Nothing could be finer than living on the slopes in North Carolina! This slope side stay hits different with a bird's eye view of Skiers and slip in/out to the slopes easily from our back deck. We love it here for the concerts during the summer. Easy walking to all the big events like summer biking on the downhill slopes. Walk over and take the ski lift up to the 5506' Skybar Our home has been updated with all the modern applicances, including washer and dryer. Not many like this!

There was a regular coffee pot, percolator and a French press so we were able to have coffee. Also, walking distance from a nice coffee shop called First Chair. Games are very outdated and missing pieces. Yahtzee game with no dice. 🙃 Were able to sit on balcony and see fireworks display on Beech Mt and didn’t have to be in all that traffic leaving after. That was super nice. Enjoyed the brewery which was also walking distance. Open floor plan with a divider that you can pull between bedroom and living room. Seriously, only accommodates a couple or a couple with one child on pull out sofa. But no privacy for couple. Was just hubby and me so was fine. Hosts were responsive if we needed anything."

Thanks!" - "When I booked the is place I messaged the owner to tell them that my fiancé and I were getting married in the area on the weekend of our booking, and that this is where we will stay during our out-of-town wedding weekend. When we checked into the place, we immediately noticed additional accommodations and romantic decorations just to make us feel special during our wedding weekend stay. We were blown away with the care and effort that they put in to make us feel cared-for and appreciated, and I couldn’t thank them enough for helping us feel special that weekend. Thank you to the owners! The location doesn’t really show up on maps, you will drive to the wrong place if you type in the location, so be careful about that and ask the owner for landmarks to get there smoothly! Look for Holland Realty, it’s very close to that location!"

You'll have the guest suite area all to yourself and your very own picnic table & hammock outside of the room for you to enjoy on a nice day. The backyard is open to guests too w/ a fire pit, grill, picnic table, yard area, stream... & zipline!
Quiet area on paved road close to walking trails. Road is plowed pretty well during snow fall. Only a few minutes to main road, ski resort, and other local amenities.

The only thing left for you to do is to enjoy yourself!

- "This property is a short hop skip and a jump away from the slopes, it’s in a gorgeous neighborhood (is it even called a neighborhood in the mountains?) and the property itself is lovely. The hosts were nothing short of amazing, the communication was easy and timely, and honestly, they go above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. They had a fire pit, a picnic table, a hammock - all of these things available to the guests to make the stay perfect. They also provide all sorts of information and pamphlets for all the local things to do with their own little blurbs about whether they think the places are worth visiting (speaking in the case of local restaurants in that instance). We even got a visit from some locals (a family of deer greeted us as we came back from a hike, just hanging out by the fire pit watching us). Overall 10/10 would stay again AND recommend!"
