- "Stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it! Such a cute renovated and designed cabin. Great location right off the highway but hidden away in the woodlands. Check in process was super simple. The host always responded to my questions within 20 minutes or less. The house was fully stocked with everything I needed for a week's stay. Overall an amazing place to stay! The only thing I was not expecting was the bedroom loft ceiling being a bit too low, as I could not stand fully at 5'9" - not a place I would recommend for anyone of older age, with small children, or unable to be flexible and easily move up and down steep stairs."

The dining room seats 16 people comfortably with 2 handcrafted wood tables, and our chef's kitchen featuring old Atlanta brick is perfect for entertaining.

Shower before using:

The recommended water temperature for the spa is typically between 38°C (100°F) and 40°C (104°F). Avoid exceeding this range to prevent discomfort or injury.

Duration of use:
Limit each spa session to a reasonable time, usually around 15-30 minutes. Prolonged exposure to hot water can cause dehydration or other health issues.

Chemical instructions:
Do not add any chemicals to the spa without permission or proper knowledge. Contact the host if there are any concerns or if adjustments to the water quality are necessary.
Inform the host if you have any sensitivities or allergies to chemicals used in spa maintenance.

Bather load:
Limit the number of people using the spa at one time to avoid overcrowding and ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.

No glass or sharp objects:
Glassware and sharp objects are strictly prohibited inside the spa area to prevent accidents or damage to the spa's surface. Please use only plastic or non-breakable containers.

Cleaning up:
Rinse off any lotions, oils, or other substances from your body before entering the spa to prevent water contamination.
After using the spa, please clean up any debris, such as leaves or dirt, from the spa and its surroundings.

Safety cover:
Always replace and secure the safety cover when the spa is not in use to prevent accidents, especially if there are children present.

Report any issues:
If you notice any issues with the spa, such as water quality problems, mechanical malfunctions, or safety concerns, please inform the host immediately so that they can address the situation promptly.

Damage protection: The $39 charge listed as ''Administrative fee'' on your quote covers you for accidental damages. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. For smoking odor removal, we will still charge the deposit

Please note that if you are using Expedia, and are bringing pets, we will need to collect $150 for pet fee after the reservation is confirmed. We only allow 1 dog under 40lb.

For the safety of our guests and our property, we use a standard guest verification and damage waiver program. After booking, you will receive a link from our 3rd party provider Truvi to verify your identity and electronically sign our rental agreement. This is a standard requirement for all reservations and takes just a minute.

The cabin is located in the clouds, just minutes from Fort Mountain State Park, giving guests the opportunity to explore one of Georgia's largest state parks and historical sites.

The space:
This 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom cabin is ideal for guests and families who are looking for a relaxing and unique getaway! Whether you are wanting to curl up with a book, play games in our private yard or simply take in the amazing views, this place is perfect for any kind of adventurer!

Each bedroom includes a queen bed, suitcase rack and a private bathroom with a shower. Each bathroom has toiletries for guests to enjoy and plenty of towels for those staying multiple nights.

Our kitchen comes stocked with cooking utensils, spices, coffee, tea and plenty of sugar. Our kitchen table seats 4 comfortably and even offers a sunset view if you decide to stay in. The laundry room is located next to the kitchen and is available for all guests to use exclusively.

Our thoughtfully decorated living room comes complete with plenty of cozy space to relax, a wood burning fireplace, plenty of extra blankets, unique lighting, stacks of board games and a TV for those wanting to end the night with a classic movie.

And for our families who are traveling with small kids, we provide a Pack-and-Play, child gate, outlet covers, utensils and plates, sippy cups and books for your family to enjoy :)

Guest access:
Our guests have full access to the house, garage and property and will check in/out with a smart lock. The garage has enough space for 1 vehicle and we ask that no more than 2 cars are parked in the driveway at a time.

Other things to note:
Our gravel driveway is shared with 4 other homes, so we ask that guests respect our neighbors privacy by keeping all vehicles parked in our driveway/garage and please keep the outside noises to a minimum after 9PM.

The neighborhood dog, Lucy, might make an appearance to greet any new guests, so please do not be alarmed if you see her or any other animals while staying at our cabin.

Please also remember that this is a cabin located near the woods on the face of a mountain. This means there may be mud, wind, pollen, bugs, snakes, temporary power outages, dirt, leaves, dust, and fallen trees. There are bears and bees and crickets and frogs that can be noisy. Be mindful of outdoor animals and please do not leave food or drinks outside near the porch/hot tub. The driveway is made of gravel and can get icy during the winter months (we will allow cancellations due to inclement weather but require the guest to contact us 24 hours prior to arrival). The cabin is professionally cleaned after every single guest, but we do expect the guests to do minimal tidying up before check out.
