Situated on 5.5 acres right off I-40, you will feel like you are deep in the woods but with the convenience of getting to Asheville within 15 minutes, TN is less than an hours drive and 1 hour 45 to Knoxville, with Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge in between. Hike in DuPont State Forest less than an hour away or go to the Blue Ridge Parkway to see the most amazing views in WNC. Pisgah National Forest and the Smokies are nearby as well. Make sure to visit the Biltmore Estate and Harrah's Casino. Asheville has some great breweries and wineries as well. Feed and play with goats on property! Hope you like dogs because there are several that live on the property. The campsite is nestled out back and is almost entirely in the shade. Have yourself a campfire after a long day of hiking or shopping.

Located in Zirconia, this campground is a dream. They are 2 camp spots available one overlooks the pond and the other is below a small waterfall. Both camp sites are close enough to a small stream. The waterfall camp site is 400 feet off the road. Both sites does not have any potable water, power or toilets.

Turn left to enjoy shopping and restaurants within 10 minutes at Brevard, or turn right out of the campground and be in Historic Downtown Hendersonville, with unique shops and restaurants from $ to $$$!

We closed that and our dogs were able to hang out with us off leash in that area. We loved our stay! A couple notes: Verizon cell service doesn’t work at all. Make sure you have all the information pulled up before you lose service driving in. We were told AT&T works there. The shared WiFi in the campground is weak and wasn’t strong enough to run things like TV streaming. We travel with our own WiFi, but sadly it is Verizon. Dog park doesn’t have bags for pick up so bring your own. "

Enjoy the peace and security of a cozy and familiar space, protected from the outside environment; like chicks gathered under a hen's wings. Settle easily into our totally revamped, recycled and repurposed chicken house! Sway slightly as you lie back in two, single-person hammocks from Eagle's Nest Outfitters....soooo comfy and airy....an easy short flight to dreamland.
Wake in the morning to the sounds of the creek running just below and the farm animals across the way. Stretch your wings and turn up the fire on the Coleman X-Cursion grill with its "swaptop" features to heat water for that first cup of coffee (prepared with Aeropress coffee press). Set your tail-feathers down and enjoy the start of another Southern Blue Ridge Mountain morning, unbothered in the screened-in "patio" area. Go ahead, you can preen a little! You made a great choice! Our nest is your nest!
You can also enjoy the picnic table and fire ring right outside the door! We have done all we could think of to give you the camping amenities you asked for, while giving you the comfort of a protected space. Check the pics, although I'm afraid they don't do justice to the space! No electric, no wifi, no running water, but lit by battery-powered LED. Also super-close to clean, sanitized "outhouse" (porta-jon) and a short walk to the brand new on-demand hot water shower room located near pump house. This is a drive-up site. 2 person maximum occupancy.
Our favorite easy-in and easy-out campsite has undergone MAJOR renovation! Located just 3 miles from the most-visited State Forest in the United States....Dupont State Forest! Here you will find miles of beautiful hiking, horseback and mountain biking trails, with a gorgeous waterfall around every bend! Go the other direction from the campground and in less than ten minutes be at the entrance to Pisgah National Forest with more breathtaking gifts! A short drive brings you to Brevard, N.C. or to Historic Downtown Hendersonville, N.C with unique shops and a great variety of first-class restaurants!

Sleep under the star-filled sky in the glamorous Stargazer Lotus Belle Tent. Our space is designed with a clear roof so you can observe the moon, stars, and occasional lightning bug, all while resting in a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress and luxurious bedding.

The glampsite consists of a large deck housing the lotus belle tent (13 feet in diameter), an outhouse with composting toilet (just steps away from the tent, directions in check-in info), an open-air shower stall with hot water (hello, stars!), a sink, and small covered seating area. You will not have to leave the deck to access the outhouse or outdoor shower.

Inside the tent is a queen size bed with a very comfortable memory foam mattress with luxurious bedding and extra blankets and pillows if needed, a mini fridge with a bottle opener, and butcher block kitchen area with a coffee pot. We also included a telescope because on cloudless nights, our open field is the most romantic place for stargazing! Additionally, there are 2 headlamps included for your use. The tent is not air conditioned. It has an umbrella feature on the inside which can be manually put up if shade is desired. We do provide a fan to aid the air circulation, however in the hot days of summer, the tent is quite warm at mid-day. We do provide hammocks for cooler mid-day naps, if needed. There are also extra blankets available.

Adjacent to the deck area, we have created a cozy camp fire area surrounded by retro lighting, covered in gravel to minimize your contact with the dirt. You will find a remote control attached with Velcro to the bedside table so that the outside lights can be controlled from inside the tent. We’ve found that on the dimmest setting, it gives just enough light to find the bathroom, even on the darkest nights. There is a propane grill available for your use with utensils provided. You will find a supply of firewood stacked between two trees in the far corner of the campsite area. Additionally, we have supplied two double hammocks at the edge of the woods.

Note: this is a rustic stay and you will likely encounter ticks and other wildlife.

Summary:

The Space:
Your private, elevated tent site, includes a waterproof, safari, white duck tent. The tent has four windows and a wood burning stove for those cold nights. It has a queen bed, mattress, and fresh linens.

No more ‘hikers midnight!’ Stay up past sunset with the light from the solar chandelier hanging from the 8ft ceilings.

Leave the ramen at home and whip up a gourmet meal in the outdoor prep space complete with propane cooktop stove, utensils, and cooler for perishables items.

Additional guests or kids are welcome to join with ‘permission.’

You will be completely secluded within your own private site; you may access the creek, the trials and shared property with horses and other renters.

There is a private, bathroom shed. The toilet is a brand new, upscaled (emptied between every stay) portable potty.

Interaction with Guests:
Our gravel road takes you to our footbridge that you will use to cross the creek. From here, it is about 150 ft. to the glamping site. We provide a wagon to cart luggage and food to site. Outdoor shoes suggested.

Spacious campsite next to Cold Spring Branch. Park in the upper lot and follow the trail with your gear in our wagon to creek and campsite. The locust log steps take you down to the picnic table and fire ring and the tent pads are cozied up next to the creek. There are at least two tent pad areas and lots of shade.Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail with the rhododendron bushes overhanging your seat next to the creek. Bike our purpose built mountain bike trails, hike to the waterfall, road bike world class loops from the property, or venture to Rock Creek and Kanuga bike parks, Dupont State Forest or the quaint friendly towns of Saluda, Flat Rock and Hendersonville.

An off grid campground on Ashely’s Rad Barn Hemp CO farm. Set it n the beautiful Smokey mountains. Nestled in a valley of Mnt. Pisgah in Pisgah National forest, we are located in Candler,NC. 20 minutes from down town Asheville & 5 minutes from the blue ridge parkway. 9 water falls within 10 miles. We offer primitive campsites, with the exception of Porta potty‘s and Wi-Fi. There are currently 6 sites along the creek and 2 in the field adjacent to the hemp greenhouses. Each site has a fire pit and everyone has access to the swimming holes and creek. There are 4 dogs on the property. One Doberman, one lab, a chihuahua, and a Yorkie mix. Please be sure dogs are friendly with people, children, and other dogs. There are not lights on the property besides a string of lights near the port a potties.

These safari tents are perfect for a romantic or adventurous getaway with a Queen bed in each tent, a fire pit, and a cooler. The bathhouse is within close walking distance for your comfort. You can escape city life, completely disconnect and enjoy the nature of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Green River Gamelands around you.

Located within Wilderness Cove Campground directly off Green River Cove Road in Saluda, North Carolina. Our friendly onsite staff will welcome you to the site and provide you with a check-in packet to gain access. If you're arriving late, please message us in advance so we can make arrangements to leave a late arrival check-in packet for you.

*The Getaway spot has a beautiful private garden area with a shade tree & fire-pit. This spot has partial hookups; 30 amp electric & water (we have a dump out). Can accommodate rigs up to 35’ w/ slides.

Dolly is a 1968 retro camper trailer that has been restored to meet the needs of our visiting guests. Located close to Asheville, Hendersonville, Brevard (home to waterfalls and mountain bike trails), the Asheville airport, Biltmore Estate and all the best breweries, restaurants and shops that WNC has to offer!

The space
Dolly may be tiny, but she has a lot to offer! One double bed comfortably sleeps two adults. The dinette also transforms into a small double bed (suitable a small child).

The kitchenette offers coffee and tea essentials, breakfast items, a large mini-fridge (with freezer) and a toaster oven. The original oven has been kept intact for the beauty it adds but it is not for guest use. There is a sink for rinsing dishes or brushing teeth (drinking water is provided).

The outside patio is perfect for sharing a glass of wine or drinking your morning coffee.

The camper is parked next to our house but stills provides plenty of privacy in this quiet, wooded neighborhood.

Guest access
Access to the laundry room and full bathroom is through the mud room door of the main house. This area will be locked off from our personal living areas, for the duration of your stay, for your privacy as well as ours.

Other things to note
You will likely see our super-friendly kitties while you enjoy your coffee on the little patio beside the camper. Please do not allow them into the camper so that we may maintain an allergen free space.

Keep in mind that there is no TV.
Dolly has all the benefits of camping - peaceful and cozy, sounds of nature, basic essentials - but with the added benefits of a cozy bed, full bath and laundry (without having to haul a bunch of gear!)

Annabelle is a 31' 1969 renovated Land Yacht Airstream nestled in a private, wooded nook on our 7 acre farmstead. Our property is bordered by two beautiful creeks with multiple access points to enjoy. Have a soak in the hot tub and enjoy the fire pit.

The space
Amenities include a queen size bed, quality linens & towels, fridge, microwave, air conditioning, desk space for working remotely, large fireplace inside, gas fire pit outside, hot tub, large deck for outside chillin', and picnic table. There's also a second private wooded nook area just for guests with a hammock and bench for creek-viewing.

Oh! Did we mention? There's no cleaning fee.

15 minutes to Downtown Asheville, New Belgium Brewery, Zen Tubing, the NC Arboretum, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and the Asheville Outlets. Less than 10 minutes to Wicked Weed West Taproom.

Other things to note
Annabelle is a camper and as such, certain spaces can feel a little tight - in particular the bathroom. While newly and beautifully renovated, the actual dimensions of the bathroom space are limited and unfortunately, might not be able to accommodate everyone's needs. While Annabelle offers lots of new amenities and comforts, the Airstream experience is not for everyone.

We are animal lovers, and we recognize that not all dogs make the best farm dogs. For this reason and for the safety of our animals, we are not able to accommodate four-legged guests.
