- "Enjoyed staying at this lovely property immensely! Close and convenient to the picturesque towns of Clayton and Dillard where you can find nice shops and restaurants. We visited the Georgia Mountain Fair in Hiawassee, which was also a short drive. Watched the sunset at Sky Valley overlook and saw Mud Creeks Falls just a short walk from the overlook. We ate a delicious lunch at Dillard House and a great dinner at Blue Canoe on Lake Burton. 12 Spies Vineyard is just a short drive away, so we visited there on Saturday and enjoyed some delicious wine and great music. Beautiful views too! So much to see and do in this area. The Osage Farmer’s Market is a must stop - beautiful heirloom tomatoes, peaches, vegetables, you name it, they have it! Beds in the cabin were so comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed when we decided to stay home and grill out. The weather was PERFECT during our stay and we enjoyed a night or two with a fire in the fire pit. Spent mornings drinking coffee on the back deck watching the ducks and geese in the lake, and evenings listening to the serenades of the katydids, frogs, and cicadas. So relaxing! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!"

The setting on the mountain affords views of Black Rock Mountain and seasonal views of the town of Clayton. This cabin is a wonderful place to relax or reconnect with friends and family. Sitting on the screened porch feels as if you are perched in the trees, you can relax to the sounds of the breeze and the songs of birds and as the day progresses to evening and night-time the sounds become that of tree frogs and crickets. Someone commented once that "it feels like we are sitting in the trees and are looking down at the squirrels!" The proximity to downtown Clayton, restaurants, grocery store, shopping, and nearby activities makes Charming Cabin a convenient place to stay as well as a home base from which to explore other areas of N. Large screen TV with netflix, amazon and hulu as well as DVDs galore - plus a record player with plenty of vintage vinyl. Lots of puzzles, books and games are in the dining room and of course fast Wifi.
Kitchen is equipped with new appliances and all the plates, cookware and accessories you could need including Nespresso machine for lattes and espressos. Plenty of pantry space if you plan a long vacation. No dishwasher, but double sink makes dishwashing easy, not to mention the great view of the private back yard from the sink.

Nestled in Rabun County, GA this once outdated tiny cottage has been transformed into a small tiny gem. The tiny house includes a queen bed, 40” flat screen TV, small fridge, microwave, k cup machine, bathroom with shower and a great front porch. Outside you will find 8 acres to roam, a two person hot tub, grill (charcoal), fire pit, and a small waterfall with a porch.

The tiny house is on our lil farm property by the creek. It is conveniently located right off Highway 76 West and surrounded by the Chattahoochee National Forest. Simplify and come see what nature has to offer. Note: this is a tiny house not a presidential suite and it can get a little cozy! Also, the tiny house is located on our property and there is another tiny house on site that we rent. This site is located at the back and more private.
