- "Beautiful view of the mountain side. We went when it snowed. Very clean place. The upstairs bunk could use guard rails if smaller children stay (they have a sign for a warning) kitchen is fully furnished with dishes and some spices. The owner provided some soaps for washing machine and dishwasher which was nice. Hairdryers were also furnished so you can save some room in your luggage. The beds were super comfortable and plenty of pillows, which most places cheap out on. Over all the place was homie and relaxing.The owner was very professional and responded quickly. We asked a few questions throughout our stay. I tried every light switch in the house to see all the different options of lighting. So many different styles of lighting for any type of situation, some are in dimmers also. I usually don’t like a lot of artificial light I like the natural light that comes in the multiple windows in the condo. "

We want you to enjoy your time in this home but do not put our rental permit at risk or you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Quiet time is 9:00pm-8am.

ALWAYS put your trash in bins across the parking lot from the condo and never leave unattended outside.

Black bears are commonly seen at the resort so always be cautious of wildlife.

Condo is located on top of mountain and will need 4WD or 4x4 in winters due to incline and snow and icy roads on mountain drive to the condo.

We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart.
No RV or Trailer parking.

Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 4. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in a fine by both local authorities, and from the host of $250. You will also be asked to leave.

This is a non-smoking property. So no smoking, no vaping, no candle burning. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged atleast $250. You will be charged an increased cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.

The pool is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool or bathrooms inside condo. Indoor aquatic facilities are closed and under renovation until further notice.

- No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

Absolutely no pets of any kind no exceptions.

- Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.

Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind including candles. The use of a candle or any type of flame will result in a minimum $150 fine and you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

For stays longer than 7 nights a complimentary midweek clean up can be arranged. Please contact me before your stay to schedule.
NOTE: pool towels are not provided. Please bring your own.

Firewood is available for sale in the office from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Change is provided in the office for washers and dryers along with detergent available for purchase.

Before checking out, all you need to do is wipe up spills on kitchen counters, load and run the dishwasher and empty garbage and take to dumpsters. Leave dirty towels on bathroom floor and dirty linens on bed. Housekeeping will take care of everything else.

Please note, to have the incredible views I have at my condo, you will have to drive about 15 minutes up Ski View Drive to the top of the mountain. This is a city maintained road that is lined and wide enough to pass oncoming traffic. It is well worth the drive to escape the town crowds and have the gorgeous views. But please realize that you are going to be driving a curvy mountain road that will have drop offs in some areas.
