Everything is provided, from toothbrushes, body wash, even dental floss. I loved that you can sit on the side of the dock on little seats in the water, and the stairs into the lake.Life jackets, and the huge mat to lay out on was great! Thank you for sharing your home! We would definitely stay here again. Only complaint i would have is that the 2 beds in the other room were very hard. But other than that we loved it. "

We are so close to the Clemson Tigers Stadium! We are renting our 1300 sqft apartment at my husbands mancave for the Clemson games, student move in, or just a visit. It is a 1 bdrm, 1 bath apartment with a fully stocked kitchen, living room with 75” smart tv, dining room, and washer/dryer. . The bedroom has a king size bed with a tempurpedic mattress. The living room consists of leather recliners and a massage chair which is wonderful and relaxing. We also have a comfy roll away with bedding for extra guests.
Outside has a fire pit with benches and some rocking chairs.
There is internet in the apartment. Only 7 minutes (4 miles) to the stadium. Football weekends are a 2 night min.

The complex is on Lake Hartwell with swim dock access. The community features a pool, clubhouse with fitness center (open 8:30am-11pm), volleyball court, basketball court, outdoor grills and outdoor fire pit.
The condo is freshly painted with new flooring throughout and new vanity and kitchen counters. Located on the 3rd floor (34 steps) with 3 bedrooms, each with their own private full bath. Fully furnished, with fully equipped kitchen. Minutes to Clemson University Campus, new Hartwell Village eating/shopping center, the botanical gardens, restaurants and grocery stores a short drive.

- "Hands down the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Communication was great and check in was very smooth. Unit had everything we needed. We came for college orientation so location was perfect. We did go buy extra fans because we couldn’t get comfortably cool enough to sleep but the humidity may have affected the HVAC. - "What a great stay! This 3 bed/2 bath apartment below the owners home was such a beautiful and comfy place to stay on Lake Keowee. It's brand new and so clean! The King bed I slept in was very comfy and the blackout pull down shades were awesome. Water pressure and included shampoo/conditioner/body wash was great; towels (and the whole place!) smelled so yummy, and I appreciated so much the little labels on the light switches and in kitchen. The homeowners are SO nice and asked me what I would like to drink in the fridge - which they stocked with Coke and Water. Great hospitality and a great location. They even provide a spot for your dog to sleep inside! So cute. Would highly recommend!"

10) All trash must be bagged and placed in the provided waste receptacles. Any trash not bagged and removed after your departure will be billed at $100 per bag.

- "I shared my concerns privately first but have received no response after more than 24 hours. Communication with the property manager has been terrible since almost Day 1. Incorrect 1st payment billed and I had to contact numerous times for correct final balance. I even reached out to VRBO customer service to try to assist me. Property manager approved a noon arrival but I had to reach out numerous times for check in instructions and it was well after noon before they were sent. First night we were locked out and it took nearly an hour to get code reset because lock "mysteriously" malfunctioned. Calls to the number provided goes to some sort of Google number so you have to leave messages and hope someone calls you back. Second night came back after music festival to no AC. Because it was late and it took so long to reach someone the night before, I did not call and we figured we would just leave as early as possible. I asked the property manager for some sort of monetary compensation for the various issues but received no response over 24 hours later. The place is in a convenient location and the space was ideal for 3 couples and it was clean. I could have overlooked the issues we had with the lock and AC if the property manager had simply responded in a timely manner."

- "Fantastic suite with plenty of room. King and queen beds and a large sofa with giant TV. Location was above a small restaurant and walking distance to the various Seneca shops and restaurants. Great find for a long weekend." - "Overall, this property was great! The location was good and convenient for us to get to Clemson. There were good restaurants nearby. The beds were comfortable. The towels were some of the plushest we've ever used. We enjoyed the sitting area for watching TV too. It was decorated very nicely, and the combination of old and new was very cool. Probably the only things to note is that parking is available, but it is street parking and based on availability. We didn't end up having trouble finding a spot either time we returned, but trying to park at dinner time would be hard with the restaurant right there. The other thing is that it is above a restaurant and there is a lot of noise that comes up through the floor. We turned the fan on and that blocked most of the noise and we didn't end up having trouble falling asleep or anything because of it. It certainly didn't have a negative effect on the stay, but it is something to be aware of when booking. We would definitely stay here again, but I have a feeling this cool place is going to book up on "important" Clemson weekends really fast!"
