- "It is a fun, unique house. There were some nice details such as some snacks and available coffee. Everything we needed was available. The towels are really nice!! The only complaint would be the beds are a little uncomfortable. One other suggestion would be to have some driveway solar lights - it's very dark at night. Location is good for easy access to the interstate. Not far from downtown but it is about a 20 min drive. A couple roaches but that is to be expected in Savannah, GA - I've never not seen one."

This is a quiet suburban neighborhood. A nice place to relax after a long day. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

- "Really good location - lots of amenities nearby and only 20 minutes to Savannah. Great beds and linens, the house is very comfortable. The owner responded immediately when contacted about a problem and resolved it. We would definitely stay there again!" - "The location was good - grocery across the main road, 10 min to outlets. nice backyard for kids to run around, screen porch was good to sit on and enjoy the outside. When setting up the coffee pot the night before, we noted a piece was broken and I messaged the owner - she sent someone over with a new one right away. There were fresh, fluffy, clean towels and hotel size shampoo on each bed. Only weird thing that I didn't note beforehand was the two "rooms" with 2 twins each are actually connected - there is only a curtain separating them on a partial wall. Which meant the kids played through the curtain and didn't go to sleep as well as if it would have been different. There was a little trash under a bed or two and that's the only ding on cleanliness. We used the washer/dryer while there. Didn't cook much so can't speak on cooking supplies. would stay again!"

I have a two bedroom that can sleep four comfortably. Main room with Queen size bed on the first floor and 2nd spacious room upstairs with pull out couch twin bed with foam topper. The living room has a three person couch, recliner and chair with ottoman. The dining room table with 4 chairs and bench seats 6, kitchen with most major appliances: refrigerator, microwave, range/oven, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker in an open concept three room area. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer for use.
Savannah is 15 minutes away while Hilton Head is 45 minutes. Saint Simon's and Jekyll Island are over an hour away. Charleston is less than two hours away.

Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am.

Quiet hours after 10 pm until 8am. Guests may be asked to keep noise levels down, especially if there are nearby neighbors.

No parties or events are allowed in the house without prior permission from the homeowner. Any unauthorized gathering will result in a fine of $1000.

Smoking and leaving cigarette butts inside or outside the house is prohibited. A fine of $500 will be charged for any violation of this rule.

Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed. There will be an additional charge of $25 per night for each extra guest.

All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.

Please return the keys back to the lock box. There will be a $50 fee for missing keys.

Kindly disclose to the host if you will bring a pet. We have a pet fee of $150/pet.

No pets on furniture. Guests will be responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and the cost of repairs.

The host reserves the right to restrict certain breeds or types of pets from being brought to the house. Dog Breeds NOT Allowed are Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios and Wolf Hybrids. Violators will asked to vacate the property without any refund.

Guests must ensure that their pets do not create a nuisance or disturbance to the neighbors, and must keep their pets under control and on a leash/crate when outside the house.

Please be sure to pick up after your pet each time. We do have a $500 fine for having to remove droppings from the yard during or after your stay.

Guests are not allowed to move the furniture under any circumstances. Please be advised that moving the furniture will result in a penalty of $250.

This cute bungalow lies in the western Savannah suburb of Pooler, just minutes from I-95 on the airport exit and close to the huge Tanger Outlets Mall. Up to four people can stay here; so can pets.

This is an executive rental, primarily set up for longer stays. This home is centrally located close to Port of Savannah, Gulfstream, Amazon, and all other major industries in the Savannah area.

The bungalow, with a funky “Cake” theme, lies about 45 45-minute drive from downtown Savannah and an hour from Hilton Head Island for those weekend trips to the beach. Gulfstream and Caterpillar plants are also close by.

Recently remodeled, all the furniture and mattresses are brand new.

There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the second with two twin beds. The bathroom has a full shower. Linens and towels are provided.

The kitchen is large with plenty of space for storage and prep, and opens to a dining room with a big table for six. The kitchen is stocked and has amenities like a microwave, coffee makers, a range, and a refrigerator.

There is a fenced-in back yard where pets can be safely kept (see note below for prohibited breeds).

The home rents for a month or more.

While starter supplies of toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels are available, guests will be expected to provide their own consumable products.

Dog Breeds NOT Allowed are Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios, and Wolf Hybrids.

Violators of the dog policy will be asked to vacate the property without any refund.

Landlord is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Georgia.

House Rules:

Must be 25 or older to book.
Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am.
Quiet hours after 10 pm until 8 am. Guests may be asked to keep noise levels down, especially if there are nearby neighbors.
No parties or events are allowed in the house without prior permission from the homeowner. Any unauthorized gathering will result in a fine of $1000.
Smoking and leaving cigarette butts inside or outside the house is prohibited. A fine of $500 will be charged for any violation of this rule.
The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed. There will be an additional charge of $25 per night for each extra guest.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
Please return the keys to the lockbox. Guests are responsible for ensuring the safekeeping of the property keys during their stay. In the event of lost or missing keys, a $50 lockout fee will be charged, along with an additional $50 fee for key replacement.
Kindly disclose to the host if you will bring a pet. We have a pet fee of $100/pet.
No pets on furniture. Guests will be responsible for any damages caused by their pets and the cost of repairs.
The host reserves the right to restrict certain breeds or types of pets from being brought to the house. Dog Breeds NOT Allowed are Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios, and Wolf Hybrids. Violators will be asked to vacate the property without any refund.
Guests must ensure that their pets do not create a nuisance or disturbance to the neighbors, and must keep their pets under control and on a leash/a crate when outside the house.

Guests are not allowed to move the furniture under any circumstances. Please be advised that moving the furniture will result in a penalty of $250.

- "Great location close to Tanger outlets only 30 minutes from Savannah and 45 from ocean front. Apartment just a few blocks from police department. It never worked, at 5 a.m. it was 50F outside but 81F inside. It was miserable! Then the day before we left they needed to bring a contractor by to look at something. I asked them to look at the A/C unit. When they left they didn't properly shut the door, so it was unlocked and was partially open when we got back. The yard was covered in dog feces! I never saw another dog on a leash, was charged at by different dogs multiple times, by multiple dogs that lived in the other apartments. The pet fee is 110 per pet and only found that out after I booked and they charged me after I left. You couldn't even have the fire place and TV going at the same time because of how the plug was.
