Comfortable, CLEAN, safe, serene and newly remodeled duplex apartment w/private entrance in Easley - 18 mins to Greenville or Clemson. Stocked for cooking at home. Near hiking, climbing, kayaking, diving, fishing, restaurants, craft breweries, pubs, theatres, museums, hospitals, live music venues, shopping, universities, and churches.

Note: Easley has a train track downtown - a few blocks away.

The space
Private, accessible, well-lit entrance with security camera and lockbox in fenced yard, full private kitchen with amenities for a longer stay, living room, small office, games, front porch and back patio, grill and grilling utensils, comfortable furniture and ample storage, free parking 20' from entrance. Central air/heat w/thermostat control, premium channels, wi-fi, office. Basketball, fire pit, grill, outdoor eating area. Hosts reside in other side of home. Laundry facilities are shared with host. All other indoor space is private. Entrance and rooms are wheelchair/walker accessible, but bathroom entrance door is 28" wide.

Guests have parking, private entrance, 15 x 19 bedroom with sitting area, small private bath with shower/tub and storage space, linens and towels, closet and drawer space, private kitchen with range, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, blender, mixer, pots, pans, utensils, flatware, dinnerware, mixing bowls, coffee, tea, spices, condiments, and olive oil. Living room has television with premium channels, office space (small desk with shelving and storage). Kitchen and living room are open concept 15 x 19 Laundry is located off of hall separating guest apartment and host's residence. There is a patio area near the private guest entrance. Host's dogs require access to fenced backyard, but can use other area at guest's request. Guests have control of central heat and air unit for apartment.
Guests are welcome to come to our residence to look at art or borrow books from our library. We have karaoke mics if you want to sing.
Other things to note
Our dogs (Apples: 6 lb Brussels Griffon, Tippy: 20 lb Boston Terrier, Lassie: 18 lb Terrier mix, and Houdini: 15 lb mound of hair and energy) use the fenced backyard area for playtime and potty breaks, so we ask that guests keep back gate closed and latched. If guest(s) has/have an aversion to dogs, please let us know and we will accommodate that during your stay.

They stocked the fridge with iced tea, breakfast sandwiches, and even some ice cream cups in the freezer. In the kitchen there was fresh fruit and snacks. The property was immaculately clean as well as fully stocked with all the comforts of home.When we had a bad storm, Shannon checked on me, so sweet of her. Their dogs are cute too! If ever in area again I will be staying here for sure. "

This cozy home away from home is a completely private apartment located in the Upstate South Carolina. The private 2 bedroom apartment has its own entrance separated completely from the main home. There is also covered parking available for the guests. Caesars Head and Table Rock are only 20 min away. A lovely golf course is located right around the corner, 4 min. away.
Local residents within one hours drive from the property will not be considered.

Clemson and the other universities are closeby. Also, being near the mountains can provide the outdoor sportsman with much to explore such as hiking and fishing. The privacy of an entire apartment along with covered parking and a separate entrance provide that extra bit of comfort.

The whole apartment includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms as well as a covered parking spot below the apartment. There is a small deck area that is private to the apartment with views of the beautiful sunsets and local and diverse bird population.
Other things to note
After parking under the carport, proceed to the stairs behind the house that will lead to a blue front door where you will enter a code number (will receive on the day of arrival) to unlock the apartment. Sensor lights will turn on at night in the carport and at the steps when you arrive at our place.
