- "Enjoyed a nice week at Marcuses while my daughter was moving out of military housing. Perfect location, friendly people, and animal friendly! So many things provided including an air fryer!!! Love how you can control the temperature in each room!! Only issue which was NOT a reflection of Marcus, was the pool had not been cleaned. I ended up cleaning it with skimmer to get the big bugs out. Overall, great stay and perfect location!!! Highly recommended this place!!!"

- "Place was clean, spacious, and came equipped with the essentials I.e. paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper etc. it was awesome being able control AC per room. - "When we arrived, check in was easy. We walked in to a gorgeous space. We later found that towels were dirty and stained and pillow cases had smudge marks. We immediately tossed them in the washing machine but that caused us to not be able to shower or sleep in the bed that night. We were promised clean items the first thing that morning and never got them. On the day of check out, the house keeper just let herself in the space an hour before checkout. Prior to that I received a message with an offer to extend our stay for 20 an hour. Yet, we never received an offer of compensation for the dirty towels and linen. All that to say, the space is clean on the surface but that's about it."

- "Our stay had its pros and cons. While the location is reasonably convenient, the advertised "15 minutes to downtown" was misleading—it took us at least 23 minutes without traffic, and trains occasionally added delays. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a significant issue. The apartment felt less than fresh upon arrival: shower towels had a damp, humid smell, the main shower had an unpleasant odor, and the entire house carried a lingering scent of cigarettes. These details made the stay less comfortable than we’d hoped. With thorough deep-cleaning, odor management, and updated accuracy in the listing details, this spot could be a great option. As it stands, we’d rate our experience around 3/5. Potential guests may want to inquire about these issues before booking. "

- "The stay was awful. I reported from beginning to end to the host. We stayed at the property for 3 days only had 3 towels and 4 rags for 4 people. Roaches were crawling around in the kitchen , bathroom and bedroom. The water in the sink and the tub would not drain properly .we had only 3 glasses and it was 4 people. Had to go to Walmart for supplies and spray.This was reported and the only thing they brought was two dirty towels and one blue glass.VRBO please contact me asap."
