The apartment is a two bed two bath with a master bedroom and a game room. The master bedroom offers a queen bed with fresh white linens. The game room has a leather futon, and cozy blankets to hang out and play games, or watch movies. There are two 55 inch TVs, and extra towels and bath clothes if you forgot your own!

Your glamp-site is located in the center of a pine-oak-hickory-poplar forest adjacent to our active urban farming family, where we grow fruits and veggies, and raise goats, chickens, ducks and bees. But don't let the seclusion fool you! We are 1.5 miles from the nearest metro train station (MARTA), a 20min drive or train ride to downtown Atlanta, and a 30min ride to the airport.

Stone Mountain Park is also a short drive or bike ride from here, where there is hiking, paddling, golf, and amusement rides available. For a more local experience, the Pine Lake Beach is just a 1.5 miles away. It's a beautiful site for swimming and fishing.

New to camping and not sure that you can cook an adequate meal over a fire? No problem. This site provides access to the best of country luxury alongside the city conveniences of DoorDash and UberEats, all in one place.

We have a heater for the colder months and 2 fans for hot days.

The Space:

This is an exclusive Tentrr Signature campsite. Tentrr partners with land owners to offer unique accommodations in beautiful outdoor spaces. Our campsites are off-the-grid which means they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature!

Your Tentrr campsite includes a 10'x12' (120 square feet) safari-style canvas tent on a raised wooden platform. Inside the tent you'll find one queen bed with a memory foam mattress. The tent is big enough for the bed plus one or two extra sleeping bags on the floor. Aside from the canvas tent, campers can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that’s provided. You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs, and a heating source to keep you warm and toasty at night.

Max Occupancy: This refers to the total number of campers allowed onsite with your reservation.

Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. To use, line the bucket with a CleanWaste Sani-Bag supplied at the camp prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. CleanWaste Sani-Bags use a NASA-developed gelling/deodorizing agent that helps prevent spills and keeps everyone safe and clean.

Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.

What you should bring:
-S'mores supplies & any food you'd like to eat
-A cooler to keep your grub from spoiling
-Bedding and pillows

Other Things to Note:
This is a secluded site, but is in a residential area. Please stay on the marked trails.

Please only feed the farm animals/livestock approved snacks. You may encounter native forest creatures. Please be kind & give them space.

This is a non-smoking property.

If you pack it in, pack it out.

Please bring all trash and recyclables to the marked containers which are near the parking area.

Before departing the campsite, you must clean and tidy area. Failure to follow these guidelines can result in a minimum cleaning fee of $50.

Interaction with Guests:
Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location.

If a Tentrr Host submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the host's property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!

Mind the gates - while farming tours and farm chores are extra and we don't allow any roaming except for the animals due to the working livestock guardian dogs, mind the gates. If it was closed when. you went through, close on your way out.
Although firearms are permitted for your protection, target shooting is not allowed. Hunting is strictly prohibited.

Welcome to Stone Mountain Village! Known for its small town charm, complete with access to Stone Mountain Park (hiking, Stone Mountain Lake, historical sites, outdoor gym, kids amusement park, etc), with the convenience of being only 20 minutes from downtown Atlanta. *Please be aware we have 2 miniature goats in our backyard (separate space).* You may feed the goats fruits, vegetables, and/or grains if you would like.

RV SITE
The park-able dimensions are:
- 12ft wide (from the spigot to the fence)
- 70ft long (from the fence to the street)
- Please be aware, if your camper is 12ft wide, there may be limited space to open the door (we had an 8ft wide camper previously, but after selling it, decided to open the spot to guests)
- The RV spot is a straight parking spot on the left side of our home, so you would need to back in. The ground has been mulched, but it is not perfectly level; if you need to dig or move mulch around, feel free to (we have a shovel and rake)

- Please be aware we have 2 miniature goats in the backyard (separate space)
- All pets must be leashed.

The space
One with Nature Glamp Camp is hidden in the heart of East Point, GA. This city is currently undergoing a $111 Million-dollar downtown transformation, which is only a 5-minute walk from the property.

It is located on the property of Atlanta Utility Works. This is a mixed-use area that will encompass a Brewery brought to you by the mastermind of Cultured South Fermentation Co Food Truck Kitchen (Coming Soon), Farm-to-Table Garden and a Wedding Venue (Coming Soon).

The property has some jaw dropping scenery from the gentle passing of the train to the ceiling exposed ruins of the atrium and the street art which compliments the surrounding structures.

This glamp ground is a mere 5-minutes from public transportation and Downtown East Point. It's a 10-minute drive from Atlanta Airport, so out of town guests are welcome to experience luxury glamping. Not to mention this location is also close to the delectable eats of College Park, the bright lights of Tyler Perry Studios and beautiful parks.

This is the most convenient way to experience glamping, because you have all the city amenities at your fingertips and no excessive travel time.

Guest access
Guest will have access to the Glamp Grounds, Garden, Atrium and Brewery (Once Complete).

Other things to note:
Additional Nights - Will be discounted after the 2-day booking requirement are met. These additional nights may be 15% to 40% off based on occupancy and management availability.

Bathroom - Please expect to handle your business in Nature. There will be an outdoor restroom facility near camp with a camp shower and composting toilet. We also have numerous Porta-Potties on property, one is dedicated for the use of our glampers. Currently the indoor shower and restroom are under construction, we will keep you up to date on this process.

We also provide adult size sanitary/camp wipes in the tents.

Light Sleepers - There is a train that gently passes throughout the day. It doesn't sound the horn close to glamp grounds. I find having the train pass therapeutic/relaxing and it makes for a good photo opportunity.

This 4-bedroom house boat in Atlanta is perfect for your escape to the city. With 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 twin bed, this lovely property offers a cozy retreat for guests. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, WiFi, heating, and AC during your stay. The 3 bathrooms come equipped with a bathtub and hair dryer for added comfort. Have you ever wanted to see if the "Scamp" life is for you? YOU WILL NEED to rent a campsite at Stone Mountain Park yourself and then I will come set up the camper for you! (This fee is SEPARATE from my fee to rent the Scamp) Campsites range in price and min 4 night stay. The Scamp has a fridge and I will include all the basics you need for an enjoyable visit! Just bring your own food and drinks! There is not a bathroom in the Scamp so you will have to use the campground facilities.

The space
Please note that the top bunk bed can only hold a small child less than 100 pounds. There is a two night minimum for this rental because that’s the Stone Mountain campground policy. The campground does have wifi, and a laundry area. The restrooms have showers and toilets. I have taken pictures at one of the comfort stations. All of the bedding for the Scamp will be mostly from Pottery Barn (100% cotton) for your comfort. I’m starting to use Frey detergent (cedar wood, oak moss, amber) if you are wondering what the detergent is that you smell! I have several different quilts, duvets and sheet sets. Heat is via small ceramic heater (I have two but one will keep it super toasty even in freezing temperatures) and there is a rooftop air conditioner that will freeze you out on the hottest days if you want! An outdoor sink will be setup- it’s bigger than the sink in the Scamp. Also I have a burner, gas stove and microwave ( kitchen) setup under the pop up shelter. The fridge in the Scamp works fine but I also have a big cooler- just bring or buy ice at the campground store. The website to reserve a campsite is the stonemountainpark website. If you would like a later check out time please check with the camp office. They charge $5 per hour till 5 pm. I have no problem with you extending the rental to have extra time. :)

Other things to note
I have a kayak or two you can borrow for free! One of the kayaks is a sit on top kayak but is missing the part of the seat u lean back on. I recently acquired another Walden kayak and I can let you borrow that one for an extra $25 for the length of your stay- it’s large and I have to make a special trip just to deliver that one and pick it up from the campground ( 1 hr total of driving) Also if you would like the camper set up at Fort Yargo or some other nearby park it will require a minimum of a week rental to begin and end on a weekend day- since I live so far away I would charge an extra delivery fee of $30 - as Stone Mountain is 15 min from my home while Fort Yargo is 45 min (that’s an hour 1/2 round trip) Stone Mountain campground has a max rental time of 14 days. If you have another location nearby that you would like it set up at I’m also willing to do that! I’ve had it set up in front of homes for people doing renovations. My daughter broke the leg of the awning - so right now it’s not operational but I do have a pop up hexagon shelter for some protection from the elements! I have recently acquired a Moonshade awning so the first pictures you see are the most accurate!
