- "Well appointed, neat and clean. Close to amenities including shops, restaurants, and Hitchcock Woods. Beds were very comfortable. The only reason why it didn't get 5 stars for accuracy of listing is that I didn't see mention of a rather long, steep flight of stairs leading to the 2nd floor where the unit is located. We managed okay but some folks might find getting their luggage upstairs a bit of a challenge. Otherwise, it is perfect."

About this space
Parker's Flat is just one of our properties located on 9-acres with lush pine trees and walking trails. My husband Harry and I live on propertyand are usually busy cutting grass, tending the garden, replacing fence and cleaning. If you need anything at anytime...we are here.
Our guest arrive from all over the country. The most comments we have is how safe our guest feel here as well as the 9 Acres with walking paths and Big majestic Lob Lolly Pines that sway in the wind. We have a fire pit and chairs that is really enjoyed during the fall and winter. There are play houses, sand boxes and zip lines and kitty pools for the children.
We have 8 other great and wonderful flats on property and our usual guests are Equestrians, Nurses, Engineers, Students, Vacationers, and at one time a screenwriter. Also, we accommodate folks who are building their new home or waiting on the closing of their new home. We have walking trails for doggies and humans and there are lots of Pine and Oak trees on the property. We are located just 6 minutes from downtown Aiken.

A large and very comfy kingsize bed is in a large bedroom. The linens are white and soft. There is a concrete deck at both the front and back doors. The kitchen has bright white cabinets and a round table that seats 4; the living room is so comfy with a soft couch, large screen TV, and beautiful lamps. There are also a few fantastic books to read on the bookshelf. All of our guests have loved staying at Sunny. The front faces many colossal pine trees that sway in the wind. There is a total of 9 acres on our property. Our seven flats are all located on two acres. There is a walking path on the back of our property. We are wannabe farmers and hope to introduce chickens this spring. We have a wonderful garden, a backyard playhouse, and a zip line. We welcome all ages. We reside on the property..so we are here if you ever need us.
