Set on a private lot surrounded by trees, the apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts' residence sits away from the road, which adds privacy and seclusion to the address. It's under 2 miles to North Point Mall and beyond.
Property is not located near public transportation. Once you locate our driveway, proceed down the driveway hill and park in front of the garage next to the stairs.
The garage door is an ultra quiet model and we only ever access it from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

IMPORTANT: A $250 fee will be added for smoking. Please DO NOT smoke marijuana and track the odor inside. If our cleaning professional smells weed inside the unit, we will have to charge the guest.

Guests have access to one parking space at the end of the driveway, closest to the guest house. Please let us know if you need additional parking. There is a walking path with pavers to the guest house. Pictures included in listing.

Welcome to the Wills Cottage, newly built with the perfect blend of Southern historic farmhouse and modern charm.
The Wills Cottage architecture complements our Historic Wills House, one of the only historic residences in the garden district of Alpharetta.
Just a short walk to the heart of downtown Alpharetta, you will discover many fabulous restaurants and shopping. We are a stone’s throw from beautiful Wills Park with recreational areas, walking trails and 50-acre top class equestrian center.
The space
The cottage was newly built to the rear of the Historic Wills House. Located within the garden district and set back from the road, it is a quiet haven. Spacious inside with an open plan feel. The bedroom, is private and at the opposite end to the main living area.
Light floods in from all sides.
Our goal is to make your stay so enjoyable, you won’t want to leave (or will definitely want to come back !)
Guest access
You have open reign of the entire cottage, and its patio outside. Feel free to roam our beautiful manicured gardens - a little heaven for a gardener. We also have chefs kitchen herbs which you are free to use. Enter via a private entrance on the ground floor with an independent laundry room then venture up the wide staircase to the main living areas.
Other things to note
Our historic house has been featured in papers and recently used for a commercial photo shoot. It’s so close to the downtown yet the cottage is a quiet little escape. For work or pleasure you will have all you need ! Most guests comment how spacious the cottage is and exceeds their expectations ! Light, bright and you are upstairs and away from any noise, it has been described as a little retreat but access to the towns fun activities.
This unique and peaceful stained-glass chapel next to a creek will make you feel like you're staying in an enchanted forest right in the heart of Alpharetta.
Recline in the hot tub or relax around the firepit before taking a short stroll across our tree bridge. Escape the Atlanta heat by reclining in the soaking tub or lounging on the comfortable bed under a cedar shingle ceiling.
Newly built in August 2022, this space was dreamed, designed and built with the ultimate guest experience in mind.
The space
Enjoy a meal at our dining nook with seating for four after using our kitchenette that has everything you need to prepare a meal.
Our desk space is perfect for journaling or even getting some work done while remote.
Don’t work too hard as you’re here to get some much needed rest and relaxation in the hot tub, our soaking tub or around the fire pit.
Guest access
You will have access to the area that extends from the brown fence to the creek bridge, and the picnic table on the other side of the creek.
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: There is a park in very close proximity that is occasionally used for parties and events. They are loud but are required to end at 10:00 pm on the weekdays and 11:00 pm on weekends.
PLEASE NOTE: There is one camera that is placed on the exterior fence that covers the parking area in order to ensure guest number accuracy and adherence to our check in and check out times.
PLEASE NOTE: The chapel is treated regularly by a pest control company, but they have told us it will be inevitable to encounter bugs from time to time. They are not the infestation type of bug, but they are infrequently found inside due to being in a wooded area and next to a water source. 
SAFETY ADVISORY: Please only navigate the tree bridge with shoes with good grip and sure footing. Bridge can be slippery when wet. Guests assume all liability and risk when walking on bridge.
