Our Airbnb is bright, remodeled and is professionally designed and decorated with antiques from Village Antiques in mid-century modern and Japanese styles. We paid extra special attention to our bed, since we personally really value staying in places with comfortable mattresses. We hope that you enjoy it on our patio with city and mountain views.

Our Airbnb is on Haywood Rd, on the east side, between the River Arts District and central West Asheville. Some people call it "East West Asheville" because it is the east side of west Asheville.

The West Nest is conveniently located and is bikeable to downtown Asheville, walkable to the River Arts District, and of course, it is walkable to everything in West Asheville. Our apartment is on the bus line, so if you want to get around without a car, you've found the right spot!

Other Things to Note:
We are in the center of West Asheville. We think our space is perfect for those who want an urban experience, but not for those travelers looking for a quiet getaway. There is a lumber yard next door (not active at night) and traffic on Haywood Road. It is not loud in the apartment, and not different than any city apartment, but it is not the silent mountain retreat either, so we hope that our guests are looking for a place where they are in the heart of it all.

If you are up for making new friends you can cruise up river along the river path and make friends in any of the other 4 units or some of the tent ca pers at the south end of the grounds. Capture the beauty of the mountains and our quaint little town that is less than a mile away. My place is close to town yet very private.

The space
This is an apartment in the lower level of my home with 7 steps going down to your own private entrance and parking. It is very spacious and equipped with a coffee pot, 2 nuwave convection cooktops, toaster oven, hot air popper, toaster, microwave and mini fridge. Although it is not a “full kitchen” you can easily make a meal with what is available. Outside you will find a fire pit, outside seating, deck and shared front porch with beautiful views. I also will consider a dog. A $50 pet fee will be added through Airbnb. Dog must be well behaved, up to date on vaccinations and leashed while outside.

Guest access
Feel free to sit on the decks or front porch to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Rocking chairs and tables and chairs are abundant. Also have giant Jenga and corn hole.

A dog is considered with these stipulations: up to date on vaccinations, house broken, leashed while outside on premises. Also there is a $75 pet fee paid through Airbnb.
I do not allow smoking or vaping indoors. No parties or boisterous behavior are allowed.

Welcome to Asheville! Enjoy our quiet guest suite in west Asheville. The suite includes a private entrance, queen bed, smart tv and wifi, mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker, a spacious renovated bathroom, and off-street parking. And we have brand new solar panels to offset your carbon impact! A 16-inch twin air mattress and bedding is available upon request. We are located a short drive or Lyft/Uber ride from West Asheville, the River Arts District and downtown Asheville.

Guest access
Parking for up two vehicles is available in the driveway. A bus stop is located at the end of the street. The door code will be sent to you the day before. If you have any trouble with the lock make sure the door is pushed closed firmly to the left.

This cozy loft apartment feels as though your living in a tree house. Large elevated deck is set amongst magnificent pines & white oaks. This location is perfect for walking/biking in the neighborhood, Farmers Market or Downtown AVL. Extremely convenient to UNCA, Mission Hospital, Reems Creek Greenway, Montford Park, Nine Mile & All Day Darling. Stylishly furnished, central A/C & washer/dryer.

Parking for one car in the driveway & 1 pet is negotiable. I'm sorry no dogs.

The space is a warm and cozy modern apartment with an access deck overlooking a serene wooded area frequented by bears, groundhogs, foxes, turkeys, and who knows what other wildlings. We are fewer than five minutes from just about everything including Biltmore Village and downtown Asheville. Inside you find a beautiful and inviting queen bed, spacious bathroom, and plenty of natural light. There is a long descending pathway with stone steps--please see the pictures in our profile.

The space
Conveniently located close to all of Asheville's attractions yet tucked away in a quiet, wooded neighborhood. The apartment is below our home but has its own private entrance. It is stocked with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, glasses, dishes, and silverware. We also offer filtered water, award-winning locally roasted Mountain Air coffee, and snack bars. We provide a TV with Google Chromecast to connect to all your favorite streaming apps. It's the perfect retreat after a fun day exploring Asheville.

Other things to note
We keep an immaculately clean, hypoallergenic space and do not allow pets under any circumstances. Please do not ask us to make an exception. Thank you for understanding 😁

The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean.

The space
The Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage with a private entrance/carport right outside the front door. It offers a comfortable queen bed, futon on a sun porch (off of bedroom), rollaway cot (upon request), couch and loveseat in the living room. Full bathroom (shower only), full kitchen, outside sun porch with porch swing. Please note the lower level of the cottage makes up our second Airbnb unit, the Hilltop Den. Both units are private and completely independent of each other with their own entrances and parking areas.

Guest access
We have a half mile country gravel driveway that leads you right to the carport and private entrance. Feel free to enjoy walking the trail around the property (let us know if you're interested and we'll show you to the trail). There is a beautiful sunset every evening in the front of the house, weather permitting.

Please know we have 2 dogs and one cat that often roam freely on our property. While our dogs are friendly towards people, they’re not towards other pets. If they are a nuisance, or are of concern, please let us know in advance and we'll be sure they're leashed or supervised.

Other things to note
We have a long, steep gravel driveway however, AWD is not necessary unless we've had snow. On those occasions, we do have a plow and will make every effort to make access convenient for you. We've been known to porter guests up and down the mountain :-)

During the summer months, yard maintenance takes a fair amount of our time. We'll make every effort to be mindful of your stay and keep the noise to a minimum.

Wildlife is frequently noted on our property. Turkeys, ground hogs, deer and the occasional bear may make an appearance.

Studio B. Be happy! Be comfortable! Quiet, peaceful, updated studio space within walking distance to Warren Wilson College. Conveniently located between Asheville and Black Mountain. Close to Blue Ridge Parkway (5 miles), downtown Asheville (10 miles), the town of Black Mountain (8 miles), as well as many other wonderful western NC attractions.

Other things to note
Studio B does not have a TV, but does have a strong Wifi signal. Kitchenette does not have a stove, but does have a microwave, toaster oven, full sized refrigerator, coffee pot, French press, coffee grinder, and an electric tea kettle. We happily provide you with coffee, sugar, creamer, an assortment of tea, various flavors of oatmeal packets, and some breakfast/ snack bars.
