Made with couples and single guests in mind... Located in the Blue Ridge Mountains only 8 miles from the heart of Brevard is our private studio retreat. Outside city limits, the rural setting brings peace and relaxation. At an elevation of approximately 2,500 feet, our secluded home overlooks the wooded hillside.

Your private entrance opens to a large, well-lit room. The queen bed, living area and kitchenette make up the studio. Above the fireplace set in fieldstone is a flat screen HDTV that can be pulled out and turned to face whichever part of the room you are seated. The Kitchenette includes Refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, Air Fryer Grill/bake (we do not have a standard oven), Nuwave hot plate, drip coffee maker, blender and kitchen accessories (cookware, plates, glasses, mugs...) are supplied in cabinets and pantry. The pantry provides extra storage as well as an area for the free standing garment rack. An iron, ironing board and other necessities are included for your convenience. Note: Fireplace is electric. No need for wood indoors. Also note, a queen air mattress is available upon request.

The studio is designed for two people with short visits in mind. Maximum stay: 7 nights.

Entry to the studio is accessible via a walkway which runs along the back of the house and is covered by our second story deck. The first part of this walkway has storage against the building for home supplies. Outside your private area, there is a picnic table and seating area with a view of the hillside and forest. There are three steps that lead to your private entrance. It is not wheelchair accessible.

Starlink fast speed WiFi Streaming services include YouTubeTV, Stars, Prime, Paramount +, Peacock and Roku.

Relax around the firepit overlooking the hillside. Please bring locally purchased firewood if you wish to have a fire. An attachment for grilling is available. We also have a small charcoal grill just right for two available upon request. Bring charcoal if that’s your preference.

We are pet-friendly… “dog” friendly. Our PET FEE is $25 PER DOG PER STAY. Sorry, no cats or puppies. Two small dogs or one large dog.

We have a social dog who enjoys playing with other dogs and is usually off-leash. Charlie will most-likely be the first to greet you. Our yard is not fenced.

Our road is part gravel and part paved.

Note: Our water is better than bottled. The well water is treated with a high end filtration system. Feel free to drink from the sink! Also, we are on-site, so if there’s anything you need during your stay, just ask!

- "This may be a studio apt, but it functioned and felt like a three room vacation condo, with your own private balcony. Good set up, privacy, excellent functionality, nice hot shower and roomy bathroom, and great sleeping bed. The "living" room is an absolute eye draw with it's beautiful stone fireplace. The scenery to the apt is peaceful and serene, and a pleasure to take in (once you figure the easiest route in...spouse and I are navigationally challenged). Lists, and maps, and a book of notes were great tools for planning our activities. Appropriately themed arts and crafts and mountain decor keep the mountain getaway feel going. Didnt get to see a bear or white squirrel, but the opportunity is there ! Enjoyable !!"

The Large beautiful suite that is bright with modern decor and great local art. This suite is totally private and separate that encompasses the lower level of a ranch style home. It has a separate key-less entrance, driveway and patio with fire pit. Large yard with old oak trees and mountain views with an easy walk to downtown. Newly remodeled with large king bedroom and large living room with 55 inch TV. *Please note this is a suite and does not have a kitchen but does have a 4.7 cubic ft refrigerator and Keurig K-cup coffee maker.

Secluded property at 3200 ft elevation. Located 10 miles from Caesar’s Head and 10 miles Brevard. Close to many hiking trails, waterfalls and shopping excursions. A great place for hikers, mountain bikers.

Every day brings a different and beautiful view of the Blue Ridge Mountains of NC to the North. Come rain, shine, sleet or snow, it is heaven on "Bow Mountain". Lots of good hiking choices. Close by: Reece Place Falls. It's only 3/4 mile from the cabin as the crow flies (2.5 miles by car down East Fork plus the mile hike). A really beautiful fall with low traffic.

This is the "Lower level Studio apartment" , it is under Brevard Bike House which is larger and also available for rent. The studio boasts a full kitchen, full bathroom, washer and dryer. Access to private bike track and outdoor fire pit. Walkable to downtown Brevard, The Music Center, The Lumberyard District, and the Bracken Mountain Trail! though all available soundproofing technology was used sometimes you can hear light foot steps above. also the tankless water heater/dehumidifier makes a little noise too. jtlyk lol

- "Stayed downstairs.....perfect for just me....and maybe a "friend". Excellent location close to UpCountry Brewery, Squatch Bikes, and 185 (live music). More excellent is the owner (Ryan)...great guy who enjoys a good pint. The place was immaculate and the kitchen was great for making meals. The fridge holds more than 2 cases of beer just on the door shelves....so it's perfect for Mountain Bikers. The grill made every return from the trails tasty. Thank you Ryan for an amazing Christmas vaycay!!!!! Cheers."

This spacious tiny home has all you need for your next stay in Brevard. Convenient and close to downtown but without the streetlights and noise, you will feel like you are camping in the woods. With a full bathroom, 1 queen bed on the main floor and 1 full bed in the loft you will have all the space you need to relax after your next adventure in the surrounding area. 10 minutes to Pisgah National Forest and 15 minutes to DuPont State Forest.
