- "Well appointed, neat and clean. Close to amenities including shops, restaurants, and Hitchcock Woods. Beds were very comfortable. The only reason why it didn't get 5 stars for accuracy of listing is that I didn't see mention of a rather long, steep flight of stairs leading to the 2nd floor where the unit is located. We managed okay but some folks might find getting their luggage upstairs a bit of a challenge. Otherwise, it is perfect."

About this space
Parker's Flat is just one of our properties located on 9-acres with lush pine trees and walking trails. My husband Harry and I live on propertyand are usually busy cutting grass, tending the garden, replacing fence and cleaning. If you need anything at anytime...we are here.
Our guest arrive from all over the country. The most comments we have is how safe our guest feel here as well as the 9 Acres with walking paths and Big majestic Lob Lolly Pines that sway in the wind. We have a fire pit and chairs that is really enjoyed during the fall and winter. There are play houses, sand boxes and zip lines and kitty pools for the children.
We have 8 other great and wonderful flats on property and our usual guests are Equestrians, Nurses, Engineers, Students, Vacationers, and at one time a screenwriter. Also, we accommodate folks who are building their new home or waiting on the closing of their new home. We have walking trails for doggies and humans and there are lots of Pine and Oak trees on the property. We are located just 6 minutes from downtown Aiken.

The kitchen has bright white cabinets and a round table that seats 4; the living room is so comfy with a soft couch, large screen TV, and beautiful lamps. There are also a few fantastic books to read on the bookshelf. All of our guests have loved staying at Sunny. The front faces many colossal pine trees that sway in the wind. There is a total of 9 acres on our property. Our seven flats are all located on two acres. There is a walking path on the back of our property. We are wannabe farmers and hope to introduce chickens this spring. We have a wonderful garden, a backyard playhouse, and a zip line. We welcome all ages. Smoke detectors are installed in the unit.
Fire extinguishers are provided under the kitchenette sink and in the unit entryway.
We will ask you to let us know your expected arrival time so that we can arrange to meet you with the keys. You will receive keys to both the entryway door and the door to the unit itself. Please keep both doors locked. The entryway door is shared with our garage access so you may hear us coming in and out occasionally but we will not access your unit except upon your request or in case of emergency.
Exterior security cameras are in use throughout the property to monitor entrances, gates etc.
There is a full flight of stairs up to the unit. The path to the unit is a combination of gravel and stepping stones and may be uneven.
Smoking and vaping are expressly prohibited in any indoor space. Candles and incense are also prohibited.
Please contact us directly for detailed information regarding care of service animals. No service animals may be left alone on the property at any time. No service animals are permitted in the fenced back yard. We charge a pet fee to be paid before arrival:
We charge a pet fee due to extra cleaning. In some cases, our cleaning time and expense have tripled due to hair removal, floor refinishing, door repair or replacement, etc. It takes many hours to remove all pet hair on floors, walls, furniture, etc.

Pet Fees: (Payment required before arrival)
Small breed dog: less than 22lb (10kg) $100.00
Medium breed dog: 22lb - 55lb (10-25kg) $150.00
Large breed dog: over 55lb (25kg) $200.00
Cats $200

This is a one-time fee.
We do not weigh dogs. We believe our guests are honest folk. We do ask that immunizations are up to date, nails are trimmed, and that you keep a leash with you when you are out on the property in the event that other doggies are out on the property as well. We also ask that you remove doggie poo. You will find doggie poo bags on the shelf in the laundry room. There will also be zip locks to place the doggie bags into (this keeps our garbage cans clean and the smell is not as bad). Please place all doggie poo in the large green garbage cans at the entrance of the drive.

I will send you information on how to pay for the doggie fee.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The light from the windows is so warm and cheery and inviting. There’s plenty of space to kick back and relax and enjoy the soft and cozy couches. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked and the bedroom is large with a very comfy king bed and loads of storage space in the bedroom closet. There is 700 sq ft of space.

We always keep the porch light on for you at Butterbean Properties. My husband Harry and I live on property and work hard to make sure your stay is safe and a great place to rest. We have front and back patios on all properties that are well lit as well as several large pole lights located several places that keep our property where we can see everything. We are located on 8 Acres with 3 buildings. First building is a triplex. All apartments are one step into your flat. The triplex is 131 Piper’s Flat, most beloved for its quaint and cozy setting. It also has it’s front door directly facing the garden area. 135 Sunny the largest flat which was just renovated and loved by all that stay there. And 139 which is where my husband and I live. The first duplex hosts 143 Jesse’s Flat, Another most booked property. Jesse’s feels like a day at the beach with soft yellows and blue colors and is comfy and beloved by many folks and next to it is 145 Luna’s Flats. Luna’s is happy with soft whites, reds and comfy blues. The second duplex is 147 Parkers Flat just recently renovated and is eclectic with beiges, whites, and soft reds and last but not lease is 146 Barbara Ann’s Flat. This flat is very special to us as it is named after my dear mother Barbara. She helped me paint 146 for the last time. I purchased these properties from her 12 years ago. The beautiful large leather sofa and chair came straight from Italy…its is Italian Leather. The very fine rug located in the Livingroom belonged to her as well. Mama entered heaven 2 years ago which is why I am so fond of this property and work so hard to make it a place of contentment, beauty and friendship to all that travel this way.

'Fish' is a beautiful two bedroom/one bathroom apartment at Stable view with Queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twins with trundles, therefore, can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment is also has a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen and is located above our Pond Barn with a deck that overlooks the pond. If you have a bigger group there is a door that connects to another two bedroom apartment called 'Cut Bait'.
