This gorgeous three story Blue Ridge TREEHOUSE we call "INN THE RAVINE" is located in the ASKA ADVENTURE AREA and is unlike any property you’ve ever seen. Meticulous architectural and designer details abound in this 750 sf property with decks from every view. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION….This Treehouse is perfectly perched on 4 private acres overlooking National Forest with direct hiking access to the Benton MacKaye Trail right outside your door. Next to you is our other Treehouse call Canopy Blue (in case you'd like to share the experience) Inn The Ravine Treehouse is secluded and private with an easy 10 minute drive to Historic Downtown Blue Ridge. Please note that the last 1/4 mile of the dirt/gravel road, can get very bumpy and rutty at times. Low profile vehicles not recommended; however, four wheel drive not necessary either.

To enter Inn The Ravine Treehouse, you will use the long ramp access from parking area (no steps here). Be sure to take notice of the trees used as support for the structure and those growing through the decks and the rooftop porches. Once you enter the treehouse, you will find a cozy, upscale living space with high ceilings and creative elements enhancing your Treehouse experience. The interior details create an outdoor feel, but the furnishings and bedding remind you this treehouse truly is VACATION LIVING TAKEN TO A NEW LEVEL.

At first you may be excited to rush up the creative wood stairs and enjoy the beautiful views from large plate glass windows, or want to lie down on the one of a kind, queen, hanging bed in the loft. But then you'll notice the outdoor patio with tree and bar area built in for your afternoon snacks and drinks, or even a nice quiet cup of coffee overlooking the deep ravine, and want to plant yourself right there. Back inside the loft area, overlooking the Mountain Laurel railing, you'll be excited to get back to the main level and try out the window seat with soaring "A" framed ceiling of glass windows. When you lay back, you'll notice the sky lights framing the sky, and look forward to a starry night.

On the main entry floor of this particular treehouse is an open concept California King bedroom, with door to outside patio. Two closets, a large viewing window with one of the larger trees incorporated, and a flat screen TV (Streaming and DVD) shared with living area help make your experience more than comfortable. You'll love the bath with stand up glass and tile enclosed double headed rain shower, with seat. Also, the living area has a small sofa and built in table...... all facing flat screen TV and DVD, as well as screened porch with gas stone fireplace. Additional enjoyments include a coffee bar and kitchen area. The living room loveseat, built in booth table, rustic daybed, and outdoor patio allow for a unique and cozy space to be opened up and shared by loved ones, allowing ease of conversing. Open the french doors and widen your space, bringing the outside feel right in with screened porch and fireplace. Sit in any of these areas and enjoy your time together.

As for Treehouse cooking, Inn The Ravine's kitchen includes a medium size stainless refrigerator/freezer, stainless convection microwave, and 2 electric glass top burners. (There is no dishwasher or traditional oven) Also provided is a crock pot, coffee pot, blender, waffle maker, toaster, and essential pots and pans. To enhance your treehouse experience, your cooking can be on the new gas grill located just outside the front door on the 1000 square foot deck wrapping the treehouse, or even at the fire pit located just off of the deck. Guests can also enjoy views of those at the fire pit or in the sunken hot tub while sitting undercover at the unique Bar Stump table, made from trees in the area. This great design allows all to be together. Or, get some privacy in the suspended second level balcony, or in the screened in porch with fireplace.

Inn The Ravine allows you to unplug from the city and spend quality time together. The only downside to this place is that you won't want to leave. Need internet, not to worry as it is provided.

Please note that this treehouse is facing National Forest and the last 1/4 of a mile is up a dirt road that can get quite bumpy. Low profile vehicles not recommended.

You’ll find a marbled dining table with room for four in the kitchen and a full washer and dryer including detergent and softener in the utility closet.

The living room features 17ft cathedral ceilings with the best Mountain Views from the blue velvet sectional couch in front of the indoor gas fireplace. There’s a 65” Smart TV in the living room fully equipped with all of the streaming applications.

There is no leasing office, you will drive directly to the residence for access. You will automatically receive a unique access code for the Yale keyless entry system the day before check-in.

Parking is easy and plentiful in the driveway with space for multiple vehicles, trailers, and boats.

The house is on a septic system, please use extreme care with plumbing and sinks. Please only use septic tank safe toilet paper, place all feminine products in the trash, and do not place any food or grease in the sink as there is no disposal.

It is very important to be diligent about not leaving food or garbage outside of the house. Garbage must be left inside of the house or disposed of inside of trash bags in the Bear Box at the back of the house. All trash must be placed inside of a trash bag or else it will not be picked up. Please do not place any trash in the Bear Box without it being in a trash bag, including large items like pizza boxes. Please be diligent as bears are very active in the area.

- "This was our first time using VRBO. This cabin is absolutely beautiful. You are within 15 mins drive to Walmarts and other grocery shopping. There are plenty of restaurants and activities to participate in. We did not leave the cabin! We enjoyed the mountain view from the jacuzzi, hammock, and chairs located on the deck! The beds were comfy, furniture and decor were amazing as well! The kitchen was fully stocked with every kitchen and grilling tool possible! The TV's were all smart TVs, so streaming was easy! The cabin is hidden way back in the woods on a rushing branch of a creek that feeds the Toccoa River less than a mile away. You will have your own private access to hiking trails right out of your doorstep including 18,000 acres of national forest & wilderness which surrounds the cabin.

The creek runs throughout the entire property from the national forest with several cascading waterfalls creating a very loud beautiful sound that is heard as soon as you step out of your car & when you enjoy the carefully placed sitting areas along the water, and most specially, lulling you to sleep. Over 1000 feet of the creek is lit up at night for an incredible scene.

There are also perfect campsite areas all along the creek if you prefer to sleep out in nature.

The location is unbeatable. Right in the heart of the most desirable Aska Adventure Area. You can explore some of the many local adventures within a few miles of the cabin.

Kayak or tube the Toccoa River a half mile away or rent a boat or swim in Lake Blue Ridge (5 miles away), mountain or road bike many spectacular trails and scenic rides directly from the cabin (I offer personal guided tours for hikes or rides).

The cabin has all the creature comforts you need. A completely restored log cabin with two extremely comfortable king beds, all new HVAC, state of the art stainless steel appliances, heart pine floors, outdoor kitchen, custom trim moldings, outdoor large fire pit, huge decks overlooking and right on the rushing creek, and a huge stone open fireplace for building large warm fires.

Our cabin is just a short jaunt off of highway 515 on Pink Pig Lane. The single lane road is paved for easier access, 4WD is recommended in the colder months. The driveway is gravel and accommodates two vehicles. We are just a mile from the highway so some road noise is present. There are stairs up to the porch but none inside the cabin.

The drive leading up to the cabin (Pink Pig Lane ) is a paved, one-lane road with several switchbacks. Our minivan handles the road without any trouble, but you will get to show off your fine-tuned turning skills in a few places

- "My wife and I stayed here and throughly enjoyed our stay. Convenient location close to Ellijay and Blue Ridge. Cabin was nice and cozy with a great outdoor area. Look forward to staying here again soon!" - "Really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Close proximity to Blue Ridge center is definitely a plus. The cabin is small and cozy but very well appointed. It’s proximity to the main highway is also an advantage when it comes to driving narrow, winding roads. You will hear some road noise,however, I didn’t find it excessive. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the front porch and the grill. Regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig was great thinking and much appreciated along with the laundry pods, towels, hair dryer (had I known, I would have packed even lighter…) The drive into Blue Ridge is easy and quick if you need to stock up on groceries from Walmart or Food Lion or try one of the many Restaurants in town. The Pink Pig BBQ is within walking distance. It’s also close to Ellijay. Would love to come back and stay longer next time."

Located in the heart of the Aska Adventure Area, "The Swanky Fox" is nestled on a wooded hillside with seasonal (winter) sunset views over Fox Mountain. We’re proud to feature art from local north Georgia artists. Brand new build with high-end furnishings, luxurious bedding, and a relaxing new hot tub with massaging jets galore! This thoughtfully designed cabin is situated in the perfect location, with everything the north Georgia mountains have to offer.

Our recently built 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom cabin is luxuriously furnished and features two floors and two levels of large decks allowing you to enjoy the wooded mountains and the stunning wildlife of north Georgia.

The entire cabin has central heating and air, as well as gas log fireplaces both upstairs and downstairs. A tankless water heater keeps up with guest bath needs.

The Swanky Fox is designed for multi-space, multi-function relaxation and entertainment. Relax by the outdoor fireplace, soak in the hot tub, or share a meal and drinks at one of the many seating options. Maybe compete at Foosball or cozy up to the bar in the downstairs common area.

Amenities inside the cabin include two gas log fireplaces, Wi-Fi internet, TV in main common areas, TVs in both bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The downstairs common area has a wet bar with mini-fridge, sink and additional coffee maker.

The cabin sleeps 6 adults comfortably and we do provide a pack-n-play travel crib, as well as a high-chair.

You can also visit the Waterfalls, Hike to a Swinging Bridge, or take a more relaxed approach and enjoy a great meal at one of the many wonderful restaurants located in the area. Don’t forget to take a ride on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, be entertained at the Big Foot Museum or step back in time at the local Swan Drive-in Theatre. And of course Mercier Orchards is a must. There is a gas grill that uses propane tanks on the porch.

The main floor bedroom has a queen bed with a Twin roll-away bed with memory foam mattress in the closet. The main floor bathroom features a tile walk in shower and a laundry area with a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom, first aid kit, and flashlights for guests to use as needed.

The top level features a master suite with a queen bed, dresser, workspace, private balcony with outdoor seating, and a private attached bathroom with a tile walk in shower.

The lower level features an entertainment area with a stone gas fireplace, futon, Dish Satellite TV, Poker Table, card table, air hockey, ping pong, 4 arcade machines, and a wet bar with various style glasses, a sink, and mini fridge! This is a fantastic space for fun game nights.

This natural wonderland showcases the best the area has to offer: hiking/walking trails/biking trails, fishing, camping, rafting, tubing, gem mining, mini golf, countless river/lake activities, dining, shopping, & so much more. The cabin is also just minutes from Downtown Blue Ridge & gives you easy access to many other wonderful opportunities in the area such as museums, ziplines, helicopter tours, wineries, orchards, Amish food & furniture, scenic railway, dining, marina, waterfalls, adventure park, horseback trail rides, & many other sites/attractions. But if you don't feel like venturing out too far, there are many attractions & activities within a few of miles of the cabin. Only 3 miles away is the Lilly Pad Village. It is like a mini Chamber of Commerce for the Aska area & offers local information, hiking directions, food, & fun/educational activities, sights, & sounds for the whole family. Just down the road you will find the highly recommended Toccoa Riverside Restaurant, Iron Bridge General Store & Cafe (hot food, groceries, & gem mining), & Toccoa Wilderness Tubing. And a short 20 minute walk from the cabin is Falls Branch Falls, one of Georgia's most beautiful waterfalls & an easy hike for beginners. It's only too easy to just pick up & go explore the area.

The best way to get around is in your own vehicle, whether a rental or personal car. If you're flying in, the nearest airport is in Atlanta. The roads are well established all the way to the cabin (paved most of the way) but can be very curvy in some places & tend to go either up or downhill, like what you'd expect living in the mountains.

For your safety and security, we have installed 2 security cameras on the exterior of the property: one at the driveway and one at the front entrance. These cameras monitor the surroundings and entry points, allowing us to maintain a safe environment for you during your stay. Please note that these cameras are focused solely on the outside areas of the property and are not installed in any private or personal spaces.If anyone other than the above signed parties join the booking, the parties will be asked to leave and will forfeit all claim to any refunds. Their payments will be retained as damages for committing fraud.

Compliance with Local Laws:
Occupant is obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the Gilmer County ordinances, state, and federal law. Violation of any of these rules may result in the immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the premises, as well as potential liability for payment of fines levied.

She provided us with multiple links of great recommendations to nearby destinations which was very helpful since we had never been to the area. The place was immaculate! All of the decor was amazing! Owner covered all of the details thoughtfully and with consideration from the coffee station, to the smores, towels for us by the hot tub, plenty of wood for the fire, all of the necessary kitchen needs and open communication for any emergencies which may come about. We enjoyed the comfort, coziness and bonding in the cool nights by the fire pit outdoors, hot tub area, with game room, in the tree house sauna (took us a lil to locate the light for this) and inside keeping warm while competitively playing scrabble on the game table! The only reason the TV was on was for background music. The owners provided all of the necessary comforts. We even traded in time out and about exploring for more cabin time! All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:











Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1 washcloth per person listed on the guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll of paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid, and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more that this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Sunnyside Cottage features single-story living with a covered front porch, living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large open deck.

Sunnyside Cottage is nestled in the mountains away with only one neighbor, and the site of the cottage allows for total privacy. Sunnyside is in the heart of the Aska National Forest but is conveniently located right off Stanley Creek Road for easy access to everything Blue Ridge has to offer. You will at times hear cars on Stanley Creek Road, especially when the weather is great for hiking - you are just a few minutes' drive to Fall Branch Falls and the Toccoa!

😴 The primary bedroom sleeps up to 2 adults and has a queen bed, ensuite bath, and an LCD TV with sliding door access to the back deck and hot tub.

🛌 The second bedroom sleeps up to 2 adults or children and has 2 twin beds. The second bathroom serves the whole house and is steps from the second bedroom.

All beds feature luxury mattresses and luxury bedding. Luggage racks are provided in each bedroom closet.

🍲 The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up tasty breakfasts, leisurely lunches, and delicious dinners for everyone to enjoy, including the basics such as cooking oil and simple seasonings as well as a Keurig® Coffee Maker and a drip coffee machine.

The Space:
Boujee Moose is a modern style cabin designed to “check out” from the everyday stress without roughing it. It is centrally located between Blue Ridge and Ellijay in the very desirable area of Cherry Log, GA and each town offers its own unique brand of fun!

You will welcome the beautiful drive to the property located just a few minutes off the main highway coming into Blue Ridge. Access is paved roads the entire way with the last mile being an easy slightly inclined gravel road.

Arriving you will notice the modern style of this cozy, quiet retreat! You will enter the cabin into a spacious open vaulted living area. Be sure to glance up to your left and say hi to “Burt” the Boujee Moose mascot!

The living area features high end furnishings, including a restoration hardware sofa, large 55” flat screen smart TV with sound system, fireplace, yoga mats and everything needed to enjoy the outside putting green.

The well appointed kitchen is to your right and features state of the art appliances, dining for four, coffee station, and weather monitor.

The first queen bedroom is on the main floor and features a luxury mattress and linens to create that magical dream sleep. It also features an attached bathroom with a large shower.

The home offers a washer and dryer in the hallway off the kitchen.

Upstairs is the second queen bedroom, in an open loft area, with a private bath and features the same luxury mattress and linens. There is a desk to keep in touch with work/home and also a great custom entertainment system, designed by the owner, with over 300 games. It is a fun way to have some friendly fun with that special person or see just how good your kids really are!

The outside deck has four Adirondack chairs, gas grill, putting green and hot tub to enjoy the fresh mountain air!

There is a gas log fireplace available for guests.

The Neighborhood:
The property is approximately 3 miles off highway 515 in Cherry Log, GA. It is paved access the entire way with the exception of the last mile being a slightly inclined gravel road. Four wheel drive is not necessary to access the property.

Our surrounding forest is an amazing place, but with all the beautiful tall trees, one is bound to fall from time to time. In the event power does go out, don't worry! Our utilities company is quick to respond to the area. If you do need a flashlight, one is located in the cabinet to the left of the refrigerator.

Getting Around:
Boujee Moose is centered between Blue Ridge and Ellijay. Blue Ridge is 15 minutes (9.2 miles) and Ellijay is 16 minutes (10 miles). It has great access to all of the attractions and adventures in the area including: waterfalls, hiking trails, restaurants, shopping, lakes, breweries, wineries and plethora of other options.

Trash and Litter:
North Georgia is known for its breathtaking views and wildlife! Always remember to pick up all loose items, food and containers, and loose trash from outside the cabin. It is not uncommon to have a furry visitor. For your and their safety, please do not feed the wildlife and secure trash bins.

Trash pickup service is provided on Thursday. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the two trash cans provided. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pick up loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Quiet time:

Never lost power and we were still able to do a little bit of hiking and visiting town. The other thing it was located only about 9 miles out of Blue Ridge so if you wanted to go into town that was very easy and if you wanted to go to either Blairsville or any other town. You were only about 2 1/2 to 3 miles off the main floor lane the last part up to the cabin a little steep I would think if there were snow you’d probably want to make sure you have four-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive which we had."

We've taken care to design a beautiful, relaxing, and inspiring destination for small families or friends: the master bedroom (queen) and upstairs loft (two twin XLs) can comfortably accommodate your group of 2-4. Whether you seek a quiet place to work, a refuge for relaxation, or a hub for exploring the dining, shopping, hiking, and cultural life of the North GA Mountains - Cozy Creek Cabin is the perfect getaway for any season.

WHAT TO EXPECT
We've taken care of most of the things you'll need, including thorough, professional cleaning with disinfectants; crisp, fresh linens and fluffy towels from Brooklinen; all-natural toiletries; basic kitchen equipment; and some pantry staples (e.g. salt, etc.). If you're planning a big meal, or need something more specific, there are large supermarkets are nearby, as well as outstanding restaurants in Blue Ridge.

You'll have open access to the house, screened in deck, front porch, fire-pit + 4 Adirondack chairs. We respect your privacy, so we offer contactless check-in and support by text or phone. We have 1 outdoor camera facing the driveway. Check out our house book for tips. We provide electronic access to the house with a personal guest code. You'll receive the code prior to check-in, though your code will only activate at check-in.

WHAT TO PREPARE
You'll find plenty of things to do during your stay. With uncertainties from COVID-19, we recommend making reservations in advance, where appropriate, especially for popular restaurants, vineyards and adventures. We've assembled a list of our favorites in the House Guide, and we're happy to answer additional questions by text.

You'll need a car to get here and get around--and the drive will be beautiful! Once you turn on Little Rock Creek Rd, it becomes a gravel path. Next, you'll turn on Little Rock Creek Ct and there is a mildly steep hill - 4WD recommended! Since cell service can be inconsistent in the mountains, we recommend that you download local maps to your phone before your trip. We also urge guests to pay close attention when enjoying nature: weather can change quickly and wild animals can be surprising. Because temperatures in the mountains can fluctuate widely, even in the height of summer, we recommend packing sweaters and light, cold-weather gear just in case. We also recommend that guests consider spraying clothes with Permethrin in advance, to help avoid ticks. In winter we recommend guests pack several layers of warm clothing and ensure that their vehicles are ready for potential snowfall.

IMPORTANT NOTES
We welcome couples, families and friends but please note this is a 655sq ft cozy cabin! More than 4 people would be uncomfortable, so we are strict with our cap at 4 people - adults or children. This is strictly a smoke-free property and you have to take extreme caution when using the firepit outside. The Cozy Creek team loves animals, and the owners of this property will permit 1 dog, provided that guests receive prior approval and pay the pet fee. (Please note that we require all pets to be potty-trained and our insurance prevents us from accepting any aggressive breeds or dogs with behavioral issues.) Due to local community rules and guidelines set by the owner, parties and large gatherings are prohibited at this property. To ensure a safe and comfortable stay, the owners and of this property require that all guests sign a Short-term Rental agreement that clearly sets forth the terms and conditions of your stay. We provide detailed check-in information 5 days prior to your arrival, and we are pleased to answer your questions at any time.

Our cabin is in the heart of the Aska Adventure Area, within mins of an array of outdoor fun and activities such as hiking, river tubing, canoeing, fishing, mtn biking and more. Downtown Blue Ridge is just 20 mins away and is a major attraction with its charming downtown area filled with unique shops, delicious dinning options, and local nightlife entertainment.

The Space
If you want tpo just get a way for some peace and quite, our cabin is off the beaten path, with a 2 acre secluded, wooded lot for privacy. Relax on the front deck, or sit around the outdoor fire pit. Spend relaxing moments in our Hot Tub! Have some fun in our game room which features air hockey, arcade games, or foosball. If you want to sleep under the stars, we hae a private tent camping area, and we provide up to two, 3 person tents, complete with air mattresses. Bring your own sleeping bags!

Where you will Sleep
Down stairs we have a large bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom. It has a large walk in closet that guest can use for clothing, and or other property or equipment.

Upstairs has a king size bed, and access to a full bath.

Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's

Kitchen
It is equipped with modern appliances( dishwasher, electric stove,
microwave, refrigerator w/ ice maker and filtered water.
It has an Air Fryer, single cup and multi cup coffee makers.(bring your own favorite flavors or brands.
We provide a blender, lots of pots and pans. full set of plates and flatware, glasses, cups and silverware for up to 6 persons.

It has a wide assortment of other cooking utensils and kitchen tools.

On the front deck we have a gas grill, with cooking tools as well.

Living Room
The living room has a large rustic couch and a love seat. Relax in front of the gas fireplace on cool evenings .

TV Entertainment
Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's and the living room has a large 50" Flat screen TV. All are Roku TV's, so bring your own access codes and passwords.

Wifi: WE have the fastest available in our area at time, and you will need to access and use for your cell phone for cell service.

Other things to Note:
The cabin if off the beaten path, away from the congested traffic, yet conveniently located to all the local popular attractions. It is close to places or locations that most people come to the mountains of north Ga, including but not limited to: hiking trails, bike roads and trails, trout fishing, water sports at the lake or canoeing, kayaking, or tubing the Toccoa River. Nature watching and wildlife viewing.

Our Road-Driveway
At the entrance, the drive is slightly steep, but is full smooth concrete, and the remaining portion as a slight grade that is gravel for about 100 feet and from there is a relatively flat gravel road, that is well maintained.

Fall Season & Lady Bugs:
Remember, you will be out in a rural, wild like setting, in the forest and bugs and critters are just part of this environment.
In the fall the lady bugs are looking to hibernate, and will at times congregate around and make it into cabins and homes. This is not an infestation. Just a natural occurrence . The best way to deal with them if they become a problem is to use our provided hand held vacuum and suck them out of your way.

Guest may experience other bugs and animals such as raccoons, opossums, deer, bear and other insects. We have professional pest control regularly treat our cabin area.

To prevent possible bear encounters ( who are usually more afraid of you than you them) we suggest:
Keep all food items inside the cabin, do not leave food in your vehicle, keep your windows rolled up, and ensure that all cabin doors are securely shut and locked prior to departing the cabin.

As you walk through the front door into an open floor plan, your eyes are immediately drawn to the large windows and the mountain views beyond.

As you are drawn to this view, you will see a lovely kitchen to your left with granite counter tops and island that seats 4. Stainless steel appliances and the 6-burner stove will tempt you to cook and bake all day long. The dining area that seats 8 will have your family waiting in anticipation of your fine cuisine. The comfortable living room has seating for 5 in front of the gas stone fireplace, 50” TV and deck access.

The entry level contains a master bedroom with king-size bed, deck access, closet, private bath with shower and double vanity. Another bedroom with Queen-size bed, closet and deck access can be found on the opposite side. The entry level also has a shared full bathroom and laundry room.

The lower-level has a living room that contains a gas stone fireplace, 50” TV, sectional seating 4-5, shared full bathroom with shower/tub combo, wet bar, shuffleboard and dining table seating 4 for those card players in your family. Here you will find two bedrooms; one queen-size bed the other a king-size bed. The King-size bedroom has a closet and private bathroom with shower.

This three level cabin features 3 bedrooms/3 full baths (with ensuite baths in 2 of the 3) with two bedrooms, two living spaces, well equipped kitchen, laundry closet, party porch and wrap around decks!

The main level features one of the two living rooms with a comfy sofa, gas fireplace and large TV mounted over the fireplace. Cozy up by the fireplace to watch a movie! Also on this level is the well stocked kitchen. It will have everything you need to prepare a meal, even an instapot and air-fryer! We do provide spices as well. Just off the kitchen is the laundry closet and one of three bedrooms. The bedroom is spacious, featuring a king size bed, ensuite bath with a large walk-in closet. The best part about this level is all the windows and massive views! There is a wrap-around deck perfect for grilling out, dining and relaxing. The deck is so large there is dedicated space for all! Enjoy the swinging daybed while taking in the surrounding beauty. Spend quality time cooking on the grill and enjoying dinner out in the beautiful nature. The adirondack chairs are perfect for taking in the view or reading a book. Additionally the screened in "party porch" has additional outdoor seating, a wood burning fireplace and mounted TV.

The lower level features another spacious family room with a comfy sectional sofa, gas fireplace with mounted TV, wet bar with beverage fridge, DVD player, an air hockey table, pac-man arcade game, board games. The bedroom on this level features 4 built-in bunk beds and a closet. The full bath has a single vanity and bathtub/shower combo. Walk out to the second deck that features the hot tub. From this deck follow the path to the fire pit with adirondack seating. Great place to roast marshmallows or tell stories by a fire!

The top level features the very large primary bedroom. In this spacious bedroom is a king size bed, ensuite bath and large walk in closet. The bath features double sinks, tiled shower and built-in cabinets for storage. At the top of the stairs is a loft that has a dedicated work space as well as a comfy chair and ottoman. Great place to get comfortable, take in the mountain views and read a book! The views are so amazing from the loft that you won't want to leave!

The home features high speed fiber optic wifi internet. There are a total of 6 tv's in the home (all three bedrooms, both living rooms and the party porch). All TV's are smart streaming tv’s and have all the major apps loaded. We provide YouTube TV.

Upon entering the gated community, the road is gravel. The entry is somewhat steep and aside from There are no steep grades that require 4 wheel drive. The community entry does have a grade however any car can access without issue. four-wheel drive is not required. There are outdoor cameras in use facing the driveway only.

Thanks to 5 spacious bedrooms spread across the three levels of the cabin, you will have plenty of room for yourselves and privacy when you need it. There are 2 bedrooms situated on the main level- Master bedroom with king bed with ensuite full bathroom and smart TV. 2nd bedroom on main floor is outfitted with a queen-size bed and a Smart TV. There are 2 bedrooms on the upper level loft: 1 bedroom with queen bed and another with two twin beds. This spacious bedroom has ample closet space and a Smart TV. The fifth bedroom is located on the lower level and is perfect for any kiddos in your group. It features two queen-size beds with a single bunk over each. Enjoy your favorite channels on the smart TV. This level is also equipped with access to a private balcony with a relaxing hot tub, outdoor swing,and outdoor seating options.

Cook up family meals in the well-equipped kitchen located on the main level. The kitchen has all the necessary tools and appliances, including a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots, pans, toaster, blender, Keurig, coffeemaker, plates, cups, utensils, and other kitchen supplies. Bring your own food, drinks, coffee, etc.

A starter supplies pack is provided, which includes: paper towels, sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, and hand soap. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out. There is also a full kitchen located on the lower level, allowing for privacy between families/groups. The kitchen has a stove/oven, refrigerator, sink, microwave, and coffee station.

Enjoy your meals at the dining room table (seating for four), or head outside to the large outdoor dining table (seating for eight). Laundry washer and dryer are available in the home.

There are 3 spacious living rooms. 2 living rooms on the main floor and 1 living room on lower level.
The first main-level living room is a great spot to relax as you listen to the crackle of the fireplace or have a family game night - there's a board game collection for you to enjoy. The living room boasts a sofa with reclining seats, a loveseat, and a plush chair. The second main level living room has plenty of seating for everyone where you can stream your favorite shows on large 75" Smart TVs or curl up with a good book. You can also challenge one of your family members to a game of pool or Air Hockey in this living area.
There is an additional 3rd living room downstairs with smart TV, board games and a wooden fireplace!

Step outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Take in the riverfront and mountain views from the cabin's two balconies or head down to the fire pit and watch the starry night sky come alive.

The main level features a screened-in porch with a large dining table and two Adirondack chairs overlooking the river. There is also a screened-in back porch on this level. The lower-level porch features a private hot tub overlooking the river - perfect for relaxing sore muscles or simply enjoying the peace and quiet of the surroundings. Our hot tub is cleaned in between all guest visits. Also, take advantage of the BBQ to grill up delicious meals.

Guests have access to the entire property. Parking is available in the 2 car drive way.
The cabin is less than two miles off the main highway. Part of the road leading to the cabin is paved and part of it is gravel. I have a 4 door sudan and have no problems getting to the cabin. Now, I know this goes without saying, but, the cabin is situated near the TOP of a mountain, therefore, the road is a bit steep, hilly and can be quite rutted for the last quarter of a mile. I've gotten feedback that people were surprised by this. :) So please be aware.

Other things to note
The cabin feels secluded up on the hill but there are about 5 other properties at the top. The last 1/4 mile to the cabin, you will be driving up a narrow gravel path. It is steep, narrow, hilly and can be quite rutted. I drive a regular sedan and find it very manageable. Someone lives up there and drives a mazda miata up and down daily.

Downtown Blue Ridge is just 20 minutes away and is a major attraction with its charming unique shops, delicious dinning options, and local nightlife entertainment.

The space
If you want to just get away for some peace and quite, our cabin is off the beaten path, with a 2 acre, secluded, wooded lot for privacy. Relax on the front covered porch, or sit around the fire at our outdoor fire pit area.

Spend a relaxing evening in the Hot Tub. Or choose to have fun in our game room that has a full sized air hockey table, arcade games, or professional size foosball.

If you want to sleep under the stars, we have a private tent camping area, and we provide two, 3 person tents, complete with air mattresses. Bring your own sleeping bags!

DOWN STAIRS BED ROOM:
Has two queen size beds, and a full bath. Complete with a large walk-in closet so that guest can use to place their clothes, property and other equipment. A flat screen Roku TV is also in this bedroom.

UPSTAIRS BEDROOM
Has a King size bed, and access to a full bath. It has a flat screen TV as well.

KITCHEN
The kitchen has modern appliances ( dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, refrigerator w/ ice maker and filtered water.

It has an Air Fryer, Blender, single cup and multi cup coffee makers (bring your favorite flavors or brand of coffee)

It has lots of pots and pans, full set of plates and flatware, glasses, cups, and silverware for up to 6 persons. It has a wide assortment of cooking utensils and kitchen tools.

LIVING ROOM
The living room has a large rustic couch and love seat. Enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace on those cool evenings, as you take in a movie on a large 50" flat screen Roku, smart TV. (so bring your own roku tv access and passcodes)

WiFi
The cabin is equipped with Wifi/internet, and you will have to access this for your phone to have cell service, as there is no mobile service in this area.

Guest access
The entire cabin, both upstairs and downstairs, a full, 2 acre wooded lot, fire pit recreation area, and a private tent camping area complete with its own firepit and chairs for sitting by the fire.

This cabin is centrally located between Blue Ridge (13 mi) Ellijay (19 mi) and Blairsville (20 mi)

It is off the beaten path, away from congested traffic, yet conveniently located to all the local attractions.

OUR ROAD-DRIVE WAY
At the very entrance there is a slightly steep incline that is paved with smooth concrete for about 200 ft, then a less steep incline for about 60 feet that is graveled. The remaining portion of the road is gently rolling or flat that is also graveled and in good condition.

It is close by to places or locations that most people come the mountains of North Georgia including but not limited to hiking trials, bike roads and trails, trout fishing, canoeing, nature watching and wildlife.

FALL SEASON & LADY BUGS
It is very common in the mountain areas to see lady bugs in sometimes large numbers. They congregate in the fall for hibernation. This is not an infestation, but just nature in action. They gather close to homes for warmth and they are impossible to prevent from sometimes getting into the interior of homes. The best way to deal with them is to use a hand vacuum to suck them up. We keep a hand held vacuum at the cabin just for this reason

CRITTERS AND BUGS
Remember you will be in a very rural, forested environment. So it is probable that you may encounter wild animals such as raccoons, opossums, squirrels, deer and maybe bear. Many types of insects and bugs live there.

We have pest control measures done regularly to control unwanted insects and bugs. But sometimes they make it into the cabin.

To help prevent the possibility of an unwanted bear incident, follow these simple rules;

Keep all food items, and trash inside the cabin. DO not leave any food items outside or in your vehicle. Most black bears are more afraid of you then you are of them.

Ensure that the doors to the cabin are securely shut and locked when you are not there or when you depart.

FIREWOOD: We now have and sell firewood on site for a nominal fee. It is located on the right across from the first cabin on the left in a rack. It is a pay by the honor system. Just place your cash or check into the metal strong box slot...

The cost is $5 per package. You can also look behind the rack to find a large trash can that contains a "fire starting kit" with kindling and instructions on how to start a fire. They too are $5 per package.
