- "My husband and I love the lake. We have been to Lake Murray for years but this year decided to try Lake Marion. We fell in love with Goat Island and the people there. Everyone was very nice. The property is the perfect location for a weekend of relaxation and fun. Adriana was a wonderful host and we will be staying there again." - "Great location for a fisherman, with nice bar & grill and boat ramp just yards away. The place is laid out nicely. Unfortunately, the storm door was ripped from the hinges when I arrived, but closed just like it was OK. I had to remove and set aside and notify manager. Then there were the flies. Lots of them in kitchen and bathroom (also dead ones in front window seal) so had to buy fly spray to deal with that. The upper balcony also did not appear to have been cleaned in forever. Kitchen could also use some more amenities like additional glasses and oven mitts. It was a good place for fishermen, but needs some attention before I would bring wife, family. "

Newly renovated apartment less than one mile from the back gate to Shaw AFB. You can find a relaxing space when you visit or to PCS Sumter SC. The quaint apartment is comparable to the size of a one-bedroom suite in hotels with a queen bed in the room& futon in the kitchen. The bonus is having a washer & dryer in your own private space. Wi-Fi, ROKU TV, coffee and tea bar, full kitchen, laundry and shower supplies are provided. This property does have exterior cameras.
