. We had so much fun and made lots of unique memories! Perfect for our family of three but there was room for more. Randy answered all my questions before I even knew what to ask." - "It was something totally different. The boat was an enjoyable change of pace. We liked being on the water and watching the charters going out and coming back. Not to far from anything. We would do it again. Its not like staying in a condo. Totally different feel."

Whether coming for a fishing or diving charter, or a night alone with your significant other, this boat is what your looking for! You can get a quick stay right at the marina to be on sight for your charter or enjoy a quiet evening close to the bay or Grande Lagoon Park.
Great spot for an overnight on the boat with the kids, kick back on the bed and watch a DVD, and wake up and take them to the Perdido kids park right across the street! Family and action DVD's included.
- "Our family thoroughly enjoyed our night on this cute little boat on our way to the beach for spring break. So much more character than a holiday inn! It was tight for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids age 7 and 9) but was exactly what we expected and we managed just fine for 1 night. I will admit that the fold down table bed is not too comfortable for an adult but the kids did fine. We especially liked fishing off the dock and enjoying sunset and sunrise. The basket of snacks/breakfast items and coffee came in super handy since we hadn't made it to the store yet and there is a taco food truck within walking distance. Had a minor issue with the toilet but it was managed quickly. Would happily stay here again and reccomend it to others!"

Access to powered dinghy to travel to/from boat and beach attractions. Nothing else like this experience available in the area! 6 guests max with plenty of space to enjoy your stay.

Located 1.2 miles from Interstate I-10, this is a beautiful private waterfront lot that overlooks a small creek, near Blackwater State Forest. Enjoy your morning coffee on the gazebo! Equipped with an outdoor stone fireplace, gazebo, garden beds, and utilities (electricity, water, and septic tank)- this is one of the prettiest lots you'll find in North Florida. There is nearby gas and basic groceries, and only 14 miles from Crestview. Only a 45 minute drive to toes-in-the sand at Navarre Beach! And if you don't feel like driving that far, you're only a 10 minute drive from some of the best fishing and cleanest swimming holes in the South! We are looking for medium to long term tenants who will take care of the place. Monthly yard maintenance will be performed by the owner.
