A beautiful view moments from downtown Bryson City. Enjoy the fire pit, charcoal grill, deck and patio area in between your adventures! Unit A ( the upstairs ) is my office M-F 11am - 3pm but is rarely utilized during a guest's stay. There is no shared spaces and there is no access from unit A to Unit B or visa versa. The entry to the rental space has it's own private and secure entrance.

Our location is convenient to everything. The train depot & Bryson City is less than a mile and the Nat Park is 1 mile. Apt is 100% private & 1200 sqft.

Apt sleeps 6. Apt has 2 Bedrooms one with a King Bed, one with a full bed, and there is a twin daybed w/twin trundle bed below in the Living Room. 2 Full Baths. One bathroom has a jacuzzi tub that has been converted to a shower and the other has shower/tub combo. Apt has a washer/dryer, full kitchen, basic cooking utensils, and dishwasher.

Apt. has 2 private "covered" parking spaces under a metal carport and an additional uncovered space if needed.

Completely private, with 2-3 parking spaces. Private Back Deck and access to large flat yard and front porch with rocking chairs. Perfect location on Deep Creek where if you turn right out of the driveway the National Park with tubing and waterfalls is roughly a mile and if you turn left the the train depot and town of Bryson City is less than a mile. Additionally, the local rec center with a pool, playground, and walking trails is a couple hundred yards away.

Pet Policy
We must know in advance if you are bringing a pet. This cabin is pet friendly with a $100 non-refundable fee for up to 2 pets. Dogs only! We allow more than two pets only on a case-by-case basis. By bringing a pet, you agree to the terms of our complete Pet Agreement, which provides very specific rules for pets including: no pets on furniture (including beds and sofas), unattended pets in the cabin must be crated, and many other strict requirements. If we find evidence of pets on furniture, you will be charged $100. If we find evidence of pets damaging the property, including using the bathroom in unit, you will be charged $200. The Pet Agreement also provides that pets brought without advance notice will be charged $250 plus the normal pet fee. Pets brought to cabins that do NOT allow pets can result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of remaining paid stay.
Important Notice: Road Conditions in the Smoky Mountains
Please be aware that road conditions in the Smoky Mountains can be unpredictable and may change rapidly due to weather. Our cabin’s roads & driveways are either pavement or gravel or both. Depending on the season, you may experience road conditions such as heavy rain washouts, snow, sleet, roads covered in leaves, etc. We highly recommend using a 4WD vehicle to ensure safe travel to your cabin, especially during winter months or inclement weather. We also strongly recommend traveling in a vehicle with higher ground clearance to navigate the terrain more easily. Low clearance vehicles will not be able to access certain cabin roads including The Watershed Resort.

Water Conservation Policy
To ensure the sustainability of our beautiful mountain environment, we kindly ask all guests to use water mindfully during their stay. Please limit shower times, turn off the tap while brushing your teeth, and report any leaks immediately. We also encourage the reuse of towels and linens to reduce water consumption. These small actions help preserve our natural resources and keep the mountains pristine for future visitors.

The location of our Flat allows you to walk to all that downtown Bryson City has to offer. If you bring your bikes an array of mountain and road biking opportunities abound right from your doorstep.

1. The home is on a property with our long term rental buildings, and has a well managed trailer park and the First Baptist Church of Bryson City as neighbors.
2. The house has a full kitchen and almost everything you would need to prepare any meal. However, the kitchen is not stocked with condiments or supplies with the exception of a few spices and salt and pepper.
3. No pets are allowed in this dwelling.

The 2 units can be combined together when rented by the same party, and with advance notice, we will open up the adjoining room feature for you. Unit B has a full kitchen with stainless appliances and a coffee maker and microwave oven. You can prepare your own meals here, but why would you? Mountain Perks Coffee Shop, High Test Sandwich shop, the Everett Bistro, and Pasqualino's Italian restaurant are all just a short walk away. The living room has a comfy sleeper-sofa and high-def TV serviced by DirecTV with plenty of channels, including premiums. A full bathroom includes hotel amenities and plush towels. The beds are super comfy with all cotton linens and high-quality pillows. The verandah porch is shared with Unit A, and there is one assigned parking space for each unit just behind the building.

The apartment was the perfect size for the two of us and was in a great location within walking distance to a variety or restaurants, bars and shops in Bryson City. Bryson City is a short drive to other towns that we enjoyed visiting as well as great outdoor activities. The only downside to the apartment was the lack of storage in the kitchen. We chose to eat breakfast at the apartment as well as having some snacks. There isn’t anywhere to store food items except for the refrigerator as all of the cabinets are full and the pantry cabinet is locked. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and the staff at Watershed Cabin Rentals was great at communicating with us."

Pet Policy
We must know in advance if you are bringing a pet. This cabin is pet friendly with a $100 non-refundable fee for up to 2 pets. Dogs only! We allow more than two pets only on a case-by-case basis. By bringing a pet, you agree to the terms of our complete Pet Agreement, which provides very specific rules for pets including: no pets on furniture (including beds and sofas), unattended pets in the cabin must be crated, and many other strict requirements. If we find evidence of pets on furniture, you will be charged $100. If we find evidence of pets damaging the property, including using the bathroom in unit, you will be charged $200. The Pet Agreement also provides that pets brought without advance notice will be charged $250 plus the normal pet fee. Pets brought to cabins that do NOT allow pets can result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of remaining paid stay.
Important Notice: Road Conditions in the Smoky Mountains
Please be aware that road conditions in the Smoky Mountains can be unpredictable and may change rapidly due to weather. Our cabin’s roads & driveways are either pavement or gravel or both. Depending on the season, you may experience road conditions such as heavy rain washouts, snow, sleet, roads covered in leaves, etc. We highly recommend using a 4WD vehicle to ensure safe travel to your cabin, especially during winter months or inclement weather. We also strongly recommend traveling in a vehicle with higher ground clearance to navigate the terrain more easily. Low clearance vehicles will not be able to access certain cabin roads including The Watershed Resort.

NO REFUNDS will be issued if you are unable to reach your cabin due to road conditions.
We advise checking weather and road conditions prior to your trip to ensure a safe and pleasant journey.

Water Conservation Policy
To ensure the sustainability of our beautiful mountain environment, we kindly ask all guests to use water mindfully during their stay. These small actions help preserve our natural resources and keep the mountains pristine for future visitors.

The space
Located in Bryson City. Centrally located between a number of good fishing spots! Fishing themed with some locally created art work. This is an updated apartment with lots of windows and everything you need for a quiet stay in the smoky mountains! The internet is fast high speed for the area. The bathroom is a little tight such as someone over 6 feet would need to watch their head but it is cute and efficient. There is easy parking out font and a big green yard with 2 chairs and a fire pit to relax outside. New tv’s in each room each with a new sound bar! A copy of The Polar Express movie is available to prepare your self for the actual train experience or the Fugitive so you can compare the actual scenes in the movie to where they we’re filmed nearby!

- "Had a great trip working remotely with my dog Ozzy. Everything was as described and as pictured in elevation. When you open the doors / windows you really feel outdoors. Very clean and fresh feeling. Rena and team were super responsive and checked in on me to see if I needed anything. Ozzy (dog) had an awesome time swimming and splashing around the river down the road. I would suggest to keep driving until you hit the gravel road. A lot of great places to pull over, park, and get in. The gravel road is less traveled so feels more pet friendly. I would def recommend hitting up Bar-B-Que Wagon for lunch / dinner & the Bistro for dinner. Cardinal Coffee also has amazing cold brew and bagels / cream cheese (All suggested by Rena & Team). "

This quaint small Deep Creek Apartment located within 1 Mile of the town of Bryson City and its a little over 1 mile from the Deep Creek & Nat Park area. A nice Rec Park is just a 1/4 mile walk from apartment.

Our Hwy Stop on 74 is one of two apts designed for convenience and pleasure. We are right on Hwy 74 between the NOC and Bryson City. Our cozy apartment of 525 sq feet makes for a great get-a-way weekend or a weeks vacation. The rustic handcrafted touches of our apartment gives it a unique look like no other. Parking is on same level as entry to unit.

The space
Completely private, with 2-3 parking spaces. Private Back Deck and access to large flat yard and front porch with rocking chairs. Perfect location on Deep Creek where if you turn right out of the driveway the National Park with tubing and waterfalls is roughly a mile and if you turn left the the train depot and town of Bryson City is less than a mile. Additionally, the local rec center with a pool, playground, and walking trails is a couple hundred yards away.

Other things to note
The creek is just about 30 or 40 yards behind the apartments. Unfortunately I don't own the small slice of land between my property and the creek so I don't have creek access from the apartments. Most days you can hear the creek running.

The Alarka River (Moonshine Creek) runs through the back yard. The fire pit is ready and waiting for a Roasted Marshmallow Party or S'more Party. Two picnic tables and a real garden with wild flowers and vegetables. Wild life abounds with Mallard Ducks, Chipmunks, Ground Hogs, deer, and a Lightning Bug Show every night of the summer. Outside covered patio with rocking chairs riverside and a bistro table and chairs for dining, and TWO-two person cedar swings all outside and all riverside! For Parents with children, Polar Express and Smoky Mountain Railroad ticket holders, we have a queen sized sleeper sofa. We believe and hope that you will too, say that Moonshine Creek Retreat Too really is the "Best Stay Ever!" All Moonshine Creek Waterfront Mountain Retreat cabins have Generator back up so no worries and happy vacations. NC Wildlife Resources Commission stocked river with Brook, Brown, and Rainbow Trout. The fishing is paused in all stocked rivers for the month of March only.

Bryson City’s main grocery store, Ingles, closes at 10pm most of the year but may close earlier in the Winter months.

Pet Policy
We must know in advance if you are bringing a pet. This cabin is pet friendly with a $75 non-refundable fee (First pet $75, $45 for additional pet. 2 pet maximum) Dogs only! We allow more than two pets only on a case-by-case basis. By bringing a pet, you agree to the terms of our complete Pet Agreement, which provides very specific rules for pets including: no pets on furniture (including beds and sofas), unattended pets in the cabin must be crated, and many other strict requirements. If we find evidence of pets on furniture, you will be charged $100. If we find evidence of pets damaging the property, including using the bathroom in unit, you will be charged $200. The Pet Agreement also provides that pets brought without advance notice will be charged $250 plus the normal pet fee. Pets brought to cabins that do NOT allow pets can result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of remaining paid stay.

Important Notice: Road Conditions in the Smoky Mountains
Please be aware that road conditions in the Smoky Mountains can be unpredictable and may change rapidly due to weather. Our cabin’s roads & driveways are either pavement or gravel or both. Depending on the season, you may experience road conditions such as heavy rain washouts, snow, sleet, roads covered in leaves, etc. We highly recommend using a 4WD vehicle to ensure safe travel to your cabin, especially during winter months or inclement weather. We also strongly recommend traveling in a vehicle with higher ground clearance to navigate the terrain more easily. Low clearance vehicles will not be able to access certain cabin roads including The Watershed Resort.
Please Note:
NO REFUNDS will be issued if you are unable to reach your cabin due to road conditions.
We advise checking weather and road conditions prior to your trip to ensure a safe and pleasant journey.

Water Conservation Policy
To ensure the sustainability of our beautiful mountain environment, we kindly ask all guests to use water mindfully during their stay. Please limit shower times, turn off the tap while brushing your teeth, and report any leaks immediately. We also encourage the reuse of towels and linens to reduce water consumption. These small actions help preserve our natural resources and keep the mountains pristine for future visitors.

The Everett Suite is one of two studio suites located above La Dolce Vita Bakery and Coffee Roaster. The Everett is located upstairs, in the front, of the La Dolce Vita Bakery building and overlooks Everett Street (on of Bryson City's main streets, and the GSMR depot). Parking is accessed through the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad parking lot. You may park one car directly behind La Dolce Vita. Directions for additional cars will be provided on booking.

The Everett Suite shares an entrance, stairwell, and hallway with The Mitchell Suite and our office. La Dolce Vita Bakery & Coffee Roaster is owned and operated by your Airbnb host. We are a coffee roaster and bakery with light fare available. Enter La Dolce Vita from Everett Street for your complimentary house roasted coffee and muffin each morning! Other items are available at a discounted “renters” rate.

The Everett Suite is a studio suite with two queen beds, a couch, and a small table with 4 chairs. A partial wall divides the beds. An air mattress is available on request (for an additional fee) and the room could sleep six.
