- "Getting the keys was fine. When we first walked in, we noticed the floor all pulling up in the kitchen, which is a tripping hazard. When it was time to go to sleep, the beds did not have bottom sheets only the mattress cover. I called and they told me there was nothing they could do about it then because the office was closed and they tried contacting the manager three times. She never picked up. So the choices were go to the store and purchase our own sheets or sleep on top of the one sheet and be cold. There was only enough fishes for four people, even though our reservation was for six. Housekeeping and management are non-responsive you can call the number they provide and they will leave a message for them, but then nothing happens. I would avoid. "

There's so much within walking distance that you’ll be able to park your car in the reserved space in the building’s gated and monitored parking lot and explore to your heart’s content. If you’re visiting for a Gameday of any kind, you’ll be as close as you possibly can be to Memorial Stadium (Death Valley), Doug Kingsmore Stadium, and Little John Coliseum, there’s not a single other property on Clemson campus that gets you closer to Gameday!

The Tiger Den is a STUDIO condo (~450 sqft, everything but the bathroom is one big open room), which is thoughtfully composed with all the necessities and comforts of home you could ask for. You’ll have plenty of room to relax on our cozy pullout couch and watch TV from the streaming service of your choice, and when it’s time to turn in, just fold out our Queen size wall bed and call it a night. If you want to enjoy some takeout, we have a table for 2 (or 4) waiting for you. Looking to host a culinary experience? We are NOT the place for you. Need to heat up some pigs in a blanket to bring to your tailgate? We’ve got you covered! Our kitchenette comes equipped with a microwave, toaster oven/air fryer, small fridge/freezer combo and additional beverage fridge (priorities!), Keurig, and your basic dishes, glassware and utensils. We do not provide spices or cooking oil.

The building is normally very quiet (no student rentals allowed), but on Game Days the atmosphere becomes much more lively with fans and other owners. Feel the game day ambience surround you between the boisterous media room across the interior hall and the popular tailgating lot on the other side of the sliding french doors. We love the excitement that game days bring, but take note that the noise levels can get fairly high and fellow Tiger fans’ excitement can go late into the evening.

PARKING:
You will have access to ONE numbered, uncovered parking spot on the front side of the building. You must display the provided hang tag while parked.

ACCESS:
Building and parking are secured by access codes and gate. Codes for gate, exterior building entrances, elevator and automated front door lock will be provided prior to your arrival.

SLEEPING:
We sleep up to 4 guests, but you'll be most comfortable with 2. We have a comfortable queen murphy bed that conveniently folds up into the wall during the day. Linens and pillows are stored in the bathroom linen closet. Our sectional sofa pulls out into a full sized bed, perfect for two kids or a cozy twosome - just be mindful that its a sofa bed, not a regular bed. Linens and pillows are located in the built in storage - just lift the chaise lounge to access.

KITCHEN:
You’ll have access to the basics during your trip. Four places settings including wine glasses and coffee mugs are provided, but please note that we do not have a dishwasher. Drying rack conveniently stored in the lower cabinets and a fresh sponge for each booking. If hand washing dishes is not your thing, please consider bringing paper/plastic products with you for your stay. Appliances: Toaster oven/air fryer combo, microwave, beverage fridge, small (4.5 cu. ft.) fridge/freezer combo (with ice trays), single serve Keurig coffee machine

LUGGAGE & CLOTHING STORAGE:
Feel free to use the three drawer hallway dresser. Hangers and a luggage rack are located in the bathroom linen closet. The TV console is a convenient spot to tuck away extra linens or a smaller suitcase while not in use.

TRASH:
Please dispose of your trash in the dumpster near the visitor parking spaces prior to your departure. Do not leave full trash bags in the hallway!

- "Definitely would stay again!!" - "This property was perfect as a bridge after an on campus apartment was heavily damaged by a hurricane. The process was smooth and easy. Thank you!" - "Great place to stay ! " - "This is a beautiful property typically used to house students at Clemson University. Apartments are like new as this complex was just built a year ago! The room is clean and the pool is gorgeous and there are restaurants and a bar onsite! The docks are very nice to enjoy the lake views as well. . I have just two constructive criticisms that would have made our stay a little more comfortable; the property manager only provides one key fob for use at a unit that sleeps 6 people. This means anytime someone goes to the pool or out to the store they cannot get back inside the building or the unit unless someone comes out to let them in. This is VERY Inconvenient as the corridors are long and if someone wants to go to bed while others are out it’s impossible to let them back inside. At least 2 Fobs should be provided for the apartments. The second item is towels. One towel per person was provided for a 3 night stay. Most vrbo management companies provide at least 2 per person! So this was frustrating along with only providing one blow dryer that 6 people had to share while we were all getting ready to attend our son’s graduation. Each bathroom should have its own blow dryer. Other than this the stay was comfortable and the location was great!"

- "When attempting to retrieve the keys from the automated Keysafe, the code provided did not work. I chatted with the Keysafe company and they stated the keys were not recorded as returned from the last user and to contact the property manager. Once I was able to actually speak with a person, she was very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience and was able to remotely unlock a box with keys. We get to the room (dorm) and one bedroom had wet towels and sheets hanging from everything but the rest of the area was clean. We made contact with property management and they said to just close the door and to ensure we had a clean room and bathroom and asked if everything else was ok. The smoke detector for the bedroom was on the counter in the kitchen with the battery out of it. This is a 4 bedroom off campus dorm NOT a condo rental. The furniture is very uncomfortable and the mattresses were very hard and cheap like you would find in a College Dorm setup. When returning the keys, I had to once again contact property management to unlock the box because now there is a different fob that was not with the keys. Other than the above, the unit worked for our needs."

- "Great stay and service on the lake. " - "The unit was extremely dirty. There was hair in the bathtub, the filters were loaded with dust. The carpet was gross with stains all over it. The bedding was dirty, had to wash before we slept in. Location was great, neighbors were great!! Direction for check in were confusing.
