You will enjoy this well appointed apartment which is a part of a larger house in which the owners reside. They will be close enough for all your needs but far enough away to respect your privacy. You will have your own private entrance and adjacent covered parking.

The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator and stove as well as granite counters. Both a regular and a Keurig coffee pot are provided. There is also a washer and dryer which is tastefully tucked away in a small closet. The bedroom has a queen sized bed with pillow topped mattress, two bed-side tables with tiffany style lamps and a large double dresser for your clothes. A mirrored door hides a large walk-in closet for additional storage. The living room is furnished comfortably with a couch and leather chair. The electric fireplace can be set with or without heat should you want the ambiance of a fire but do not need the heat. There is a 50 inch plasma TV on which you will have access to satellite television including Showtime and Home Box Office. There is a DVD player and Wi-fi should you bring your own computer.

The owners will secure guest privileges for you which will allow you to use all the resort’s many amenities including 3 swimming pools (2 outdoor, 1 indoor with hot tub and 2 saunas), miniature golf, game room, exercise room, 3 on-site restaurants, and reasonable rates at the golf course.

-The home has the option to buy Sapphire Valley amenities for $5 per day or $25 per week per person. This will give you access to two swimming pools, a hot tub, a sauna, a complete gym, tennis courts, a basketball court, pickleball, miniature golf, and paddle boating and swimming at Fairfield Lake. All just a short drive from the home.
-Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
-The gas grill is not available for guest use.

All the furnishings and appliances appeared new. For a studio it is plenty big enough for a couple to live in comfortably and indefinitely. Easy access. Close to all resort activities and restaurants." - "The location of this studio is very convenient to Cashiers and access to routes for hiking, golf, etc.The host was responsive to request for items while we were there.The studio was not well cleaned and did not have some basic items we have had in other rentals and vacation villas. (lids for skillets, large sauce pan, collander, enough sliverware etc.) The studio needs a good cleaning and updating the information provided in the onsight guest book and amenities provided in the studio. And make sure everything is in good working order (bathroom heater, fan light, bed sheets that fit...) Otherwise it was a convenient place to stay and we made it work, but the owner needs to attend to the studio and perhaps provide updates."
