If more space is needed, we have a second unit that may also be rented out (unless already occupied during those dates). any kind or more than 2 guests are also not allowed on the property. there is no event allowed for this unit. If guests are found to have hosted an event or gathering over 2 guests without the agreement and acknowledge , a fine of $1000 will be charged and guests will forfeit their security deposit.

There is parking available on a first come first served basis for the two units of this duplex. there is parking sign show where you should park your vehicles
