Hollywood likes to come and create movies here, including Disney and Ron Howard, because of the county's unique beauty. We have three large lakes and a National Forest filled with waterfalls and trails... only 10 miles from the Appalachian trial. Its a hiker's paradise!

Pull into the driveway and straight into the specific quest parking spot. Walk to the left onto the bottom deck and around back to the set of double glass doors to enter the apartment. The downstairs deck is private and the fire pit area is right off of the deck.
Other things to note
Please do not leave any food or trash anywhere out side as this attracts bears and other wildlife! If you need to empty your garbage just let us know and we will be happy to help you.

Deck is spacious, fenced in back yard, privacy fence on fire pit and picnic area, I do have chicken’s in back of property fenced in and hidden from view. We have 2 very friendly dogs, Luna is a female Australia Shepherd, Buster is a neutered male Lab. If need be we can keep them separated from guests at your request.

This deck provides a great view of the city and is a great spot to take in some fresh air or even watch the sunset. Guests staying at The Regensburg can access this space any time they like, but they should be aware that due to its elevation, it is not wheelchair accessible.

Other things to note
• As much as we love to accommodate pets, however, pets are not allowed on the property; only service animals are permitted.
• All studios are supplied with essentials for the first night and first morning to allow you time to shop for any needed essentials in one of the many locations throughout Helen. We offer a QR code located on the fridge with a direct link to the Helen City Welcome Center Guide. Here you will find any additional places to stop and visit during your stay.
• City-wide quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 9 a.m. Please be considerate while always using the roof deck and within the halls, but especially between those hours. The house rule for quite hours is from 11pm to 8am within the building. We ask that you please do your part and be mindful of others staying.
