This airy, comfortable house has so much to enjoy. The grounds are beautiful, with a wooded backyard and big deck for outdoor dining. Play pool, foosball, arcade games, or badminton. It is beautiful and peaceful at The Artist Haven. We love all animals and have been feeding the deer that come onto the property. We also set food out for a sweet little black and white cat named Bonnie (she's a "no-touch-me kitty"). If you love animals too, would you give them the food we have supplied? If you are lucky, you may even see our "pet" groundhog, Garry.

- "My stay was simply Won-Der-Ful! I traveled with two of my children and they both loved the house. This was very surprising, because normally if one likes it the other does not. They enjoyed the connection to the internet. I was able to travel with my desktop computer, which I set up in the office area located in the laundry room. Speaking of The laundry room; it provided all the necessary means to do laundry from detergent to fabric softener. The washer and dryer were top-of-the-line machines. The kitchen was amazing, as well as each bathroom. In each bathroom was an air vent that had a Bluetooth connection, so I could listen to my favorite music while in the bathroom. The house was located just minutes from the major highway (I-85 North and South). Overall on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best, our stay was a 10!!"

THE SPACE
This is a newer home at the end of a cul de sac. Everything is updated from the kitchen to the closets and there are lots of windows which make the place bright and airy. With 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 8 beds, everyone in your group will get the space and privacy they want for the price you want. The Master Suite has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and private full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and walk-in closet. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a regular closet. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway. In addition, there are four roll-away beds for extra guests. This home is great for individuals, families, or groups. Children are welcome, but please note the home is not child-proofed and I do not have any baby/toddler supplies or furniture.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests can access everything, including a fully equipped kitchen and the washer and dryer. Please, clean what you use (dishes, stovetop, spills, etc.) and return everything to its place (games, remotes, keys, etc.)

You can fit cars in the driveway. You can drive to downtown within 5 minutes and find free or paid parking downtown. Greenville is a very walkable and bike-able city!

Come and stay south of the city in a semi-rural area with a large fenced yard. Only 18 minutes into downtown Greenville where you'll find loads of good restaurants, good music, and shopping. This fully-equipped cottage is named for the lady who built the house with her husband in the 1940's, and my mother-in-law's neighbor & friend for many, many years. We added the deck on the back to enjoy the outdoors - there's a firepit and a gas grill for your use also. Two bedrooms, each with queen beds and one bathroom that has a tub/shower and a heated towel warmer. There's a dedicated office area off of the eat-in kitchen, a laundry closet and plenty of counter space. Lots of mature trees on the property, and a there's a pond right across the road where you can see the occasional heron or ducks & geese. You will love the quietness of the "country" while being close to all that the city of Greenville has to offer.
