- "Just a little over a week, my family checked into the Suite Sixteen for a family vacation. The house is beautiful! I saw the pictures and loved it but the reality was so much more than our expectations. I was in awe walking in and seeing it. The main floor has a gorgeous and very spacious living room with fireplace and a huge dining table and open kitchen, plus office and TV room. All the wood pieces, all the unique decors, all the details and equipment in the kitchen, just impressed. They truly thought of everything, you can cook a Thanksgiving dinner there! All the bedrooms were set up so comfortably, with plenty of blankets, pillows, even charging stations in every room. There is a little heaven for kids with the game room, my teenager was in his world, so was my 7 year old. The outdoor area on the deck with a sauna and the screened porch were just a perfect spots for peace and relax. We all loved the fire pit surrounded by the trees. This place is just a perfect family spot, all agreed from grandparents to the youngest daughter. It truly is a piece of heaven in the mountains. You feel alone and in one with the nature, yet close to so many different places n things to do. It really is a perfect place for a family vacations, couples gatherings or girls/guys trip. The place was super clean and well managed. The host reached out with helpful recommendations and suggestions. It is a MUST to stay in!"

- "We have been visiting Sapphire for years and always rented nice cabins. This one was something else! There wasn’t a single thing we didn’t love about it! The location, layout and host responsiveness are all exceptional. But I was also very impressed with the little things which are all so well thought through! The kind of things other high end cabin rentals often lack. Here are a few that come to mind: tea cattle, sharp utensils, glass dishes (as opposed to that plastic we often see) in sufficient number, nice glasses, champagne glasses, a surprise bottle of champagne, good quality soaps and washing liquids, ample supply of dishwasher detergent and laundry pods, modern washer and drier, nice smelling candles, well setup sound system throughout the house, very soft and abundant blankets, great pillows, good quality bedsheets with linen comforter, hot water in the shower (the lukewarm water that some cabins set is one of my pet peeves), great working nice TVs which allow you to log into your apps but also have pre-logged in account from the owner. The list is literally endless. We absolutely loved the cabin and will most definitely be back!"

It is our family's new favorite place to be at the cabin! We have also added a second bathroom to the upstairs bedroom. This large, open floor plan cabin is perfect for family gatherings but is also great for a romantic get-away for two. The cabin sleeps 8 adults very comfortably. Maximum occupancy (total number of persons staying in or using the premises at any time) of 8 persons, any combination of adults and children. There is plenty of room to set up our full-size commercial crib and/or any portable sleepers you bring.

The master bedroom upstairs has a KING size bed & GAS FIREPLACE. The two guest bedrooms upstairs each have a queen size bed. There is a private sleep area downstairs with a queen size bed. Four beds total, one king and three queen size. If additional sleeping space is needed, there is a queen size leather fold out sofa downstairs (making 5 beds total) and a commercial size wooden crib for a baby (mattress, protector and sheets provided). There is plenty of room in any of the three bedrooms upstairs or in the downstairs area to set up the commercial size crib we provide or to set up your own child sleep area.

Guests frequently comment on the surprise they get when they first arrive at the cabin and encounter the spectacular views. There is always something new and different to see as the days pass and the weather changes. No need to take a long, difficult uphill hike to get a fantastic view -- just sit on the back decks. The lights across the valley at night are magical. There is a waterfall view and long-range view across the Divide Valley into South Carolina from the back decks. The cabin is on 4.2 acres and there are only 4 residences on our street with huge lots for privacy. There is no traffic except for our neighbors and occasional maintenance and public safety routine checks. The cabin is close to numerous restaurants, the Sapphire Valley Resort, and numerous outdoor activities.

The upstairs is the main living/sleeping area with 3 bedrooms and two full baths. The downstairs is a spacious recreation area with home theater, card table, large wet bar, full size refrigerator, and lots of open space for children. The downstairs also has an additional private sleep area with a queen size bed. There is a full bath downstairs. The leather sofa downstairs folds out to a queen size bed, making 5 beds total if needed.

The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook in and enjoy family.

Escape to an amazing area of the country. Take in so many adventures and excursions in the "Land of Waterfalls", but only if you wish. You can also stay close to the cabin and enjoy the 4.2 acres of privacy, enjoy the waterfall from the back decks, wonder at the fantastic long-range views, or walk through the wonderfully developed equestrian community, The Divide at Bald Rock. Our subdivision has its own access to the Panthertown National Forest.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF OUR CABIN AND AMENITIES OFFERED:

Nestled in the gated community of The Divide at Bald Rock and includes access to all amenities of the Sapphire Valley Master Association (a nominal fee of $5 per person per day or $25 per person per week for access to all amenities) restricted to pass holders only. The property is private and secluded. Sitting at 3850 feet above sea level on 4.2 acres. The cabin was custom built.

WORK REMOTELY. Free Wi-Fi is included on AN ULTRA HIGH SPEED BROADBAND along with office set up: desk, computer, monitor, printer, copier, scanner. Use the PC for team meetings. Wi-Fi calling on your cell phone works great!

The cabin sleeps 8 adults comfortably in one KING size and three queen size beds (each with privacy). In addition to the FOUR BEDS, there is a queen size sleeper sofa on the lower level (to make 5 beds total). A full-size folding crib (not a portable crib or play pen) is provided for set up in any of the bedrooms or downstairs sleep area. A 5" thick safety crib mattress, mattress protector, and crib sheets are provided. There is plenty of room to set up your own portable sleepers.

MAIN LEVEL:

The upper level of the cabin has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The cabin has wood flooring throughout with the exception of the tile bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a stone gas FIREPLACE, walk in tile shower, walk in closet, and private door to the large wrap around deck. The KING size bed has a top-rated Nectar Premier Copper Gel Memory Foam mattress with heat-conducting cooling fibers.

The great room has cathedral ceilings, large windows for the amazing views, an oversized stone WOOD BURNING FIREPLACE. Wood is provided under the front porch. YOU MUST PURCHASE KINDLING TO START THE FIRE.

The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances and is fully stocked. Gas cook stove, convection toaster oven with 6 slice capacity, dishwasher, microwave, and all necessary small kitchen appliances are available (all the expected cooking appliances plus a full-size Kitchen Aide mixer, waffle maker, griddle and large roasting pan). Coffee Station with full pot and Keurig brew options is provided. A bean grinder is provided. Stocked with 12 place settings and extra silverware and all the cookware / bakeware you might need for your family and friends' feasts.

An oversized Maytag washer and dryer are available in a separate laundry room closed off from the rest of the cabin for quietness.

The lower level has a SONY 75" theater room, surround sound stereo system, cedar bar fully stocked with glassware, bar sink, card table and chairs, full bath/shower/sink and full-size refrigerator.

The theater room has a leather wrap around sofa with three recliners built in that seats six comfortably. An additional leather recliner and an additional three-seat leather sofa is also provided. You can gather the entire family in this area! The three-seat leather sofa folds out to a queen size sleeper. Linens for the fold out are provided.

WORK REMOTELY. 3 desks, free Wi-Fi on BROADBAND NETWORK, PC, monitor, printer, copier, scanner downstairs. Use the PC for team meetings. Turn your cell phone to Wi-Fi calling for best reception.

The pools, hot tubs, saunas, game room, mini golf, skiing, and many other activities are located at the Sapphire Valley Resort just a 10-minute drive from the cabin. There is not a fire pit on the property because it is adjacent to a 6,000-acre national forest and the property is heavily wooded.

NOTE: Sapphire National Golf Club is temporarily closed. Red Bird 9-hole is open. Public courses nearby.

- "All went very smoothly" - "We have stayed in the Cashiers area during the July 4th holiday for the last 5 years . By far, we enjoyed our time in this home as much or more than any with its amazing views. The home was very well appointed with all we needed during our 7-night stay. The views from the back porch were amazing and among the best of the homes we have rented in the past. Daily afternoon rain showers were showcased by a beautiful rainbow reaching down into the valley. One small challenge was promptly addressed by the property manager. Overall, the property met our expectations. The only small exception might be the bed in the bottom floor. It has limited privacy and the bathroom for that bedroom is adjacent to the theater room. This did not prove to be a problem for us as my son and daughter in law used this floor as their personal suite! It also made it easier for them as their dog stayed in the utility room as requested which is right by the bedroom area downstairs with direct access outside. We would recommend this property to anyone that is interested in gorgeous views, nice amenities at Sapphire Resort and a quick commute to most areas of interest."

- "We visited near the end of June and it was chilly and raining every day! (Who new NC was a temperate rain forest?!) Even though one of the reasons I rented the cabin was for the awesome view, it was very peaceful to be tucked into the clouds as well! And coming home to this beautiful cabin after a day of adventures (wet and cold) made it that much more enjoyable! The cabin makes you feel at home and has everything (and more!) that you’ll ever need! Sitting under the covered deck with a fire going and making s’mores at the end of a long day was my favorite part. Or was it sitting at the makeup table getting ready watching some of the mountains peak out from behind the clouds? Or maybe it was the open concept kitchen/living area where family memories were made? Everything was so beautiful I wouldn’t be able to pick just one favorite! We appreciate getting to spend time in this wonderful home and would definitely love to come back! You won’t be disappointed staying here!"

PROPERTY UNHARMED BY HELENE (11/5): At the end of our private gated gravel road after a short drive through United States Forest you will find nine of the most beautiful acres in western North Carolina. The Property was formally operated as "Sweet Water Fly-Fishing Lodge" and has level access to the Thompson River, known for it's Brown Trout fishing and occasional wild Rainbow Trout. Waterfalls are directly reachable from the cabin's front door.

This cabin is for families, hikers, trout fly-fisherman, hunters, and people looking to trade the stress of civilization for nature, beauty, and fresh air.

Our nine acres includes a cabin located on a large mountain meadow surrounded in all four directions by US Forest Land and the thousands of acres of Nanthala National Forest. The Thompson River flows directly beside the cabin. In other locations the Thompson River is mostly unaccessible by vehicle and typically only accessed by fisherman after a lengthy hike. Our property is one of the few spots on the Thompson River accessible by vehicle. Both sides of this level trout river are private property for our renters exclusive use.

Our property includes four "trout holes" and rough trails into Federal Forest Land for fishing, hiking, and exploration. Adjoining the property, a ten-minute walk from the cabin's front door is “White Owl Falls”, a thirty-foot waterfall and swimmable lagoon accessible from our property's private hiking trail. Down river accessible from our property is “Tall Falls”. There are also two swimmable pools, river level and flow permitting, in the Thompson River on our private property. One pool is located just off the large back porch of the cabin and another pool is located a short walk through the forest. There is a large covered pavilion feet from the river, with a rock fire pit, picnic table and Adirondack chairs.

The property is located on Whitewater Rd. In one direction a few miles north is the main entrance of North Carolina's Gorges State Park, named in 2012 by National Geographic Magazine as one of the "50 of the World's Last Great Places - Destinations of a Lifetime", and a few miles south is Whitewater Falls, the largest waterfall in the U.S. east of the Mississippi, and access to "The Foothills Trail", a seventy-six mile long distance hiking trail.

The cabin's outdoor spaces include a large covered front porch facing the meadow, a large deck in the back, and a screened in porch just off the kitchen over looking the Thompson River and the Nantahala National Forest.

Inside our rustic cabin the main floor has two bedrooms: the master bedroom, which has a king (queen in photo) bed and a large walk in closet, and a bedroom with bunk beds. These two bedrooms share access to the cabin's main bathroom. On the main floor there is also the kitchen, dining area, and living room, all open concept. The living room includes a gas fireplace. All bedrooms have baseboard heaters. The cabin's upstairs and main living area is cooled with one large high horsepower mini split a/c unit.

There is a downstairs with an additional three bedrooms, one with a full bed and two with a queen bed and the house's washer and dryer. One of these bedrooms has direct access to the meadow. The second bathroom is downstairs and includes a full bath tub. There is a small third bathroom downstairs. Additionally there is a large living area, with a 65” Roku TV for streaming anything you access at your home, with direct access outside and a second bunk bed sleeping area and kitchenette. The third (not pictured) bedroom has a comfortable queen bed (note this bedroom is simple without a window).

The cabin intentionally does not have cable. As of April 2020 it has high speed-internet and two roku streaming TVs, limited DVD movie selections, and Blue Ray player that is on a movable stand for movie watching. There is a land line telephone.

Additionally, for families with young children there is pack and play crib, booster seat, high chair, children's books, toys, and movies stored on site.

This is a cabin for a family, group of friends, couple, hikers, or fishermen who value the beauty of nature, the forest, water falls, and being on a river. It is a simple cabin in the Nantahala National Forest where you are free to relax and will be at peace in the seclusion of the forest. If you are looking for a uniquely beautiful property to get back to nature you have found it.

- "The Arcade house is a great house for kids, old and young. Our kids ranged from 6 to 77 and all of us loved the various games in the arcade room! The kitchen area is a nice size and filled with light. We made the top porch our morning and evening gathering space. Although the main bedrooms are upstairs, the couch bed down stairs was fun for the kids to use. We particularly enjoyed the amenities provided with this rental at the near by Sapphire Club where there are pools, boats and all manner of golfing. We recommend this rental to any young family. Sapphire Valley is an outstanding area to visit."

This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is located in beautiful Sapphire, NC between Cashiers and Lake Toxaway. Enjoy all the amenities of Sapphire Valley Resort and Fairfield Lake during your visit!

Take in the mountain views off the back covered deck that includes a gas fireplace, gas grill, and a flat screen tv. The living area includes soaring ceilings and a beautiful floor to ceiling stone fireplace (firewood included!).

The spacious master bedroom is located on the main level. Two additional guest bedrooms and a full bathroom are located upstairs. The lower level includes a game room (including a pool table and ping pong table) as well as the 4th bedroom and additional full bathroom.

You're only minutes from Red Bird Golf Course, indoor and outdoor swimming, lake, tennis, community game room, fitness center, hiking, waterfalls, restaurants, and breweries. Enjoy Sapphire Valley Ski Resort and Tubing Park during the winter months. You'll have to come back again and again to fit it all in!

The home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities (these amenities are not at the home). They are in a separate drive-able location. You may access amenities for $5 per day or $25 per week*. Fiber optic internet has been installed in our neighborhood which gives us very fast WiFi! Great for using all of your devices (and all of our smart TVs!). This is not available in all areas of the mountains so we’re excited about the addition! We also get great cell service.

This home has a ring door bell which includes a camera to monitor the exterior of our home.

Two twin size rollaway beds are included for additional sleeping spaces.

The closest grocery store is Ingles (6.4 miles).

Some of our favorite restaurants are Osteria Del Monte (2.8 miles), The Library Kitchen & Bar (4.4 miles), Canyon Kitchen (5.8 miles), Whiteside Brewery (7.2 miles), and The Greystone Inn (8.9 miles). Highlands also has a wide variety of delicious restaurants (17.5 miles). Please always be sure to contact the restaurant directly before visiting. Some restaurants in this area are seasonal and closed during certain months.

Panthertown (4.6 miles) and Gorges State Park (6 miles) both offer beautiful hiking.

There was something for everyone—boating, fishing, hiking, swimming shopping. It was also close enough to Biltmore for a day trip. Whiteside Brewing is a must for a good meal. The chicken tenders and pretzel bites are amazing! Excellent communication with the host when questions arose. Would definitely recommend booking."

This property is not only pet-friendly, it's PETS ENCOURAGED! This recently renovated treehouse is a 2 bed/2bath that boasts an additional Dog Suite, so your furry family members have a space all their own! There is an outdoor dog bath (including shampoo & towels) as well as a large fenced-in Dog Play Area. And NO PET FEES! (3 dogs max, unless approved in advance by owner).

For our human guests, the property is on a very private wooded lot and includes an outdoor fire pit, hammock, and outdoor deck. There is also a wood burning fireplace in the great room. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, king size bed, and Smart TV. The secondary bedroom has a queen size bed. There is an extra twin bed (upper bunk) in the Dog Suite if needed (the lower bunk is reserved for dogs only). There is also a small office space, should you need to check in with work while visiting the area. Unlike many other mountain locations, this treehouse offers a strong cell signal and wifi.

The property is easily accessible from Hwy 64, and is approximately 7 minutes from the Sapphire Valley Resort. Guests of the property are eligible to purchase an amenity card for the Sapphire Valley Resort. The amenity card provides the user access to the private lake, fitness center, arcade, mini-golf, horse shoe pit, basketball court, track, and dog park. Narrows Falls is located within the community and is a 15 minute walk from the property. 60 minutes to Asheville Airport, 25 minutes to Highlands, 15 minutes to Gorges State Park, 35 minutes to Brevard & Pisgah National Forest, and 60-75 minutes to Cherokee & Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

NOTE: Although the driveway is paved and has ample parking, there are 12-15 stair steps from the parking area to the treehouse, so if you have mobility issues, this may not be an appropriate property for you.

Morning Mist is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom private home located in the community of Misty Mountain. This updated home offers a great room with a wood-burning fireplace, a 55" flat panel TV, and a DVD Player. The kitchen features all of your appliances, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, etc. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee machine. Dining area with seating for 4. The master bedroom offers a King Bed, 42" flat panel TV, and private en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom offers a Queen bed. There is also a 32" flat panel TV. The second bathroom is located off the bedroom and offers a shower. This home comes complete with high-speed internet access, a gas BBQ grill, and an open front deck with rocking chairs.

Misty Mountain offers access to a community pavilion that offers an outdoor fireplace, picnic tables, 4 gas grills, his/hers bathroom, and a large kitchen with fridge, microwave, and stove/oven. Great place to hang out in the evenings.

The lot is huge, so the nearest neighboring houses are almost impossible to see through the woods. - "Place is very well maintained and simple. Perfect for a getaway from crazy life" - "A charming hundred-year-old cabin in the heart of Sapphire. The cabin has been upgraded over the years and was perfect for the two of us and our two dogs. Has the smell of old wood and is super cozy. Baseboard heating worked great, and single A/C window unit did the trick one afternoon when it got hotter outside. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee maker, Kurig, slow cooker, dishwasher, and full-size fridge. The location is so convenient to all the surrounding activities. Easy access to Cashiers and Brevard for groceries, brewpubs, restaurants, etc. Several local restaurants within five minutes of the cabin. Excellent hiking in Gorges State Park, Pisgah National Forest, Panthertown Valley north of Lake Toxaway. Waterfalls in every direction! About 1 1/4 hours drive to Asheville. The cabin is located on the main road between Brevard and Cashiers, so there's a little traffic at peak times. Cabin is set back pretty far from the road though, and we were able to enjoy the front porch with the dogs almost every afternoon. Overall a fabulous location and highly recommended! Look forward to returning sometime soon."

- "The pictures truly don’t do the property justice. The views are incredible, the house is enormous, there are tons of things to do inside and outside the property. We had three families including 8 kids between 7-14 and there was something for everyone. The game and movie rooms are awesome. Everyone can be together in the huge great room and dining room and kitchen. There is the main kitchen plus mini-kitchens in the upstairs mother in law suite and downstairs basement area. The deck is phenomenal. I could sit out there all day with the views and cozy fireplace. And it’s perfect for kids too—the pirate bedroom was eye popping, plus all the game areas kept them busy. The kitchen is beyond fully stocked. This is not a house you need to worry about whether there will be enough utensils or pots and pans. The rooms also felt very private despite all the people there. It was cold so we didn’t do as much hiking as we planned but there are tons of waterfalls and hikes of varying degrees of difficulty in the area. Downtown Cashiers took us about 25 mins to get to (it’s close but mountain roads can be slow) and it is a cute spot to shop and dine. "

You are surrounded by beautiful craftsman wood. Their is amazing stargazing at night. Hot tub is shared between two units on the property but many times you will have to yourself. You will hear the sweet birds singing everyday and find total relaxation here, to reconnect and clear the mind. So many great things to do right nearby. Only 50 minutes from Asheville airport. I can help you arrange river tubing, white water rafting horseback riding, golf, even pool swimming or boating out for a lake day. This home is central to it all. And has such a great location being very close to Rainbow and whitewater falls at the national park. Adorable town and also close to cashiers and highland. Here Comes beautiful fall with all the leave colors and winter we even have skiing here! Come away to this wonderful mountain little home tucked in the beautiful Blue ridge Mountains and right by the great smokey mountains. Relax in the hottub by the trees after a day of adventure. This area they call home to the waterfalls. As we have many amazing spots to see. Even one if you right from the property, but the famous Gorges State park is right by and a very short drive to the entrance to make seeing those waterfalls a breeze.
This cottage also has a mini Cabin a little bit seperated and also can be rented out. Just send a message about it.
The 2 Bedroom home comes with a full size and fully stocked wonderful kitchen with everything you need, including a keurig coffee machine, toaster, blender and even an ice maker:) All the pots and pans and dishes are their as well as a large table out on the spacious porch that is surrounded by beautiful trees and a hottub on their as well to relax after hiking or just unwind and enjoy the stars.
The Bathroom has a large tub and shower combined and is very comfortable.
You also get a newer full washer and dryer to use!
There are two fire areas one with wood and one with propane!
Awesome tree swing that is made between two trees and sits close to the fire. Along with a bunch of relaxing Ariondeck chairs that go around the fire pit for smors and enjoyment.


First is a two bedroom with full washer and dryer and full size kitchen with large bathtub. Full size wonderful kitchen with everything you need. Even a waffle maker! There is a store and restaurant just 3 minutes away for easy connivence in the mountains. Very close for food store and gas just 2 minutes away which is great to have so close in the mountains.

This home is part of the Bald Rock Community with access to all Sapphire Valley amenities including Fairfield Lake, Golf, Pools, Tennis & Basketball Courts, Gym, and seasonal Skiing. This unique mountain hideaway is just steps from a private entrance to Panthertown Valley trail-head. A short walk leads to famous waterfalls and trails of the "Yosemite of the East."

The space
The home features classic mountain style with cedar siding, open floor plan, breakfast bar, efficient kitchen, living area with wood stove, big open loft, cathedral wood ceiling, rustic pine floors, ceiling fans, mud/utility room, large attached storage room, first floor master bedroom with full bath and walk-in closet, and stone patio with fire pit. We love relaxing on the spacious wraparound porch or dipping our toes into the cabin-side creek! There are a total of 2 bedrooms plus an additional loft area. The four sofas in the loft can be pulled out into sleeping sofas, but they are not as comfortable as the beds.

Drive the nearby I-26 Scenic highway.

* This is the only interstate section in the state to be selected as a scenic byway. Begins on I-26 at Exit 9 at Mars Hill. As you travel north, there is a scenic overlook offering views of the Blue Ridge Parkway. A second scenic overlook will be on the return route, where the NC Welcome Center is located. The highest point is Sam’s Gap (3,760 feet), where the Appalachian Trail crosses under the highway. Exit at Flag Pond in Tennessee and make a u-turn to return.

The home is very spacious with a great window overlooking a beautiful wooded area and is very private. This is a two bedroom, two bath house with a loft which includes two extra beds.

MASTER BEDROOM: The master bedroom hosts with a very comfortable king bed. The bedroom also has a sizable closet to hang clothes, store suitcases or other travel items. The master bedroom has two large windows, one overlooking the front porch and one looking out over the driveway with views of the wooded areas surrounding the house. There is a chest of drawers as well.

MASTER BATHROOM: The master bathroom has a pocket door that closes off the bathroom from the master bedroom. The bathroom has two sinks with plenty of storage space for toiletries. There's also another closet in the bathroom for more storage of travel items, etc. The standup shower and toilet are separated from the rest of the bathroom and are able to be closed off via another pocket door. The master bathroom was recently renovated and is very clean and modern.

GUEST BEDROOM: The guest bedroom hosts with a comfortable queen bed. The room has two windows overlooking the back patio and into the woods. The room has another window overlooking the back alley way. The guest bedroom has a closet with plenty of room for travel items and also has a chest of drawers for additional storage. There is a TV with Roku and YouTube TV.

GUEST BATHROOM: The guest bathroom was recently renovated and everything is new and clean. There's one sink and a standup shower.

LOFT: The loft in the home has two twin beds and room for a blow up mattress between if extra sleeping arrangements are needed. The loft overlooks the dining and living room and has a great view out of the great window & in to the woods. There is a dresser in the loft that has toys if you happen to be traveling with children. The loft does not close off to the rest of the house and does not have a bathroom.

LIVING ROOM: The living room overlooks a wooded area and has two couches and a recliner. The full couch has a pull out mattress for extra sleeping arrangements. There is a large TV in the room with access to YouTube TV. There are also other apps on the TV you can use if you have subscriptions. There is also a wood burning fireplace.

DINING ROOM: The dining room table seats 8 and it sits just off of the kitchen.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, plates, bowls and more. There is a Smithey Ironware dutch oven for use by guests as well. There is a microwave, electric stove and oven in the kitchen. There is a Keurig coffee maker, and any other kitchen appliances you may need. There is also a full sized refrigerator.

WASHER AND DRYER: There is a washer and dryer just off of the kitchen for use by guests and we keep laundry detergent stocked.

The front porch or back patio are great spaces to enjoy with your company beside the fire pit under the stars.

Amenities include:

- Fairfield Lake: You can rent canoes or kayaks and you can swim in the lake during the proper seasons.
- Recreation Center: Arcade, Indoor and Outdoor Pool, Putt-Putt, Gym and Sauna. Winter activities include skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing. Pickle ball courts are also available.

As guests of The Cozy Cabbage you are able to enjoy access to all the amenities of Sapphire Valley Resort, which includes indoor & outdoor pools, sauna, gym, putt putt, game room, Fairfield Lake & boat dock, outdoor basketball court & more.

To have full access to all the resort grounds there is a fee of $5 a day or $25 per week. The resort will issue you an amenity card which will allow you access to all the amenities at Sapphire Valley Resort.
