- "Great location close to Tanger outlets only 30 minutes from Savannah and 45 from ocean front. Apartment just a few blocks from police department. Safe and quiet neighborhood" - "After the first night the A/C broke I was told "turn the system off for a bit then turn it back on and it should work." It never worked, at 5 a.m. it was 50F outside but 81F inside. It was miserable! Then the day before we left they needed to bring a contractor by to look at something. I asked them to look at the A/C unit. When they left they didn't properly shut the door, so it was unlocked and was partially open when we got back. The yard was covered in dog feces! I never saw another dog on a leash, was charged at by different dogs multiple times, by multiple dogs that lived in the other apartments. The pet fee is 110 per pet and only found that out after I booked and they charged me after I left. You couldn't even have the fire place and TV going at the same time because of how the plug was. There were so many unexpected surprises, especially for m for the priceu for"

Not the fault of the owner of this unit. Neighbors cigar smoke could be smelled in our unit. Otherwise the accommodations were clean and well stocked with the basics. We used the kitchen every day and had clean well stocked with utensils, dishes, etc. We did not use the pool. Owner very responsive! used the kitchen each day "

The property is a one floor apartment with a U shaped open parking lot. Parking is not marked and is “first come” for all of the apartments. There is plenty of parking but parking is not specific for each apartment.

Access to the property is with a door code which is sent to you a half hour before check in time which is 4PM unless you made other arangements with the host.

Other things to note
Waterbugs, american cockroaches, sand gnats and mosquitos and other insects are native to Georgia. This property is nestled alongside a wooded area. We spray for all these insects with professional grade products once a month in the property, around the property and along the woodline to prevent all insects. We prevent as best we can. We do not have complete control over insects and you may still see them in or along the property. We provide cleaning supplies and ask our guests to remove garbage daily to avoid all insects.
