Town of Beech Mountain is highest elevation of any incorporated town in the Eastern US. Beech Mountain Club golf course views and 8/10th mile (3 minutes) to Ski Beech Mountain Resort. Large great room with gas fire place, fully equipped and updated kitchen, /internet/WiFi, wall mounted flat screen TVs, electric BBQ grill, washer/dryer, Sleeps 6 with king and queen tempurpedic mattresses downstairs and king upstairs. Downstairs guest bedroom includes private sink/vanity. Ski Beech Mountain includes skiing, snowboarding, tube run, and ski village. Beech Mountain ski lift to 5506 sky bar and downhill mountain biking trails in summer. Access to Beech Mountain Club available with transfer of sports membership includes heated pool, dining, tennis, golf, pickleball, and more. Hiking, fishing, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, Seven Devils Zip Line, and Blue Ridge Parkway are within short drives. Small dogs considered for pet fee in summer/fall (please provide pet details with rental request). Dogs not allowed during winter ski season. Deer and wildlife galore.

- "Spent two weeks in this villa this summer. It was wonderful. The villa is even better than the photos would indicate. Very good hiking right on Beech Mountain (a mix of profile hikes and uphill hikes). Other good options in Grandfather Mountain, Boone, and Blowing Rock. During the summer the Appalachan State Music Festival has some great performers / performances. I'm planning to returning for two weeks next summer." - "The view is amazing. You'll have everything you need at this cozy updated villa. With 1 Queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds in the bedroom, and a Queen size gel foam pull out mattress in the living room, the villa can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. With a fully stocked kitchen and gas fireplace, you'll have everything you need to make this place your mountain home base.

Villa is located on Beech mountain, but close enough that you can easily ski Sugar mountain or Appalachian. Visit Hawksnest or Jonas Ridge for snow tubing, or explore the amazing hiking trails, moutain biking, fishing, and all of our outdoor activities!

Enjoy the mountain scenery with our spacious covered back porch that runs the length of the villa, that can be accessed from the living room or bedroom. Villa is within walking distance of Ski Beech, and is a quick drive to the heart of Beech Mountain where you can enjoy the free sledding hill, take in a round of mini golf, and/or get what you need at Fred's general store.

It is one of the only true one bedroom villas at Holiday Beech Villas - this is not a studio :) Please note that you will need to walk down stairs to access this unit, and parking is not garanteed so you may need to park in overflow parking areas during busy times.

PLEASE NOTE: During winter weather, you may need 4 wheel drive or chains to access Beech Mountain. We highly reccomend having this equipment prior to your arrival so you do not experience any issues with access.

- "Our family enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was exactly as described and very cozy….and best of all it snowed quite a bit and we had great views from the living room. It is very convenient to Beech for skiing and First Chair coffee shop (we walked there each morning for bagels and coffee and to the slopes). The beds were super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. I would also like to say that the owner was very easy to work with when we needed to change our original date and quick to respond to any of our questions."

- "This place was so beautiful especially at night with all the lights. It was really nice having a hot tub to get in as well and it was very clean. Definitely going back!" - "Do not recommend this property or host. There was a bad/dirty odor in the residence and my family couldn’t stand it. There was a standing puddle of water in the bathroom that appeared to be coming from the toilet. The porches were very dirty with glass bottle trash on lower level. We left within 20 mins of being there and immediately asked for a refund. The host refuses to give us a refund for the 2 nights we booked. This is the worst travel experience, my advice is to avoid."
