Each of the two main floor bedrooms feature a queen size bed. A pack-and-play is also available for use. The upstairs loft sofa folds out into a full-size bed. The upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and two XL twins. The living areas provide ample space for family and friends to mingle and socialize, and the kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation and has an abundance of pantry, cabinet, and countertop space.

The outdoor spaces are ready to be enjoyed at any time of day and all seasons of the year. The outdoor gas fireplace lights at the touch of a button, eliminating any confusing controls or need for firewood. Various outdoor seating and dining areas can easily accommodate all guests. The large hot tub is sure to be a favorite.

- "My husband and I hosted our family vacation here and everyone had a wonderful time. The house was right on the Tennessee river as advertised and it's a great place to relax and enjoy water activities. We rented the pontoon boat and kayaks. We brought our paddle boards but they have several there to rent as well. The house is very close to town to enjoy all that's there plus Lookout Mountain is a short drive away as well. It's very close to grocery stores and Walmart if you run out of anything. I wish we had more time because there was still more we didn't get to see and do. Guess that means we'll have to go back. Just a bit of info to pass along. It wasn't an issue for us but may be to others that stay here. The bedroom downstairs doesn't have a bathroom so they will need to go to the 2nd (main) floor to use that one. The bedrooms on the 3rd floor have 2 bathrooms available. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and new appliances. The back deck has a great view of the river and we ate several meals there."

Welcome to our newly renovated & custom-built log cabin at the foot of Elder Mountain. Only 7 minutes away from downtown Chattanooga and the fast-growing Northshore. Chattanooga was home to the Iron Man in 2017 and has become an annual event space & home to of many concerts goers, river tourers, & many intellectual foodies. Enjoy hiking, fishing, swimming and much more not only in downtown but on our property too! Nestled in the little town of Lookout Valley, the cabin has its own private pond (private from public but members of our family may be there at times) and cookout area (public). We have two charcoal grills/smokers at the Cabin that are private to you and your family. Our hot tub is open year around & is right off our wrap around deck with easy house to spa access. It is especially pretty at night with the deck string lights shining on the tub! For those of you who are bringing young children, we have a kids corner that is made to feel at home. This cabin has newly purchased patio and indoor furniture and unique custom furniture built by the owner and from wood milled off the property. We can sleep anywhere from 2 to 11 and there is a large newly renovated den downstairs for games or movies. Enjoy special time with family or friends in this one-of-a-kind log cabin. Plenty of games and toys for the grandkids to keep them busy. We actually fished in the pond and waded in the stream. Inside we’ve provided plenty to keep you busy: board games, Nintendo Wii, cards, and books. We have satellite TV and Wi-Fi.

There are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths in the main house. The master has a king bed an en suite with Jacuzzi tub and is located on the main level. A second bedroom/den with a queen bed and sofa is also on the main level next to a half bath. The lower level also has the kitchen, dining and main living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, utensils, and spices.

A spiral staircase leads you upstairs to two additional bedrooms and a gallery overlooking the living area. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has two queens. Both of these bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. There is an futon in the gallery for additional sleeping.

The guest suite is set up like a hotel room with queen bed, kitchenette and bath with shower.

Pet fee is for one large dog(over 60lbs)or two small or medium dogs. We do not allow two dog that are both over 60lbs.

Guests have access to the entire property, excluding the garage and storage shed. We do share a driveway with our next door neighbor, so we ask that the driveway never be blocked. There is plenty of parking around the house. The pond is a shared family pond but please feel free to enjoy as your own.

We loved fishing in the pond — coached by one brother and his wife, who are, more or less, experts. No mosquitoes bothered us — maybe because of all the dragonflies on patrol! Welcome to The Breuer Room - located at The Lodge At Lookout Mountain - named after Marcel Breuer, a Hungarian modernist architect best known for the Wassily and the Cesca Chair. The New York Times have called these some of the most important chairs of the 20th Century.

This mid-century modern inspired room has everything you'll need for a wonderful experience in the Scenic City. Enjoy the privacy of your own home away from home in this 600 square foot mid-century modern style suite with one King size bed, full bathroom and stocked kitchenette. We are approximately 10-15 minutes from the TN Aquarium and just off the interstate providing convenient access to Lookout Mtn and Downtown Chattanooga.

For the benefit of our guests, we supply towels, soap, shampoo, body wash, coffee, cups, utensils, plates and more. If you have questions about anything, please do not hesitate to contact us.

This property is located right off the highway providing convenient access to many local attractions, however, please expect some road noise during peak traffic hours.

PLEASE NOTE: Although we are DOG friendly, we do NOT allow cats. For dogs, we charge pet rent of $15/per night per pup. (THIS WILL COME AS A SEPARATE CHARGE AFTER BOOKING AND IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR TRIP). If you have not disclosed that you will be bringing a pet in the booking process, please let us know. Although we are a pet friendly home, due to allergy issues of future renters we request that pets not be allowed on furniture (particularly in the bed). We also prefer pets be crated if left alone. Please pick up after your furry family member!

**Please be advised, since rooms 8-15 are dog friendly rooms, there is potential for some noise. Rooms 1-7 do not allow pets to give those who do not wish to be in a pet friendly room options to stay. If you are a pet owner who is bringing your dog to one of the pet friendly rooms, PLEASE BE COURTEOUS to others staying here and be mindful of noise.**

- "This was an adorable cabin. It was a little smaller than we anticipated but was adequate. Such a pretty location. It was on a busy highway but that made it easy to get where we wanted to go. We traveled with our dog and he loved having the grounds to walk on. We’d definitely stay again." - "Room was clean and neat but very small compared to pics. I picked this site because of the pics for our 54th anniversary. I’m afraid I was disappointed by what was actually there. We had a good time and adjusted to the room. The room was clean very neat everything worked a little nosy at times. I would stay here again but only for one maybe two at most. I’m not throwing you under the bus you have a nice place just doesn’t live up to the pics and needs some TLC. "
