Our slice of heaven is located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains only 8 mins from Table Rock State Park. Our guest house is sitting on 55 wooded acres with a 4 acre pond and amazing awe inspiring panoramic views of Pinnacle and Table Rock Mountain.

Pickens is close to Greenville, Anderson, Clemson University, Bob Jones University, Golfing at The Rock at Table Rock, Lake Keowee, Jocassee State Park, Jones Gap, close to Greenville International Airport. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, and the many trees on the property provide lots of privacy! Duvets are all season down simulated, are encased in an allergy duvet cover, then placed in a decorative duvet cover. All pillows on beds are also encased in allergy cases. The mattress is encased in an allergy barrier with another fitted cotton barrier on top. The number of made beds will correspond with the number of people at the time of booking - for example: married couple, one bed unless a request for two is made. All decorative pillows are down simulated as well. There's an LG TV for streaming, watching DVDs on LG DVD player, or air antenna TV. The backyard is spacious, and provides lots of privacy, while enjoying the fire pit in the yard. Spend a quiet evening relaxing on the deck sipping wine while listening to the sounds of the night, or on the front porch in the morning listening to the birds while enjoying your coffee . From the mattress pad, everything on the bed, both the shower curtain/liner, door mats, blankets, pillows, pen/pencils, fan chains and blades, lamp/switches, info binders and all pages, floors, door jambs and surrounding walls, inside of windows and their locks, and much more, is either washed or sanitized! All living room furniture is wiped down as well as the table and chairs in the kitchen. The return air vent has a HEPA filter, and an organic Thymol fogger is used for the duct system; there are filters in every register which are cleaned between each guest. Everything in the spice pantry is disinfected for the next guest as well as the fridge itself and its contents. The ice bin and tongs are washed between each guest and filled with fresh ice along with fresh ice in each ice tray - THE ICE IS MADE WITH TRIPLE FILTERED WATER! The outsides of snack packages which are in their baskets are wiped along with the basket as we assume THEY HAVE BEEN TOUCHED. If the table has a tablecloth and has been set, everything is clean, and the table was set the day before your arrival; feel free to make full use of them; please do not worry about soiling the tablecloth (if there's one) as it gets washed between guests. We don't just pay attention to the big cleaning stuff; we remember the tiny details as well. We have sets of linen for beds so they may vary from what is shown in pictures. Please note that although the listing says contact-less check in; owners will stop by after your inspection of the property to say hello and make sure you are satisfied with the accommodation. We are only a few doors away....really. Our cabin is located just off scenic highway 11, with a variety of outdoor activities. Near several waterfalls, hiking trails, The Rock golf course and state parks. We are in Mosely Gap of the Blue Ridge mountains.. Hagood Mills is 4.6 miles, check their event calendar. Table Rock Tea company is 7 miles and has free tours of their tea farm. Twin falls waterfall is an easy hike and is 8.6 mile drive. Sassafras mountain is 14 miles. Table Rock state park 6.5 miles. Devils Fork state park 17.8 miles on Lake Jocassee. Lake Keowee is 24.5 miles.
There is area for parking a trailer or boat near cabin. Great area for riding motorcycles and mountain bikes. Easy access to main road. Ingles grocery store is 6.7 miles, downtown Pickens and restaurants within 7 miles, gas station within 2 miles.

You will have a beautiful view of the golf course and mountains. This is a great place for a “get-away-from-it-all” vacation, a Golfing Getaway with family or friends or hosting a wedding or family reunion! Condo limited to 6 guests MAXIMUM including children & infants.

All of our Townhome Style Condos are located on "The Rock" golf course. They are all 2 BR, 2 1/2 baths with linens provided for 6 persons. Both bedrooms are upstairs and there is a pull-out sleeper sofa on the main level. Master bedroom has one queen bed, and the guest bedroom has two twin beds. All condos have a deck to enjoy the Golf Course and Mountain views. All condos are equipped with all major appliances, automatic drip coffee makers, toaster/toaster oven, microwave and dishware for 6 persons. Large screen TV & DVD player in Living area and smaller TV in Master. They all have wood burning fireplaces and wood can be purchased at local stores in the area.

We are not a hotel so there is no daily cleaning service. However, we do provide your first pot of coffee and initial supply of dish detergent, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner, and trash bags. Grocery items for your stay are available at local in town stores.

We also have numerous state parks in our area. We provide a State Park Pass to use during your stay. Table Rock State Park offers seasonal swimming area for your enjoyment. You can also enjoy boating or swimming at Lake Jocassee and Lake Keowee just minutes from the resort. The Park Pass must be picked up during office hours at the Resort Office. We do not offer on-site Boat Parking at the Resort Office.

We have a limited number of DVD's, lawn & board games, card games and puzzles available for check-out at the Resort Office during your stay.
We must know in advance if you will arrive after 4 pm so we can arrange to have your key code package available at our check in box located at our office. All of our condos have steps and are not handicap accessible.

Sparrow Hawk is perfect for two but can accommodate up to four adults and two children. A long gravel drive through the trees will take you up to the top of the hill. Inside, there is a main level bedroom with double bed and open walkway into the living room and kitchen area. The living room has two pull out sofa loungers which can each sleep one small adult or child. The kitchen is fully equipped with a small stainless steel stove, hood, microwave, and refrigerator. The kitchen also features a large stainless steel sink, beautiful butcher block countertops, plenty of cabinets and shelves, and a coffee bar! The main level also has a full bathroom with walk-in shower and laundry. The second bedroom is a cozy open sleeping loft with a double bed. The loft does have a very low ceiling. Every room of this home offers a view of the mountains!

Outside is a spacious deck which offers amazing views, dining and lounging areas, and a gas grill. Outside you will also find a large fire pit area overlooking the view, complete with comfy Adirondack chairs. Have fun with a selection of indoor and outdoor games including disc golf and horseshoes at no extra charge!

With Sparrow Hawk being one of only two homes on the ridge, it is a perfect peaceful getaway surrounded by nature, with the convenience of being close to town and the mountains.

Spotted Deer is a park model cabin that can accommodate up to six guests. A long gravel drive through the trees will take you up to the top of the hill and dead end at your cabin. Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel stove, microwave, refrigerator, beautiful granite countertops, breakfast bar, coffee maker, small appliances, dishes and more. The living room has a fold down sofa bed, end tables, swivel chairs, extra linens, smart TV and a beautiful view of the mountains! There is a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. The hallway has a washer and dryer for your convenience. The main level bedroom features a King bed, dresser, and another smart TV. The second bedroom is an open sleeping loft with a double bed and a twin bed! The loft does have low ceilings.

Outside the covered porch and viewing deck feature amazing views, outdoor dining/seating areas, and a gas grill. There is also a large fire pit area overlooking the view, complete with comfy Adirondack chairs. The hot/cold outdoor soaking tub is the perfect spot to cool off or heat up while taking in the serene views. We will be back next year to attend a wedding at Pretty Place and plan to book all three of the owners rentals for friends and family!"
