The front desk staff was very kind and although we didn't walk to the NYE celebration (intersection of Broad and Aquarium), it was walkable from the hotel. I didn't notice any outside noise especially for what can be a noisy night. Due to the exposed pipes, there was some light internal noise. The heating unit would click on and this was unnecessarily loud. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you would want (plates, glassware, silverware, cheese grater, etc). There are bathroom toiletries and kitchen cleaning supplies, a full-length refrigerator/freezer combo, stove/oven/microwave/dishwasher, small couch, additional chairs, wall-mounted coat rack, blinds in the living room, dining table w/ seating, kitchen trashcan, and a coffee/tea maker. Stainless appliances. There was a smart TV and one closet near the entry way with a hanging bar, iron, and ironing board. The bedroom has no windows. There are lamps, two wall-mounted side tables with A/C outlets, closet with hanging bar, and an extra blanket. The bed was soft and had four pillows (2 firm and 2 soft). The sheets and comforter were clean. The bathroom is small but not unbearable. It has a medicine cabinet and shower/tub combo. The lobby still had a huge Christmas tree & there is a cute mural for photos. There are luggage carts and a ping pong table. The hallways are well lit. No long elevator wait. Personal code for hotel room & building entry afterhours. Easy checkout."
