- "Clean property. Staff was nice and professional. Most villas have a balcony however ours did not :( Will be back!" - "I rented this villa last minute, so I can’t really complain too much about the size as I knew it was only 1 bedroom and the living room sofa had a pull out bed. But the bed and pillows were so hard. On day 2 I could barely get out of bed from being so sore and stove up from sleeping in that bed. The pull out couch bed was even worse. If you have neck/back problems I would reconsider this unit. Also, the upper room occupants were stomping and running around all hours of the night, making it difficult to sleep. Other than that m, the property was really nice and clean. Just need to upgrade the mattresses and pillows."

- "Love the set up .. Very roomy beautiful view.." - "The condo was gorgeous. Our view was gorgeous of the Smokies. The Amenities were great! I recommend booking building 4. It’s near the big pool! They had a beautiful put put golf course over looking mountains and a fire pit lit every evening. The bed was “okay,” and we had an issue with air not working properly but I would stay here again in a heart beat! So nice!!! "

- "Very impressed with the condo. Very clean, and comfortable. Will be back." - "A villa is a stand alone home per definition. This was a condo. They stated because this was their version of a villa and the Stand Alone homes were townhomes. Makes no sense to us but there was no telling them this. They argued but said it wasn’t the first time there has been confusion... the pictures featured the stand alone homes in 5 out of 10 of the pics. I believe it is deceptive. They gave us another 2 night stay for free good for a year... check in was supposed to be at 4 And we called 2 times because it was around 5:30 when we finally got in a room. Manager was very nice and like I said, gave us a free two nights stay for the inconvenience, but it was a nightmare. Place is nice overall."
