Queen bedroom with bunk beds located in a home with a private entrance features a full kitchen furnished down to the dishes, pots & pans, a full bath with step in tub/shower combination. Towels and Linens included. The kitchen has a side by side refrigerator w/ice maker, 4 burner stove w/oven, microwave, Keurig and traditional coffee pots, dish washer and W&D. Full size bathroom with shower/tub combination.

- "If you're in town for a short stay, this is the place for you. We were able to get in and out without any hassle. Plus, the distance to downtown is minimal so anything from concerts to sports games to local eats are accessible. Just come in one car. I am just going to give MY take on the place to help others and maybe even the owner for the future. Overall it was pretty good, the price was right and due to my husband's health issues, we needed a place w/ kitchen so we could cook meals when needed. Only things I'd make note of would be the bed situation-- The memory foam mattress isn't for everyone. If you sleep warm, it's not for you. My husband ended up sleeping on the lower bunk bed and our son slept on the couch. I slept on the bed and we all realized that memory foam mattresses are NOT our thing. There's one AC unit-- in the bedroom only. The kitchen/LR area was pretty hot but there was a fan to use and we mostly were around in evenings and mornings so it was not too bad. We're from WI and it was in the 90s there, so I don't know if that would even bother others w/ having no central air. The Kitchen was decently equipped. We went and bought a non-stick pan to use for breakfast cooking-- so pack one if you prefer using non stick for eggs and such! There's no hot pads, so if you plan on using the oven, bring some along! We bought salt and pepper shakers but left them in the apartment since we didn't want to bring them home- not sure if those will stay for the next renter, but something to think about packing or buying if you plan on cooking-- also pack oil/cooking spray if you need/use it. There was a Kroger pretty close by so that was nice for when we got groceries. Overall, it really was good, it was clean, had almost everything we needed so we cannot really complain! It was more quiet than a hotel & decent to unwind at the end of the day. For SURE better than a hotel for our needs so that is why we chose it."

Enjoy your time off at this peaceful location located on the outskirts of Clinton. This studio housing has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a private deck where you can hear birds chirping and see the creek down below. It is a quick 5 minute drive to Walmart and Interstate 75. In 15 minutes you can experience Norris Lake where boating and fishing can be enjoyed. A short 30 minute drive will get you to Windrock for all your off roading adventures. And if city life is more of your speed, we are a quick 25 minute drive to down town Knoxville where live entertainment, shops, and culture can be found. It is a great location for whatever your plans! This is a non smoking, no pets, new build that people with allergies and asthma will appreciate. This Studio housing can accommodate up to 4 people, with a queen size bed, and a couch with two recliners. This place is located on the owner's property above the detached garage. The detached garage is separate from their house giving you plenty of space and privacy. It has a Smart TV and a gorgeous view depending on your preference. Come experience it for yourself, you won't regret it!

Best experience!" - "Nice place that we spent 2 nights which was perfect for us." - "We were visiting our son in Oak Ridge and wanted a place close to him and we found this VRBO property. It fit our bill perfectly. It was as described and was nicely furnished and extremely clean. Loved the decorating details that went into this studio loft. The Views from the back deck was amazing. It is literally on the lake and if you want you can rent a poonton and probably bring your own if you inquire ahead of time. I think it's perfect for a couple or a family travelling with younger children with how it's laid out. The full/queen (wasn't sure) was on one wall and the two twin beds were across the way so that is why I think it's great for a couple or a family with younger kids. I wouldn't recommend if you are travelling with adult children unless you also rent the unit below. The towels that were supplied were really soft and ones that I would have in my own home. They also had extras if needed. The bathroom was small which was expected since it was a loft but it was well renovated and they utilized every inch of space to make it comfortable. We will definitely be renting this VRBO on our next visit to Oak Ridge. Looks like they are building additional Units on the property which look like they have beautiful views as well so I will also be looking out to see when those become available. My one suggestion is to make sure you have an alarm on your phone or watch etc. There is no clock in the Loft."

Ground floor entire apartment has 2 bedrooms and ample parking. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, closet and a desk/office space; there is not a bedroom window in this room. The main room has a queen-sized bed and handmade headboard. The place is cozy and has all the necessary amenities for a visit. It is 10 minutes from Downtown Knoxville, which has University of Tennessee, Market Square. The convention center is also 10 minutes away.
There is a nice bike/running trail 5 minutes away and I'm told there are a couple disk golf courses nearby.
Although the space is pretty basic, my wife and I added a lot of personal touches: hand-painted walls, homemade headboard, updated fixtures and lamps.
The air-conditioners are wall and window units. The heaters are floor and wall units.
There is plenty of on-site, free parking available: including the ability to park next to your unit's front door. There is also space to park a trailer.

- "Was very underwhelmed, pictures on the listing were perfect but that was far from what the stay started off as. When checked in and first viewing the listing the home had not been cleaned. I immediately reached out to the host who said “it was a scheduling misunderstanding”, I can say the were quick to get someone out the clean, there were bugs which we don’t know where they were coming from. There was mold in the AC which we asked the host to make sure the cleaners attended to but that request was failed to be accomplished, this unit also had a strange odor. The provided utensils were not cleaned as well. The information packet provided was also dirty and out of date so the information was incorrect and a waste of time. Outlets in one of the bedrooms was just for decoration it did not work, blinds were broken throughout the unit. "

The dining area light switch was located behind a piece of artificial turf that was being used for deco. So much lint, and pet hair... I woke up both mornings with swollen eyes because I am allergic to pet hair. I got between the sheets the first night, and in the morning my nightgown was covered with pet hair. Pet hair on the spoon rest that was setting on the stove. My clothes were covered in lint, and I was thankful for the lint roller! The sectional was only about 8 inches off the ground, making it difficult for my 6' tall husband to land on, it was also hard, and not comfy at all. Whole house's electrical system inside unit."

This property is close enough to town for all delivery services to cover including Uber and Lyft. Knoxville is known for our outdoor activities including hiking, water related recreating, has some awesome bikes parks, disk golf, dog parks, and many other outdoor areas. Downtown is fun too!

- "The only hiccup we had this trip was trying to get in with the code, I believe it was a time zone issue when checking in. Check in was at 3:00 but was really 3:00 central time not eastern. After clearing that up and getting situated, the house was clean and all amenities worked perfectly!" - "Overall, this was not a great experience. I confirmed the stay before we arrived and the door code still did not work. When I called to address it, I had to wait and speak with multiple representatives to find one who could finally reset the door code. The stairwell to the apartment is shared and was dirty and had a broken railing. While the apartment was mostly clean, there was a terrible stain in the toilet. When I had my sons outside playing near a bench, a neighbor approached us to say we needed to get on the other side of the shared driveway because that was past his property line. There are multiple houses and tenants sharing the same driveway so we didn't know. We left, no problem. The following day he approached me again right in front of the rental to say he did not want us on his property (we weren't!). He later put up a "no trespassing" sign and stood outside watching us which was very uncomfortable. The last week of our month-long stay, the grass had not been cut at all. When I messaged the property management company to ask them to cut the grass so my sons could play outside, they requested a picture as proof that the grass was too tall. They did come cut it after I sent a picture of how tall it was but this seemed a little ridiculous! Lastly, there was no where to sit outside (since the only bench was across the property line) so we bought some cute stylish chairs for the front stoop. When we returned to pick them up the day we checked out, they weren't there! I do not recommend this place for a long-term stay!"

Guest Access:
We send the check-in instructions at approximately 10 AM Eastern on the day of check-
in. A door code will be included in the instruction which will be inoperable until the
standard check-in time of 3:30 PM Eastern. The door code becomes invalid at 10 AM Eastern on the day of check-out. Please let us know right away if you are wanting to
check in early or checking out late.

The Neighborhood:
Greer Road is a quiet street that you wouldn't realize is just minutes from interstate I-75 exit 110.

Getting Around:
This property is close enough to town for all delivery services to cover including Uber and Lyft. Knoxville is known for our outdoor activities including hiking, water related recreating, has some awesome bikes parks, disk golf, dog parks, and many other outdoor areas. Downtown is fun too!

We were a little concerned when we first pulled up to the property. It looked like an old house. There wasn’t much curb appeal. We were pleasantly surprised that the interior of the apartment had been updated. The place has its quirks. It is an older home. We had the lower downstairs unit. It felt a little like a basement apartment. There are not a lot of windows or light. The layout was a bit strange. It worked very well for us. It was clean and comfortable. We had a 2 year old family member visit for the day. She loved the kids room, toys, and the swing set out back. The adults liked the screened in porch (only available in the lower unit). We spent quite a lot of time out there. We also utilized the grill in the back yard. Having outdoor space was nice. The place isn’t perfect but we enjoyed staying there. We did have some issues after booking the apartment. There’s additional info you have to fill out and provide photos. We had trouble getting the pictures to take correctly and send. Getting the address and code to get in the house was delayed due to that. I sent emails to no avail. I finally found a phone number to call and the issue was quickly resolved."

This corporate rental is a quiet end unit 2 en suite bedroom condo minutes from N. Knoxville Medical Center and is 9 miles from downtown Knoxville. Close to I-75 and minutes from all modern conveniences, coffee shops, grocery store and the famous Aubrey's Restaurant. Easy 10-15 minute access to West Knoxville via the back roads. This ground level unit has a hill behind it which allows for a back deck with a view and no neighbors behind you.

The apartment is well kept and spacious. There are 2 roomy bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a full kitchen. The wifi is "lightning fast." A smart TV is in the livingroom (no cable). The A/C units are window and mini-split. The kitchen has a full-sized stove/oven and fridge. There is a smart lock for keyless entry. Plenty of free parking on-site. There are plenty of hiking trails and a disc golf course nearby.

Very nice efficiency apartment above a detached garage. With easy access to Highway 162 and 6 miles to I-40. Close to Pellissippi State Community College, Windrock, HawRidge, Oak Ridge ORNL. Within 10 minutes there is shopping and restaurants in Turkey Creek and a 20 min drive to downtown Knoxville. You have your own private entrance, furnished with a COMFY king bed, kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, washer, and dryer. There is a garden, pool, hot tub, fire pit, and tether ball!

The A/C unit was purchased in 2018. The large refrigerator, washer, and dryer are in the garage below the apartment. In the garage is a modem for the apartment only, it is separate from the main house. We are close to the Clinch River providing several outdoor activities Haw Ridge Park has a paved trail for walking, running, and biking but also hiking and Mt. Biking trails within the park. Haw Ridge also has a boat ramp for boaters. If you are looking for some beach time, at Clark Center Park there is a beach area with a volleyball net too. Windrock for those who live off-road life and downhill mountain biking, Oak Ridge Laboratory, Pellissippi College, and South College are close. We live on a wooded lot so lots of wildlife and privacy in the backyard.

There are 2 dogs Roxy an Australian Shepherd and Raley at Rat Terrier. We have fenced in chickens as-well.

Our property has been described as being peaceful from the moment you drive in. You can enjoy the serene surroundings and relax by our pool or fire pit. We have excellent internet in case you need to get any work done. We are only 15 min to Norris Lake, 20 min to Windrock, historic Oak Ridge, and 30 minutes to Knoxville. Plenty of parking for all vehicles. If you need more space we also have a studio for rent next door.

The space
This is a one bedroom apartment on the first floor. This property is not safe for young children. There is a studio next to this one and our adult boys live on the 2nd floor. We have security cameras that capture doorways and driveways of the apartments and our home.
