The cottage consists of a cozy, open floor plan. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. The bedroom is small, but cozy with a queen size bed for two. Within an easy 10-15 minute walk, or a 2-minute drive, you will discover many downtown and Northshore restaurants, bars, coffeehouses, local artisan retail, salons, day spas, galleries, grocery stores, boutiques, museums, recreational activities, and entertainment attractions. The hardest thing will be deciding what to enjoy first!

Want to explore a little farther? You can rent bikes from Bike Chattanooga and have easy access to miles of downtown Chattanooga or the TN Riverwalk.

The 50” Roku TV can either face the living room or bedroom area with endless entertainment options through Netflix, Hulu Live, & Disney +, and ESPN+. We’ve got you covered in “The Gig City” with the country’s first gigabit per second internet speed.

We believe your sleep is important and chose a high-end mattress and luxurious sheets and duvet cover to provide maximum comfort. All towels and linens are provided, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

If you are traveling with kids, we have an assortment of games, puzzles, and toys to enjoy. We can provide a pack ’n play and a high chair seat upon request.

Parking is available on the street, right outside the private entrance. There is a washer/dryer combo available for guest use in the loft and we provide some detergent to get you started.

The exterior entrance of the property is monitored by a security camera doorbell. The private entrance is accessible with a keypad for self check-in.

Guests have full access to the loft space, except for two locked storage areas.

Other things to note
Guests will have access to a private entrance that leads directly upstairs to this loft. There are no shared spaces with other people. This space is located above the garage of a residential home, but doesn't share any walls directly with the residents' house. There is a covered outdoor living space between the house and the garage. The residents are quiet people, but some noise may be heard when they are outside or opening their garage doors below. A fan is provided for white noise if desired.

The Scenic City Getaway offers a fully equipped apartment just minutes away from all that Downtown Chattanooga has to offer! The full kitchen comes complete with stainless steel appliances, a spacious pantry, and a breakfast bar leading into the cozy living space. Both bedrooms are provided with a queen sized bed with comfortable mattresses, one of which is a Murphy bed that can be stowed away if extra space is needed. A parking space is available just steps from the private entrance.

Escape to a fresh space! Red oak floors and minimal yet cozy decor welcome you. This upstairs unit is down a quiet neighborhood alley, walkable to all the best in Chattanooga. Though between the silver-infused bamboo sheets, organic shower amenities, and 75" The Frame tv, you might not leave! Blinds and PDLC film on each window enable privacy while large windows bring in light and fresh air. And don't underestimate the smart toilet/bidet! The space
Unit is off the main street above a detached garage, so extremely private and quiet! After keyless smart lock entry, you will go up the stairs to find an open living room/kitchen space with plenty of room to relax. A sectional faces a massive 75" tv ready for cozy evenings in. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and cooking/eating implements (though the best restaurants Chattanooga has to offer are just a stroll away). A Breville Nespresso machine (w/pods!) and burr grinder accompany a traditional drip coffee maker to accommodate all possible coffee needs! The two rooms share a, "jack n' jill" bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in glass shower. It is here that organic body wash/shampoo/conditioner and a Jolie filtered showerhead await you! When ready for bed you will find a focus on good bedding. The bamboo sheets welcome you to cozy underneath the down comforters.

Being on the second floor the views out the windows are mainly of sky and trees. And if you are staying a bit longer, or just running the Ironman, laundry detergent and full-sized washer/dryer are ready for you!
