A beautiful view moments from downtown Bryson City. Enjoy the fire pit, charcoal grill, deck and patio area in between your adventures! Unit A ( the upstairs ) is my office M-F 11am - 3pm but is rarely utilized during a guest's stay. There is no shared spaces and there is no access from unit A to Unit B or visa versa. The entry to the rental space has it's own private and secure entrance.

Small Apartment located within 1 Mile of the town of Bryson City and its a little over 1 mile from the Deep Creek / GSMNP area. The local Rec Park is a short walk away. The Rec Park has a pool, large playground, walking trails, and ball fields.
The small apt. sleeps 3 people. The small bedroom has a full bed and there is a daybed with a trundle bed in the living room. Has full kitchen and 1 Bathroom with a Shower.
Apartment has a ROKU TV for streaming and good Wi-Fi. Cell service is great at the place.

Our location is convenient to everything. The train depot & Bryson City is less than a mile and the Nat Park is 1 mile. Apt is 100% private & 1200 sqft.
Apt sleeps 6. Apt has 2 Bedrooms one with a King Bed, one with a full bed, and there is a twin daybed w/twin trundle bed below in the Living Room. 2 Full Baths. One bathroom has a jacuzzi tub that has been converted to a shower and the other has shower/tub combo. Apt has a washer/dryer, full kitchen, basic cooking utensils, and dishwasher.
Apt. has 2 private "covered" parking spaces under a metal carport and an additional uncovered space if needed.
Completely private, with 2-3 parking spaces. Private Back Deck and access to large flat yard and front porch with rocking chairs. Perfect location on Deep Creek where if you turn right out of the driveway the National Park with tubing and waterfalls is roughly a mile and if you turn left the the train depot and town of Bryson City is less than a mile. Additionally, the local rec center with a pool, playground, and walking trails is a couple hundred yards away.

Pet Policy
We must know in advance if you are bringing a pet. This cabin is pet friendly with a $100 non-refundable fee for up to 2 pets. Dogs only! We allow more than two pets only on a case-by-case basis. By bringing a pet, you agree to the terms of our complete Pet Agreement, which provides very specific rules for pets including: no pets on furniture (including beds and sofas), unattended pets in the cabin must be crated, and many other strict requirements. If we find evidence of pets on furniture, you will be charged $100. If we find evidence of pets damaging the property, including using the bathroom in unit, you will be charged $200. The Pet Agreement also provides that pets brought without advance notice will be charged $250 plus the normal pet fee. Pets brought to cabins that do NOT allow pets can result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of remaining paid stay.
Important Notice: Road Conditions in the Smoky Mountains
Please be aware that road conditions in the Smoky Mountains can be unpredictable and may change rapidly due to weather. Our cabin’s roads & driveways are either pavement or gravel or both. Depending on the season, you may experience road conditions such as heavy rain washouts, snow, sleet, roads covered in leaves, etc. We highly recommend using a 4WD vehicle to ensure safe travel to your cabin, especially during winter months or inclement weather. We also strongly recommend traveling in a vehicle with higher ground clearance to navigate the terrain more easily. Low clearance vehicles will not be able to access certain cabin roads including The Watershed Resort.

The location of our Flat allows you to walk to all that downtown Bryson City has to offer. If you bring your bikes an array of mountain and road biking opportunities abound right from your doorstep.

1. The home is on a property with our long term rental buildings, and has a well managed trailer park and the First Baptist Church of Bryson City as neighbors.
2. The house has a full kitchen and almost everything you would need to prepare any meal. However, the kitchen is not stocked with condiments or supplies with the exception of a few spices and salt and pepper.
3. No pets are allowed in this dwelling.

- "These cabins are just a short drive from NOC and other white-water kayak and rafting companies, which we really appreciated after a long day on the river. Our cabin had an open floor plan. It met all of our basic needs, we were comfortable, and it had a nice deck and hot tub to enjoy at the end of the day. You do need to drive up a gravel road to get to them, but it doesn't require AWD or 4WD. I will stay here again." - "One word to sum up this get away weekend for my boyfriend and I is: PERFECTION."
