You will find a grocery, and a pharmacy within 1/2 mile. Downtown Cornelia is less than 2 miles away and has a museum and some wonderful eating spots.

Great Mountain View. This efficiency apartment is located in downtown Young Harris, Georgia. It is a close walk to the college, and half way between Hiawassee and Blairsville. Just right for a weekend getaway.

Welcome to our tiny house located on five wooded acres in the Chattahoochee National Forest. Our tiny house includes a single queen bed, with kitchen, bathroom and all the amenities you'd expect at home. Large windows offer wonderful views of the surrounding woods and fill the home with light. The property includes picnic table, fire pit, and walking trails plus tons of recreation and activities nearby. Located less than 15 minutes from downtown Dahlonega.

The space
We love the outdoors and all the recreation that North Georgia has to offer. Our property is in a great location to enjoy the outdoors while being close enough to get to other places if you like to explore. The tiny house is a great home base to explore from whether your looking to hike, bike, fish, raft, tour a winery or check out the town of Dahlonega (see below for more specifics). To encourage being outside and socializing the space has no TV.

Hosts come and go but will usually be onsite. Guests will have access to all the spaces, and have private use of the tiny house. We will be around various areas of the property doing trail maintenance, small outdoor projects and enjoying the property ourselves. We welcome interactions with guests but will respect your privacy.

Guest access
Guest will have access to enjoy the entire property (excluding RV, sheds and storage buildings). It is heavily wooded which creates great privacy in the summer and a real sense of being 'away from it all'. We are usually staying in the Airstream further up the driveway, working outside or relaxing in the host cabin up the hill.

Other things to note
Rainy weather is common in the area and may impact your enjoyment of all the outdoor amenities we offer. Please plan accordingly and consider indoor activities if inclement weather.

Great apartment for couple. The space
Property on flat ground. I have backup generator in case we lose power for some reason! Plenty of space in full kitchen with dishwasher. Lots of storage, master bedroom large and comfortable, smart tv mounted to wall with movable bracket, just all around comfortable and convenient! Deck is spacious, fenced in back yard, privacy fence on fire pit and picnic area, I do have chicken’s in back of property fenced in and hidden from view. We have 2 very friendly dogs, Luna is a female Australia Shepherd, Buster is a neutered male Lab. If need be we can keep them separated from guests at your request.

Easy access, can park right at entrance to apartment for easy unloading and loading. There is a second parking area just above with comfortable stairs coming down to front door! Not a lot of traffic other than neighbors, school bus and mail truck!

Henri's Place is an amazing home centrally located near downtown Clayton. This 1 BR, 1 Full Bath cabin has an outdoor Firepit, Grill, screened in Porch, and beautiful landscaping for guests to enjoy. Located in Clayton, GA minutes from downtown, just south of Dillard, and north of Tallulah Gorge & Falls, Bavarian Mountain Town of Helen, Hiking trails, waterfalls, boating, zip-lining, horseback riding, seed to table restaurants, antiquing, & vineyards.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil Private Guest Suite. Hiker's Haven is a relaxing get away making you feel like you are staying in a tree house. Center town is just 10 minutes away offering lake & beach access with glorious mountain views. Come enjoy hiking, water sports, horseback riding, mountain biking, or zip lining to list a few. Hiawassee is motorcycle heaven with twisty on and off-road riding. Unwind listening to live music at some of our fantastic restaurants, wine and breweries.

The space
Welcome to the Twin Mountain Community! Hiker's Haven private guest suite (lower level) is connected to the top level of our cabin via a locked stairwell and shared laundry room. We occupy the top level and have our own designated parking.

Designated parking just for you is located at the rear of the cabin. Enjoy the tree house feel as you enter your own private gate leading down to a relaxing deck. Enter the cabin from your own keyless door to a private bedroom with its own kitchenette, full bathroom, and workspace with Wi-Fi connection.

The shared laundry is available from 5 pm to 8 pm with a change of scrubs located in the closet to allow you to wash a full set of clean clothes.

We use the top level so you may hear us walking around but you won't see us unless we are outside.

Please know that the A/C & heat thermostat is located on the main floor and can be remotely adjusted to a pleasant temperature by contacting us by phone or text. However, there is a portable fan and an electric fireplace in your suite for additional comfort.

Appalachian trail guests are welcome to make arrangements for pick-up and drop-offs into town and back to their location to continue their journey for an additional fee.

Guest access
Hiker's Haven is a private guest suite located on the bottom level of our cabin. We occupy the top level. Access the suite with self check-in anytime after 4 pm from your own designated parking, entry gate, and keyless door. An access code will be provided prior to your arrival. The shared laundry room is available to you from 5 pm to 8 pm.

Consider booking if you can agree to the Terms and Conditions of Occupancy and House Rules listed below:
1. Provide Government ID
(copy of driver's license) for proof of names and ages of ALL INDIVIDUALS in your party once your reservation has been confirmed. Guest Suite accommodates up to two adults at least 25 years of age to rent the property.
2. NO Third party bookings allowed. Any falsely made bookings will be cancelled. Airbnb offers gift certificates that allows guests to book their own reservation.
3. Report Guests/ Visitors in your party with names, and details of their stay. Overnight visitors subject to $20/ night after host approval and copy of government ID.
4. No Pets, No Smoking, No Fire Pit, No Parties/large gatherings. No Illegal Activity of any kind.
5. Children must be over the age of 5 and supervised at all times.
6. Report Damages- Airbnb expects guest to pay reasonable requests for reimbursement if you are responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs.
7. Quiet time between 10 pm to 8 am.
8. Maintain Cleanliness- Shoes off when wet & muddy, do not leave dirty dishes in sink.
9. Practice Security- Lock all doors/windows before going out for the day.
10. Practice Eco-Conservation- Turn off lights, coffee maker, fans, TV, appliances etc. before heading out for the day. Hang towels to dry on the extra tension bar in the shower for reuse.
