Lake Keowee Lake Side Retreat! Keowee Cottage is nestled in a lovely cove on a privately owned 20+ acre property. Explore native, natural beauty in this forested setting featuring nature trails, lake access, a sandy shoreline, a firepit, & great views. Shared use of the lakeside Pavilion is an added bonus, you will mostly have it to yourselves but on occasion the owners may be present sharing the space with family and friends.

The cottage features open living, dining, & a well-equipped kitchen. Please note there is no boat dock, however, there is trailer parking on-site & several nearby boat ramps. We are dog-friendly and we are often told the dogs had the time of their lives! Guests are fully responsible for their dogs.

Lake Keowee is a beautiful man-made hydroelectric lake. Water levels can fluctuate a foot up or down at any time. The shoreline is considered public, so the occasional boat or two may be pulled up on the sandbar enjoying the lake.

Please note we have a 14-day maximum stay and if a stay is 7 days or longer, the owner will perform an inventory and restock assessment on the 8th day, which will be arranged with the guest.

Location: GPS will get you close but may tell you the property is not on the lake. Bear in mind the property is 20+ acres and the driveway winds for 1/2 mile down to the lake. Our reviews happily attest to the location.

Outside provides many opportunities to come together with fellow campers or your family and friends. With a large deck beside the camper you can enjoy great conversation with other guest, friends and family. using the grill, griddle or outdoor stove to cook a delicious meal, all provided with the camper. The camper comes with two outdoor rugs, an outdoor love seat and two cushioned chairs with ottomans so you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise or sunset looking over the mountains and a gas firepit to use on those chilly evenings . A small outdoor refrigerator is also included to hold your favorite beverages! Coming soon is a small private deck that will be added to the camper site.
In the campground there is a clubhouse to hang out in, a washroom, a walking trail around the campground, and an extra activity area with a fire pit, some outdoor games and more are currently being added.
Pets are welcomed! Camper comes with many essentials for your fur babies. For cats there is a litter box, mat, cat bed, an outdoor cat tent with runner toys, and food dishes. For dogs, there are some chew toys, food dishes, a walking leash with bathroom pick up bags for disposal.
Camper uses propane gas for heating and has electric air conditioning. It comes with 5 propane tanks already filled for you to use. Campsite has full hookups.

Life jackets are available and required on kayaks, canoe or paddleboards. No lifeguard on duty, renters swim at their own risk. We are so close to the Clemson Tigers Stadium! We are renting our 1300 sqft apartment at my husbands mancave for the Clemson games, student move in, or just a visit. It is a 1 bdrm, 1 bath apartment with a fully stocked kitchen, living room with 75” smart tv, dining room, and washer/dryer. . The bedroom has a king size bed with a tempurpedic mattress. The living room consists of leather recliners and a massage chair which is wonderful and relaxing. We also have a comfy roll away with bedding for extra guests.
Outside has a fire pit with benches and some rocking chairs.
There is internet in the apartment. Only 7 minutes (4 miles) to the stadium. Football weekends are a 2 night min.

The King bed I slept in was very comfy and the blackout pull down shades were awesome. Water pressure and included shampoo/conditioner/body wash was great; towels (and the whole place!) smelled so yummy, and I appreciated so much the little labels on the light switches and in kitchen. The homeowners are SO nice and asked me what I would like to drink in the fridge - which they stocked with Coke and Water. Great hospitality and a great location. They even provide a spot for your dog to sleep inside! So cute. Would highly recommend!"

With only a 6 minute drive to Clemson Memorial Stadium, this home is ideal for Tiger fans! Whether you`re planning a trip to the lake, tailgating for the big game, catching up with friends, or exploring the local hiking trails, this cozy and spacious home is your ideal base.

The entire home is easily accessible for all ages. This home has an open floor plan concept with plenty of space for all guests.

The guests will have access to the entire home aside from any locked closets, as well as the 1.24 acre lot.
