You will have access to the nearby indoor and outdoor pools, put-put golf and a fitness center. Enjoy the great local restaurants & breweries, hike to the many waterfalls, saddle up for a trail ride, try the zip line or simply relax with a good book. Close proximity to Asheville and Brevard.
The space
Large master bedroom with a queen size bed. The den has a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for kids. There is a TV and books and games as well as the beautiful outdoors to entertain you.
All linens are provided. Everything you need to prepare meals - And very close to great local restaurants.
Take advantage of the washer and dryer. Spacious walk in shower.
Guest access
The Nest is a beautiful and cozy one bedroom 2nd floor apartment separate from the main house, includes a queen bed and ia sleeper sofa in the living room for up to 2 additional guests. Towels, sheets and hairdryer are supplied. Full kitchen includes everything for cooking an intimate dinner (you supply the food 🙂) or choose one of the great local restaurants. Note: the apartment is above a detached garage.
Access to all of Sapphire Valley amenities including lake, indoor and outdoor pool, put put golf, workout center. Skiing, canoe rental and golfing in the neighborhood are available for additional fee. Quiet spot for a week or weekend getaway. Minimum 3 night stay.
Other things to note
There is a short trail behind the house that leads to Horse Pasture River - a 4 min walk!!
Our community center has tennis, playgrounds, put putt golf, swimming (indoor and outdoor) and hot tub in the fitness center.
