Tate Creek Cabin is truly a rustic hidden gem nestled away in the North Georgia Mountains, sleeps 6 people. This beautiful property sits on 2+ acres with creek/firepit/wood deck; private, secluded location; 5 miles from Downtown Dahlonega and UNG and very close to award winning wineries, hiking, fishing, etc.

A craftsman's dream with beautiful woodwork throughout the cabin. Large back deck with built in 8-person hot tub, fireplace, 2 fire-pits, and creek - perfect, secluded getaway!

The cabin is private and secluded and tucked away from the world, complete with all the amenities you will need. The living room has a wood burning fireplace - wood provided, a 50-inch LCD TV, full internet access, Netflix, and blue ray player. The kitchen has all the basics/staples for cooking, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, etc.

This property is truly amazing, even a handmade swing-set and working well on the property, the perfect family or friends private and secluded getaway.......a hog rail fence wraps around a large, spacious deck with a built in 8-person hot tub to sit and relax in while taking in the beautiful surroundings. The deck has a covered outdoor eating area with a large wood-burning chimenea, new gas grill w/ propane, additional outdoor shower, decorative outdoor lights and ceiling fan and sits over a beautiful sea of ferns overlooking a majestic view of the forest and Tate creek. A deck sits in the fern-bank with benches and second fire-pit area - All for your private enjoyment!

This cabin has a very quiet, peaceful setting, and White Dog Farm, which offers horseback riding lessons, is only a quarter mile down the road. Whether you’re here to hike to see one of the many nearby waterfalls or mountain views or just to sit by the fire roasting marshmallows, this is the place for you.

The cabin sits on a seven-acre tract with shared access to a playground and creek. Outside amenities include a six-person hot tub, a large wrap-around porch with a beautiful pavilion, as well as a gas and wood fire pit.

The cabin is very charming, with its rustic exposed beams and hardwood and knotty pine floors. It’s cooled by a ductless wall unit in the living room (which is adequate for the entire cabin) and ceiling fans, and is heated by the ductless unit and the propane fireplace.

Guests have access to the entire cabin and property. The playground and field area are a 325 ft walk through the woods from the cabin and are shared access with the other cabin on the property. The dog pen is private (not shared), and is 20 feet from the cabin. We are available if needed.

• The gas to the fireplace is turned off from May 1 to October 1.
• We have a charcoal grill, but we do not provide charcoal.

Creek Cabin Retreat is nestled in 2.5+ private acres in the forest, and it is protected with majestic Red Oak and Pine Trees surrounded by Ya-hoola Creek. All the nature can be indulged from the connecting balconies in each room, or throughout the floor to ceiling windows in the living room.
The bedroom is located in the main floor and features a king-sized bed and a costume end suite bathroom, which features a Jetted Bathtub. Enjoy access to the main deck directly from the bedroom.
This deck is perfect for enjoying a dinner on the outside table, or take-in the serenity of the creek’s music in the porch swing. The main floor also houses a fully equipped kitchen, with new stainless steel appliances, direct access to the front porch area where a charcoal BBQ grill is located (guests are responsible for bringing their own charcoal). In the main floor you can experience the open concept living room with floor to ceiling windows, a cast iron chiminea and flat screen tv with Nintendo 64 console.

The Log Cabin Suite is conveniently located towards the front of the property with limited pathways or steps to climb. The private cabin has an open floor plan with a Queen bed and living area with a Queen sleeper sofa. The cabin has a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave as well as a full-sized private bathroom. Adjacency to the Main Lodge makes it quite easy to enjoy the common area benefits such as our cafe, bar, and outdoor fire pit seating area. The suite is very homey and a great place to relax during your mountain stay.

High speed WiFi throughout the property offers the ability to stay connected for remote working, zoom calls, etc. but if you would prefer to "unplug" for a few days and enjoy the peace and quiet of the North Georgia Mountains, we won't tell!

The road in the neighborhood is a single lane, paved road. It can be steep at points. Guest and residents going downhill have the right of way. If you come across another car, pull over to one of the paved shoulders or the closest driveway to let them pass. You may have to back up. Please note this road is narrow. Stay on the pavement. Please remember you are in the mountains. The speed limit is 17 mph. We have a paved semi-circle driveway, that can hold roughly 6 cars. All cars must stay on the paved driveway. No street parking is allowed, as this is a single lane road neighborhood. The HOA will tow street parked cars at the owners expense. Please keep all cars in the driveway and off pebbles in the yard.

No animals allowed. If an animal is discovered your reservation will be canceled with no refunds.

Being a true log cabin, you may experience some creaking during your stay. This is completely normal as the temperatures inside/outside cause the logs to expand and contract.

Cabin is only 10-15 min to a super Walmart and the downtown Dahlonega square with shops and restaurants.

This two-bedroom and two-bath modern cabin sits on 6 wooded acres. The cabin is located at the end of a short paved driveway with easy access and plenty of parking. *There is a ramp for wheelchair/limited mobility access.*

Each bedroom features a queen-sized bed, its own mini-split AC/heat unit, and and en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 1 features a wheelchair-accessible roll-in shower.
Bedroom 2 features a soaking tub and rainfall shower head. **Also- a recently- added TUSHY 3.0 bidet! **

The living room is cozy, with a couch, chairs, a wood-burning stove, a TV with Roku, board games, a sound bar with Bluetooth connectivity, and even coloring books for the kids!

Speaking of kiddos, we are happy to supply a pack-n-play and some toys/books - please let us know if you would like this accommodation.

Sure, Dahlonega has some of the best dining in North Georgia, but sometimes you want something home-cooked. Cook a meal in our fully-stocked kitchen and gather around our dining table for four or take some plates outside to the patio dining set.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, with complimentary 8-o'clock coffee and various tea offered to guests. We have a French press and a Keurig coffee maker. We have reusable k-cups, or feel free to bring your own. Also, the fridge makes craft ice balls - perfect for an after-dinner cocktail.

We have a charcoal grill located on the back deck- bring some charcoal and have a cookout!

After a day of adventures, relax on the back deck which feels more like a tree fort, or around the fire pit. Explore the woods along the Mt. Laurel Loop - a 1/2 mile trail that follows the perimeter of the property. You might see some wildlife! We've seen deer, chipmunks, hawks, squirrels, and evidence of a black bear (haven't caught him on camera yet).

*The cabin is over 80 years old and nestled in the mountains, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. While we work very hard to keep it clean and comfortable, it’s possible that during warmer winter days, spring thaws, or rainy weather, a little visitor such as a spider, ladybug, ant, or even a bee might sneak inside. These bugs are harmless, and we’re always happy to take care of them promptly — vacuuming, removing, and spraying with non-toxic essential oils if needed.

Because the cabin sits next to the Chattahoochee National Forest, local wildlife such as deer, foxes, turkeys, coyotes, skunks, raccoons, squirrels, groundhogs, fisher cats, and moles also call this area home. They typically stay deep in the woods and are rarely seen, but occasional sightings do happen — it’s all part of the mountain charm!

Wahsega is a brand new midcentury modern Tiny Home located in the forest in the heart of North Georgia wine country.

The home has about 450 feet of space with an additional 150 square feet in the loft which can be used as a sleeping area with an inflatable mattress.

As soon as I walked in I thought ‘I should’ve booked a longer trip.’ The layout of the structure is so well thought out, not to mention Lauren & Matt have thought of everything when it comes to a potential need. The kitchen was stocked with a great kettle, coffee pod machine, nice big sink, coasters, towels, any random little kitcheny thing you probably didn’t pack but typically have at home. There were things like this in every room, too. The loft had games, a few great books, and an air mattress in a small storage closet. The bathroom has essentials you may typically forget, q-tips being one. All of this to say, it really felt like I was staying at a friend’s place while they were out of town, not a generic rental. Very cool art, so homey, and so clean!Things to note: If you’ve looked at the photos and seen the outdoor tub (!!!) it’s facing the back of the property. You can soak away and the only one to see you *might* be the deer. The laundry is also tucked away on the back porch if you needed to run a load which is so, so nice. Somehow this 600 sq ft spot felt like more than enough space to me. I would bring a friend or two on another trip and still feel comfortable. The efficiency of the space kind of blew my mind. There’s a LOT of outdoor seating if you do go with family or a SO. When the bugs aren’t as bad I imagine it would be really lovely to enjoy time outside. I could go on and on but… you should rent this place stat. "

The Pine Cabin is small and cozy. It's rustic enough to make you feel like you are going back in time and in the heart of wine country!
Sorry, the fireplace does not work! We have a propane heater in the bedroom to keep you warm.

The Bunkhouse at Grassy Gap Farm is nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains surrounded by the Chattahoochee National Forest.

Take a short hike from the cabin through the National Forest on an old forest service road to view the Falls at Walden Creek or enjoy an evening glass of wine or S’mores by the fire pit (firewood provided).

Close access to hiking, biking, wineries, wedding venues and only 15 minutes to historic downtown Dahlonega.

The space
The main living room in the cabin features a queen sized bed. This area also contains a seating area with Roku TV and wood stove, a dining area (seating for 6) and a desk/work area. The futon also folds out into a full size bed to provide an additional sleeping option. The separate bedroom (bunkroom) features twin bunk beds.

Preparing meals is easy in our full kitchen complete with stove, refrigerator, coffeemaker (Keurig) and microwave. We also have an outdoor gas grill, covered porch, and fire pit (firewood provided!) with multiple seating options.

Guests will also have access to 7+ acres of the property. Walden Creek runs through a portion of the property and there is also a small pond with multiple areas to sit and enjoy the surrounding nature or set up a hammock.

We are a short walk away from the National Forest and a less than 2 mile hike to High Shoals Falls on Walden Creek (aka Walden Creek Falls). Additionally, we are less than 2 miles from the main route of the annual Six Gap Century bike race and in close proximity to multiple wineries, wedding venues, hiking and biking locations, and trout fishing streams.

Other things to note
The entire neighborhood is surrounded by National Forest and is located on a dead end road. Due to the location, it is not uncommon to lose electricity during winter storms and times of heavy rain, thunderstorms, or high winds. In case of power outage, the well pump runs on a generator, so you will still have access to running water. We also include an electric lantern and flashlights, and during the winter the cabin can be heated with the wood stove.

The owners live full time at the main house on the property, which is situated 40-50 yards behind the bunk house further up the hill. There is also a friendly dog (Luna) and multiple chickens, who sometimes free range. We give our guests privacy, but are also available to answer questions or provide tips/directions for any local activities or attractions.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a wonderful dining area with a table for four to enjoy those meals together.

The bedroom is a true sanctuary, with a plush king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, reading lamps on both sides and a Smart TV for unwinding at night watching your shows or reading. There’s also a sleeper sofa for flexible sleep space if needed.

This cabin is one of 4 connected units, so you’ll hear other guests when the units are occupied. The grounds and amenities in the backyard are shared by all.

There are stairs to climb a set of stairs to get up to the property’s entrance. Please be mindful of that.

Wi-Fi and cell service drop in and out at times, and some people find it hard to get service at all, so please be aware of that. (could be a great opportunity, however, to disconnect and enjoy bonding with loved ones!)

The property is in a heavily wooded area. Please be aware that bugs can get in from time to time. And while we do have pest control scheduled regularly, bugs can still get in. This is out of our control, and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. It’s best not to leave any open food out to minimize any insect visitors. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, towels, and rags will be provided. We do not provide soaps, shampoos, etc. ever since COVID.

Please do not flush feminine products (i.e., tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.

Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.

- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Guests with no prior reviews will need to send a copy of their driver's license or government-issued photo ID to complete and confirm their reservation.
- Please be respectful of the neighbors and quiet hours from 11 pm to 7 am.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the home. There is a smoke detector inside, and if evidence of smoking/vaping is discovered, there is a $250 penalty. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- Parties/events are not permitted without advanced approval. Restrictions apply.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.

Cabin life at its finest! Enjoy a 1,000 sq ft cabin nestled in the beautiful surroundings of Dahlonega, Georgia, for a warm and inviting stay and nature-filled retreat for up to 4 guests. Just note this is a Quad cabin, so there are 3 other units connected to this end unit with shared access to the grounds and yard amenities.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a naturally lit, open living room with high ceilings and a cozy atmosphere complete with plush seating and a Smart TV for downtime moments at home. The rustic charm of the wood accents and the inviting furnishings create a delightful ambiance that will make you feel right at home.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals at home, granite countertops, modern appliances, and all the necessary cookware and utensils. Adjacent to the kitchen is a lovely dining area where you can enjoy your meals together.

Upstairs, you'll find two spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-sized bed. The master bedroom features a Smart TV and access to the back deck. Bedroom 2 is a charming loft bedroom with a peaked ceiling. Both offer a peaceful ambiance for a restful night's sleep. The full bathroom, also upstairs, features a newly tiled shower and a separate jacuzzi tub for an extra touch of luxury.

Outside, you can relax and unwind on the deck, surrounded by the serene beauty of nature. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or gather around the fire pit down in the yard next to the creek in the evening for a cozy and memorable experience.

Guests have full and exclusive access to the cabin. Just note this is a Quad cabin, so there are 3 other units connected to this unit with shared access to the grounds and yard amenities.

It’s also important that you list all guests included in the reservation at the time of booking. Additional visitors must be approved in advance.

Please note the following important information before booking:

This cabin is the middle unit of 4, so you’ll hear other guests when the units are occupied. The grounds and amenities in the backyard are shared by all.

There are stairs to climb to get to the property and also inside of the home. So please be mindful of that.

Wi-Fi and cell service will drop in and out at times, and some people find it hard to get service at all, so please be aware of that. (could be a great opportunity, however, to disconnect and enjoy bonding with loved ones!)

The property is in a heavily wooded area. Please be aware that bugs can get in from time to time. And while we do have pest control scheduled regularly, bugs can still get in. This is out of our control, and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. It’s best not to leave any open food out to minimize any insect visitors. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, towels, and rags will be provided. We do not provide soaps, shampoos, etc. ever since COVID.

Please do not flush feminine products (i.e., tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.

Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Guests with no prior reviews will need to send a copy of their driver's license or government-issued photo ID to complete and confirm their reservation.
- Please be respectful of the neighbors and quiet hours from 11 pm to 7 am.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the home. There is a smoke detector inside, and if evidence of smoking/vaping is discovered, there is a $250 penalty. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- Parties/events are not permitted without advanced approval. Restrictions apply.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Do not use the address for any type of shipment. This is strictly prohibited.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets-friendly property for up to 2 pets, none over 50 lbs. Pet fee applies.

At Signal Tree Cabins, you can get back to nature at this unique and tranquil getaway in the North Georgia mountains situated on more than 20 acres of wooded forest. This cozy 500 square foot loft cabin is just 5.3 miles from the historic Dahlonega square and in the heart of the Dahlonega Plateau winery region. Sip wine, jump in a waterfall, cycle the famed 3 Gap/6 Gap route, stroll the sidewalks on the Dahlonega square, or simply take in the natural setting surrounding Signal Tree Cabins.

The space
Creek Cabin Retreat is nestled in 2.5+ private acres in the forest, and it is protected with majestic Red Oak and Pine Trees surrounded by Ya-hoola Creek. All the nature can be indulged from the connecting balconies in each room, or throughout the floor to ceiling windows in the living room.

The bedroom is located in the main floor and features a king-sized bed and a costume end suite bathroom, which features a Jetted Bathtub. Enjoy access to the main deck directly from the bedroom.

This deck is perfect for enjoying a dinner on the outside table, or take-in the serenity of the creek’s music in the porch swing. The main floor also houses a fully equipped kitchen, with new stainless steel appliances, direct access to the front porch area where a charcoal BBQ grill is located (guests are responsible for bringing their own charcoal). In the main floor you can experience the open concept living room with floor to ceiling windows, a cast iron chiminea and flat screen tv with Nintendo 64 console.

The outdoors space is the bread and butter of the property. You can smoke marshmallows and make s’mores around the fire pit, bring food and enjoy a nice picnic meal at the creek-side picnic tables, play a half court game of basketball or relax over a hydromassage experience in the 45 jets hot tub.

Guests have access to the main floor of the cabin, this includes the master bedroom and bath, half bath, kitchen, laundry, dining room, living room, entrance porch with BBQ grill and covered deck. Guest are also invited to enjoy the outdoor areas and its amenities including 45 jetted Jacuzzi, half basketball court, fire pit and creek-side picnic tables. Please make yourself at home.

Other things to note
This cabin and the hot tub are professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay. Please carefully enjoy the large hot-tub by following the posted rules.

Creek Cabin Retreat can be reached with 2WD. The drive-in street will be difficult for RV's, trailers, and boats.

Cell phone coverage is spotty, but as of 11/12/24 Windstream upgraded the street to a Fiber connection so the WiFi is fast and reliable!

Guests need to be able to manage stairs, both to access bathroom and to enter sleep loft. Cabin is situated on a heavily-wooded lot, with neighbors about 100 feet away. During cooler months heat is provided by a baseboard heater. A space heater and wood stove are available to used as needed. Window AC unit cools the place nicely.

A newly renovated private retreat in Dahlonega wine country - 5 miles from the square. This house is perfect for a small family or friends, with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a large deck for entertaining. Our cabin is set on 3 private acres with easy access the Dahlonega Square and many fantastic restaurants and wineries.

Newly renovated from top to bottom. Upgraded furnishings in soft textures, the high quality linens and towels, finishes like weathered woods, cozy rugs, wood flooring, and SO much more!

Two large and spacious bedrooms upstairs with plush king size beds that will ensure an amazing night's rest. We have black out curtains in both bedrooms upstairs. There is also a newly renovated and luxurious bathroom upstairs with a shower and tub.

Downstairs on the main level, you will find another bedroom with a queen cozy plush 12 inch memory foam mattress, a full size kitchen, bath (with tub/shower) and a bonus room with table and chairs. This space is great for eating or playing :)
