This apartment was HUGE, very spacious, clean, smelled amazing, and very well decorated. Very well designed from a magazine. It's above a bookstore in an old building so there is exposed brick, ducts, and ceiling beams. The flooring is real wood through out. It is right in downtown so restaurants, shops, coffee, and beer in walking distance. The host was wonderful! She had her contact info and wifi located in the home and she left some hygiene products as well as a bottle of red wine for me for my stay. I am a female, travelled solo, and felt very safe. I will definitely stay there again!! "

Tower View Suites Suite 202 is a private, quiet one-bedroom 2nd floor apartment in a historic 1885 building in the heart of downtown Statesville. Walk to numerous restaurants, unique shops, live entertainment, farmer’s markets, government centers and community events. Only one other suite in the building. Washer and dryer are in the suite.

Tower View Suites is located in a historic 1885 lovingly restored building in the heart of downtown Statesville. Secured building entrances for added privacy. Located upstairs at the back of the building on a courtyard, Suite 202 is very quiet. There is only one other suite. The street-level space is a hair salon.

There are no common areas other than the hallway leading to the two suites.

Other things to note
Daytime Monday -Friday street parking is limited to 2 hours per space. Guests can park on the street overnight and all day Saturday and Sunday. No parking enforcement over the weekend. Cars should be moved by 10:00am on weekdays to avoid a parking ticket which is $5. Cars can return to street parking around 4:00pm. A free 24 hour lot is located on the backside of the block and can be accessed through the back courtyard.
Due to the high ceilings on the first floor the steps are more like a story and a half. There is a landing mid way.
